Just to give an example of one of the MANY things that went wrong and could’ve ruined our day.. our makeup artist had an emergency and couldn’t make it last minute. Hana and her team stepped in and were able to do my HMU!
That was just one of the many saves her team had.. I don’t know what we would’ve done with them.

The day of coordinating was on point. She helped put everything in place so the reception looked great, she helped me with outfit changes, and made sure we were on schedule. Where to start?? First off, there were a lot of dietary restrictions but Hana and her team ensured there were no issues. She helped design everything, flowers, linens, colors, etc. and we loved it, as did the guests. We heard so many compliments!!!! y. Hana helped to gather a bunch of ideas for the design of the wedding that really helped showcase our personalities. I am a very indecisive person and was all over the place when it came down to the wedding theme. Hana definitely has a natural talent when it comes to creating something out of a bunch of chaos. She was able to hone in on what we really wanted our wedding to look like and it came out absolutely stunning. I trusted her with setting up all the decor for the day of, with merely asking her to make it look pretty, and she did an absolutely amazing job. To this day, our families still talk about how beautiful our wedding was. If you are having any trouble at all when it comes to wedding decor and design, Hana should definitely be your go to person. Her design services were more than worth it!
My now husband and I had our wedding back in July 2017 and we both come from very large Mexican families. We had about 275 people attend our wedding, so it was a lot to handle. We also had over 10 vendors, all coming in at different times, that she was in charge of and while there were quite a few hiccups (when are there not when it comes to a wedding), Hana was able to handle everything with efficiency and grace. One thing I do want to commend her on is the way she was able to get a 30 person band moved from one room to another. Keep in mind, every member of the band had a chair and instrument to move through a giant crowd of people. We had a band perform in the main dining room for a traditional dance, but I wanted the main room to have the DJ as it had the bigger dance floor. It was my number one worry because I was afraid that they weren't going to be able to move from the main room and everything was going to go into chaos. She was somehow able to seamlessly move every member of the band from the main room to the other room, where they were able to set up and begin playing again. This is why calling Hana amazing is an understatement. Her day of coordination services are more than worth it. If she can handle a huge Mexican wedding, she can handle anything!
