We soon realized we couldn’t be more wrong. An internet search led us to Kiersa, among others, whom we spoke with about hiring a wedding coordinator. From the beginning Kiersa provided details of her experiences at different venues, in depth and honest budget considerations as well as ways to accommodate the wishes of the wedding couple. She did so in a thoughtful and calm manner as she helped us create a vision for the event. Our daughter connected with Kiersa and while overwhelmed at the thought of planning her wedding, having Kiersa to lead the team lifted her burden significantly. As I had no idea of the roll of a wedding coordinator in all this, I knew we needed assistance but you guessed it, budget was my major concern. Kiersa described her services, most of which we had not considered, nor did we know we absolutely needed! I could instantly see the value of her proposition! We quickly agreed and were off and running. As we began planning the details, we were amazed at how Kiersa was able to keep us organized and on track. Her calming presence and thoughtful problem solving we evident as were the benefits of Kiersa having worked with many of the vendors we used. As the wedding drew near, I was firmly of the belief that the compensation for Kiersa provided the most value for the wedding of any other monies spent! Little did I know that the value really kicked in on the wedding day! Kiersa was right there for everything throughout the day and made sure all of the wedding plans were executed flawlessly. Covering so many small but impactful details, Kiersa’ impact on the wedding was immeasurable.

to make sure the wedding was everything our daughter wanted it to be, even with Hurricane Ian threatening to wash out the day. Fortunately, it was rain-free, but Jenn was there the day before to make sure that we had alternate plans for the wedding site, planned for outdoors, and to make sure the reception space was reconfigured to accommodate all of our guests in the event they could not use the outdoor space as well. She was with us on the wedding day, guiding us every step of the way. I don't know how many times I said over the last year, "I don't know what I would do without Jenn," and that holds true today. for a Type A bride such as myself – I was relieved to give the reins to Jenn who made everything happen SO smoothly. My husband and I did not have to worry about a thing on the wedding day and she handled all of the details. Jenn had such a calming presence and a “make it happen” mentality. My family and friends kept commenting on how incredible she was. During the planning, Kiersa & Jenn provided a google sheet checklist (that was my saving grace), answered any questions we had and provided insights into vendors they’ve worked with. During the month of, we worked on a flow sheet for the wedding day that I was able to provide to our wedding party and family so everyone knew where they needed to be! For our rehearsal - Jenn met us in downtown Asheville the night before with our party to rehearse and collected anything that was needed . For cleanup, she packed our cars to be picked up the morning after, put my bridal bouquet in water and just overall made our lives so much easier following the wedding. Jenn was absolutely amazing!!! Kiersa was amazing throughout the process. Obviously, things were in flux for a while and we didn't even know if we could or would move forward. Kiersa was great about talking through our options, getting the info we needed from our vendors (which we had literally booked so far in advance because I am crazy!) and helping us navigate the turbulence of planning a wedding in a pandemic. She has a very calming demeanor which was very appreciated and complimented my anxiety well. In the end, we had a smallish wedding with a lot of safety protocols but also a lot of fun and it went incredibly well as a direct result of having an amazing planner. Jenn seemed to be everywhere at once making sure the ceremony site and reception were arranged perfectly as planned while calmly steaming the wedding gown, pinning boutonnieres, and orchestrating a very special first look for the bride and groom. Kiersa shared our vision for how beautiful the location would be for our wedding from the very first walkthrough. From that moment on, she was steady and confident and planned every last detail. Power, tables, tents, chairs, food, guest seating, layout and logistics were all taken care of by Kiersa and her fantastic team. We were particularly touched when we saw Kiersa personally working to set up everything beautifully the morning of, and out late until midnight with a headlamp breaking down and cleaning up.
