Andreotti's was incredible! I thoroughly enjoyed working with Melissa. She has such a wonderful combination of sweetness and confidence. From the very beginning, she took charge and guided me through everything while always being kind, patient, and reassuring.
One of our vendors dropped the ball and failed to set up the centerpieces they had promised. I later found out that Melissa stepped in and set up all of our centerpieces herself without hesitation. Our guests couldn't stop complimenting how beautiful they looked, and I truly appreciate that she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
The food and desserts were absolutely delicious, and every detail of the day came together beautifully. Melissa and her staff exceeded all of our expectations and made our wedding day so special. I can't thank them enough for their hard work, dedication, and genuine care.

In fact, we completely ran out of the short ribs, which was one of our three entrée selections and clearly a crowd favorite.

igent note taking of what we wanted, we were able to create a wedding we would never forget. On the day of, the coordination we were given by Melissa and team was invaluable! With such a whirlwind of a day it felt so great to have a guiding hand.
The food and drinks were absolutely delicious! The menu we put together felt varied to cover a lot of bases, even accommodating special dietary needs. Since the big day, our guests have always remarked on how much they enjoyed the meal and the service they received.

ponded very quickly. On the day, the Andreotti's team arrived on time and made sure everything was set up for us. Multiple times they came around to see if we (bride and groom) needed anything. Since our wedding, we have received so many compliments on the food. We used their baker (Sunflour Bake Shop) for our cake, and it looked and tasted amazing. Overall, Andreotti's could not have done a better job and we are so happy we went with them.

What really stood out was how involved Melissa was long before the wedding day itself. She helped with so much more than catering and genuinely felt like a professional event planner throughout the process. From setup coordination to decor placement to helping keep us calm during the planning process, she was there every step of the way and made everything feel manageable.
We’re still getting messages from guests about how amazing the food was. Several people told us it was some of the best wedding food they’ve ever had, and everything was fresh, flavorful and beautifully prepared.
Everything was handled so smoothly that we were able to fully enjoy the night without stressing over details. That level of professionalism and care meant a lot to us on such an important day.
We would absolutely recommend Andreotti’s to anyone looking for wedding or event catering. Thank you again for helping make our wedding unforgettable.

During the planning process, they were extremely patient with us. We came in feeling pretty clueless, and they guided us every step of the way with kindness and clarity. They made everything feel manageable and never once made us feel overwhelmed.
The food was a huge highlight. We chose the buffet option with teriyaki salmon and tenderloins, and our guests could not stop raving about it. Multiple people told us how delicious everything was, and one guest even mentioned wishing there had been more salad because it was that good. We also brought some tenderloins to a grandparent who couldn’t attend, and they absolutely loved it. Our family visiting from Los Angeles was very impressed.
What really stood out, though, was their attention to detail and level of care throughout the day. The team was constantly checking in, quietly clearing plates, and even making sure I had something to drink as the bride. Those small touches made a big difference and helped everything feel seamless.
They also showed such kindness and flexibility. Our dog had a small accident during the event, and they stepped in to help clean it up without hesitation. They absolutely did not have to do that, and it meant so much to us in the moment.
Overall, Andreotti’s exceeded every expectation. The food, the service, and the genuine care they showed made our day even more special. We could not recommend them more highly.

During our 18 months of planning, anytime I had a question, I would e-mail Melissa and she got back to me usually same day if not the next day, and that is something I admire when choosing a vendor. I really valued her opinion on different scenarios since they are the experienced ones! Andreotti's did our catering and also provided the liquor package. The food at the tasting was phenomenal and I was so excited for our wedding so everyone could experience all the delicious cocktail hour food and dinner. Every single person complimented our food (which is a win). On the day of our wedding, we had to make the last minute decision to have our ceremony inside due to rain. Maryann (owner of Andreotti's) and her team KILLED it with prepping the ceremony indoors and transforming the reception room back during cocktail hour. I dropped off all my decor with instructions on where to put everything. Maryann and her team made my visions come to life. I would 100% reccomend Maryann, Melissa and the Andreotti's team for weddings or other catering events. They will go above and beyond! Thank you for everything!

Going above and beyond what we could have hoped for from Andreotti's doing their job alone already, they even helped with making sure we were taken care of as the marrying couple better than I've seen other couples at their weddings. Making sure we had no empty hands or stomachs the entire time we were forced into the spotlight away from the food and bar. If that alone wasn't enough, then there was some "confusion" with the hotel and the shuttle service, leaving us stranded with a drunk wedding party at the venue. They were kind enough to help take some of the stuff off our hands like thae cake for storage until we could pick it up the next morning AND GAVE SOME OF US A RIDE BACK TO THE HOTEL TO HELP. This turned a very rough ending to a great story and a great appreciation for good companies with great people. In summary, the food blew our minds even though we had already tasted it prior to alterations, our guests were in awe of the food and bar service and they helped save the wedding in dozens of little ways that made a huge impact. We truly can not recommend them enough to people and for the price of their business it was money WELL SPENT.

people everywhere so we definitely did not make it easy for the team but they NAILED IT. They were so structured, organized, professional, friendly, the list goes on and on. We had so many guests rave to us about Andreottis. Communication before the wedding was so thorough and easy, the table stations at the wedding were set up so beautifully, the food was off the charts delicious and creative with lots of variety, they even made a special apple cider drink for us at the end of the night which was such a nice and delicious surprise.
Melissa is a boss woman. Not only did she make the day unbelievably smooth but she helped me with my broken wedding dress, escorted and calmed me before walking down the aisle, made sure not only myself and husband were eating and staying hydrated but that everyone was, and if that was not enough I mentioned to her in our tasting months before our wedding that I have a favorite cheese that is hard to find. She walked out at the wedding with a whole plate of my favorite cheese. Unbelievable service!
I wish I could give Andreottis a million and ten stars, I can’t recommend them enough. I would have another wedding just to have their food and service again. Thank you Andreottis!

il, setting up all our decorations/florals (which were all DYI by my wedding party and I)/supplies/props, coordinating with our other vendors, making sure our guests of all ages were accommodated, everyone's allergies and dietary requirements were addressed, and making sure that we had a seamless, beautiful night meant so much. Our guests have not stopped complimenting us on the amazing quality of the food, the diversity of choices available, and the perfect portions (not too little, not too much). We opted for the smallest food stations package with a late night snack (the grilled cheeses) for ~168 guests including kids, and everyone loved it. Beth was our designated server for the evening and she took such good care of us, making sure we hydrated, had more than enough to eat, and got to try our signature cocktails from our open bar. We ended up doing the bar set-up option which worked out great! We did some choices for beer, wine, hard cider, and 2 signature cocktails and we were able to return all our unused alcohol. The staff at Andreottis also helped to make sure everyone got dessert (my brother made all our desserts and delivered them to the venue the day-of). All and all it was a wonderful experience with Andreottis and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the wedding of our dreams which we did and it wouldn't have been possible without them. The traveled from New Jersey to Macungie PA. Everyone at our wedding couldn't stop raving about the food and service therefore we would definitely use them again and recommend. They brought everything needed, set up, services during cocktail hour and dinner and cleaned up once completed. The communication from the very first tasting until 10pm of the wedding was exceptional and we can't express our gratitude enough.

. 3 months before the wedding, the ship staff had not communicated with Andreotti's, or us, for months, and when we finally were able to schedule a meeting we found out for the first time that the area where the ceremony was to be held was under construction. A month before the wedding it was clear that the area the ship wanted to hold the ceremony in was not suitable for setting up the cocktail hour and reception at the same time, and the ship wanted us to spend 30 minutes of the happy hour, at least, moving chairs and setting up instead. Maryann set them straight. The food was delicious, warm, and the passed apps and dessert table were incredible. Our guests raved about being sent home with their mini cheesesteaks all night. Thank you!

We had the pleasure of working with this caterer the weekend of June 24th, both days (Saturday and Sunday) at two different locations, with two different bouts of weather, and both times: I've never in 30 years experienced such kindness and devotion from a vendor towards their clients as I did with Sammi-Jo. Both times the people of Andreotti's stepped up to make sure our bridal clients received the best service possible, making sure the brides were pleased with their work, keeping in mind that our work as a florist was just as important. Sammi-Jo the following Monday took the time to call us (me) to thank me for working so well with them: that has never happened in 30 years (a vendor calling us to thank us!) THAT kind of devotion to "customer service" is a rare thing anymore, it's something I haven't seen since the late-80's and if this is a reflection of the kind of dedication and service these people give to their clients I'm pleased and honored to speak highly of them, along with their coordinator Sammi-Jo, and I wish them continual success in their future clientele. :)

d scallops, stuffed mushrooms, lamb chops, pasta bar. We even got a late night snack of soft pretzels. All for under 100 a head!!! We also hired Sammi-Jo as our day of coordinator through them and she was beyond AMAZING. made sure we didn’t have to worry about anything.

to us describing how this venue was the prettiest venue they have seen and they could not stop eating the food. This was hands down the best food I have ever had at a wedding. I cannot begin to express my gratitude to the catering staff and the staff at Eagle Manor. The wait staff and the bartender were so polite and cheerful. Sammi-Jo made our wedding day go smoothly. Eagle Manor and Andreotti’s catering are amazing and I will be recommending them to every couple I know!!!

ream wedding venue at Everly at Railroad. When we knew that we were booking with Everly, we were asked if we had any caterers in mind. We were a bit nervous because we didn’t really do much research in caterers at that time because we were so focused on the venue & our date. When we mentioned our experience with Sammi-Jo at that time, they made us feel at ease knowing that we would be in good hands. They were NOT WRONG. When we met Sammi-Jo & sat with her during our detail meetings, she was always so sweet, understanding, flexible, & quick with email/ phone responses. We knew in our hearts that we made the right decision. Looking back, everyone still continues to rave about the food and service at our wedding. We couldn’t have had a better person & team for the job & we couldn’t be more grateful to have had the pleasure to work with them & have them be a part of our special day.

Andreotti was extremely knowledgeable in customizing the dinner coursing, accommodating our desired family-style meal, and organizing the timeline for the reception. As there is no one-size-fits-all FAQ for every wedding, Sammi-Jo fielded all of our questions from confirming catering rental needs, to event layout suggestions, and catering logistics.
We have had guests praising the food quality and service, both at the tables and at the bars. It was also great to see Andreotti ownership in attendance to make sure everything ran smoothly. A great, high quality meal was top of our list when it came to the catering company and Andreotti knocked it out of the park.

Sammi-jo made sure there was enough food at the sweetheart table so we wouldn’t miss out on the appetizers. Her and the catering staffs dedication to detail and caring attitude made my night one to truly remember. I highly recommend Andreottis!!!!
