ost picky about, and I am so beyond happy thrilled with the outcome. For starters, communication was good the whole time, from booking them last year to setting up our engagement shoot months later and preparing all the last minute details for the wedding. Heather was awesome on our engagement shoot. We wanted snow pictures up the mountain and we were walking all over; through the woods then over walls and through creeks to climb down to the river and she was down for anything. We just received all of our wedding pictures and Oh. My. God. There is literally not one moment they did not capture. It was actually emotional looking through all of them as the day went by so fast in such a blur so looking through so many pictures of the entire day felt like I got to relive it and really soak in everything that happened. I mentioned to Heather before that my favorite kind of pictures were candid shots, especially during the reception and some of the candid moments she captured really tugged at my heartstrings. If we did it all again I would hire Heather and Ryan again every time. Absolutely 110% worth it and we have the photos we’ve dreamed of that we can hold onto and love to look back on forever.

and put me at ease. I left the meeting smiling from ear to ear, telling my husband "I love her! I am so excited for them to share our day with us!" Heather and Ryan were amazing throughout the entire process. They did our engagement shoot for us. They suggested places around the city that I hadn't even thought of, and were super flexible when the unpredictable Seattle rain got in our way. Even though we got caught in a rain storm, they are pure professionals, worked around it, and got the job done. We had such a good time. I was so in love with our engagement shoot! Heather was in contact with me weeks leading up to my wedding. I had a scare with my father, and she was unbelievably supportive, gave me ideas of how we could include him, and constantly checked in on me. I appreciate this level of compassion and it reaffirmed me that the energy I felt from her from the beginning was genuine and she is a solid good person. Her support leading up to and throughout my wedding means the most to me. The day of, they were punctual, on time, and got right to work snapping pictures of my family as we got ready. They made the whole process go smoothly, and always seemed one step ahead of everything. I honestly don't think I would have made it through the day without Heather by my side coaching me (with a few laughs along the way). I was so comfortable with Heather and Ryan that I forgot that they were taking pictures the entire day. I have a complicated family dynamic, and during our family photos, they made sure to get a picture with every combination imaginable (which is difficult, believe me). When I received my photos, I was in love with all of them! Seriously. They were everything I was hoping for and more. Heather and Ryan captured literally every moment of the entire day. The great thing about them is they edit your photos, and give you every single picture so that you are the ones who can decide which photos you like the best, not leave it up to their discretion. I think I got over 2,000 photos back. It was so much fun to relive those moments and is so special to know that I have all of those memories to keep forever. My entire family was so happy with all of the photos. Everyone keeps commenting on "They did such a great job! These are such great photos!". They made us look good, feel good, and capture precise moments that mean the most to us. I am 100% so happy with the work, and friendship, they provided! I consider Heather and Ryan a part of the family now. We had so much fun with them at the wedding. They connected with every attendee and all of my friends and family were raving about them. I now consider Heather a friend, and will definitely be hiring them for photoshoots in the future as our family grows. Hire them for all your photography needs, and you will NOT be disappointed!!!

t met over coffee, and we decided to follow our instincts and book their services. They did a tremendous job shooting the usual post-ceremony photos, and the quality of the final photos certainly exceeded our expectations. But what we really appreciate is that they took the time to interact with our guests and take lovely candid shots. We hoped they would feel comfortable enough to be part of the day instead of just observing it, thinking that would lend itself to a wider variety and better quality of shots -- and that's exactly what happened. It was almost overwhelming how many great shots we had to choose from -- constructing an album turned out to be challenging because we wanted to include more photos than we had room for. Not a bad problem to have! We're happy to recommend Heather and Ryan based on the excellent experience we had with them. They didn't just take our pictures, they took care of us.

n our interviews, the fun and bright nature of the photos in their online galleries, and the fact that many of their packages are more affordable than competitors. When Heather and Ryan offered to provide us a photo booth at no charge, we thought it was a total win! Our engagement session whet well, although one of them was always chasing down their young son - so it wasn't like we had two photographers in reality. For the engagement session, we were fine with that and our pictures turned out fun and bright like we had hoped. After that, we had a brief check-in. I was told not to worry about planning any other details of the wedding photography - we would deal with that closer to the actual date of our wedding. I assumed that they meant a week (or two) before. We were really disappointed with the communication. I attempted to contact them four-five times to find out: - Timeline information - What we needed to do/provide - If they'd received our pinterest board of requested photo ideas. They did not respond until two days before our wedding, during our rehearsal dinner. The wedding was disappointing. Several key photos (posed, not candid) did not get taken. A '15 minute' step-away for sunset couple photos took almost an hour. They had no ideas for photo locations, despite scoping out the venue ahead of time. Near the end of the night, Heather and Ryan could not provide an invoice for payment and did not send one after the fact, despite repeated attempts to contact. They delayed processing our photos because of this - their own clerical error. In the end, our photos were average. There were some good ones, but many were framed very poorly (huge portions of ground, people's heads unnaturally cut off, crooked). Nearly all photos had some sort of effect on them that put a slight vignette (fading of color around the edges), which meant that if we cropped them ourselves, the coloring would look very unnatural. We went back to ask Heather and Ryan to adjust the photos - fix key photos themselves, or send us the photos without the effect so that we could do our own work with them. They claimed that there was no effect on any of the photos (a complete lie) and that they would happily fix any photos we requested for $185/hour, and a 16 week waiting time. We found that to be terrible customer service - we paid for photos that were bright, fun and framed well. When we responded asking them to reconsider, there was radio silence. We haven't heard back from them to this day (three months after our wedding, about one month since our last email exchange). They were very nice people - talkative and fun, they helped you to be at ease in front of the camera. Unfortunately, working with them was very difficult and the product did not match the quality of their gallery.

you. Heather & Ryan were extremely responsive and were always available to answer our questions before the wedding. My husband and I booked them on the spot after meeting them and that was the best decision we made. Our pictures came out amazing...and very quickly might I add. Our wedding was on a Saturday and a blog was up the very next morning. They must not sleep because they didn't leave until around midnight and by 8am, our blog was waiting for us. The rest of our pictures followed less than a week later and they were beautifully edited and put into categories for us. I highly recommend Heather and Ryan for your wedding. They are big enough to be professional, yet small enough to keep it personal. THANK YOU HEATHER & RYAN !!!!

The pictures turned out amazing. We liked them so much that we continue to use them for our family and yearly pictures of our kids. Heather and Ryan are so fun and down to earth. I highly recommend them!!

They didn't disappoint. The turnaround time for their pictures is AMAZING (we had them before we returned from our honeymoon) and there are too many "favorites" to count! We had such a fun time with them we didn't want the day to end. I can't wait to have them photograph more monumentous occassions in the future. I HIGHLY recommend them. They are hands down the BEST in the business!!

of photos. I did some research looking for value and creativity, and HR was still my first pic. They were reasonably priced but had the creative fun pictures of the super expensive photographers. HR had 2 weddings that day so they split up and I got Heather and an awesome assistant. They were so creative and got the best photos and were just a blast to work with. My wedding coordinator even mentioned how much she liked their energy and how they were always there when you needed them but not trying to take over or be obtrusive. I couldn't recommend them more, they are awesome!

and inspiration more than networking as I planned a destination wedding in Las Vegas. Fate sure had it in for me as they were aalready going to be in town (Las Vegas) the very same weekend as my wedding! I beleive photographs are just as important as the love you share with your partner as they are the only thing left after your wedding besides centerpeices that sit in the garage and a dress you'll never wear again. They are important to share the story of one of the most important days of your life. It's true you get what you pay for....but Heather and Ryan's work is priceless. Not only do they have Passion and personality that you can clearly see in your pictures but they care about you and your day. From someone who has never had professional pictures taken ever, and I mean ever unless you count yearbook headshots, they make you feel so comfortable and at ease. Heather's slunk and Ryan's technical footwork make this dynamic duo a absolute must for any special event you want captured in time. I will never use another photographer as long as these two are around. The engagement session allows them to see the couple for who they are and they get to know you on a level before your wedding that no other photographer that just shows up on the big day. They are able to get the shots that depict you and your partner in pure form. Not to mention they take amazing newborn,and individual portraits. I know because they blog every session within 24 hours ( really like 12) with sneak peaks that make you want to see more, on their website. Communication is always open which is something you can't always say for any vendor. You will not be sorry!!
