many ups and downs—a hurricane that postponed our original wedding date, a tragic death in the family—and their unending kindness, patience, and thoughtfulness was truly a godsend without which we wouldn’t have been able to pull it off. Kiersa and her team were so attentive to our needs and wishes throughout the planning process and worked seamlessly with our vendors—many of whom came to us on Kiersa’s recommendation. She listened and understood the kind of atmosphere we wanted to create for the weekend and brought creative and helpful ideas to the table that made our vision come to life. Throughout the weekend Kiersa and her team were on the ground and masterfully orchestrated the run of show, calmly guiding us through the craziness and the intermittent bouts of heavy rain too! Everything went according to Plans A and B. If we ever have another event planning need in the Asheville area, we know who we'll call!

ction, I knew the best fit would be working with Jenn from Events by Kiersa. Jenn made the planning process extremely simple and with minimal stressors (of course there would be some nuisances to conquer on my end, what bride isn't stressed when it comes to wedding planning?!) and not only that, but Jenn also provided solutions to any anxieties I had. We made game plans for the possible to the impossible, whether or not they'd manifest into reality; Jenn had it handled. Other than being phenomenally professional, kind, and overall fun to work with, Jenn's organizational skills are impeccable, down to a tee. We worked on filling in each blank in a time-based priority, and I didn't feel pressure because of it. Each meeting provided answers and options, and if there were any answers she wasn't able to provide, Jenn was quick to find them and report back with her findings. As my wedding day approached, Jenn locked in and secured all final details and was extremely thorough with our plan, and most importantly, made sure I was comfortable with the schedule/timing, layout, and checked in to make sure I was more excited than overwhelmed. My husband and I couldn't have had a more perfect wedding, and Jenn from Events by Kiersa is to thank for that. By the end of that day, I felt like I was losing a friend because we had connected so closely! For my next event, I will absolutely be contacting Events by Kiersa again, because I know my party and I will be well taken care of, and treated like family.

We soon realized we couldn’t be more wrong. An internet search led us to Kiersa, among others, whom we spoke with about hiring a wedding coordinator. From the beginning Kiersa provided details of her experiences at different venues, in depth and honest budget considerations as well as ways to accommodate the wishes of the wedding couple. She did so in a thoughtful and calm manner as she helped us create a vision for the event. Our daughter connected with Kiersa and while overwhelmed at the thought of planning her wedding, having Kiersa to lead the team lifted her burden significantly. As I had no idea of the roll of a wedding coordinator in all this, I knew we needed assistance but you guessed it, budget was my major concern. Kiersa described her services, most of which we had not considered, nor did we know we absolutely needed! I could instantly see the value of her proposition! We quickly agreed and were off and running. As we began planning the details, we were amazed at how Kiersa was able to keep us organized and on track. Her calming presence and thoughtful problem solving we evident as were the benefits of Kiersa having worked with many of the vendors we used. As the wedding drew near, I was firmly of the belief that the compensation for Kiersa provided the most value for the wedding of any other monies spent! Little did I know that the value really kicked in on the wedding day! Kiersa was right there for everything throughout the day and made sure all of the wedding plans were executed flawlessly. Covering so many small but impactful details, Kiersa’ impact on the wedding was immeasurable.
