Regardless of being hired as a day planner, Isabella went above and beyond well before the wedding to make sure all of my vendors were engaged and that all final wedding details were locked in. Isabella thought of details that I wouldn’t have thought of and was so great with tying up any loose ends. Even with my busy schedule as we approached the wedding, Isabella was kind and patient in working with me and I could not be happier that I was able to work with her and, frankly, had the opportunity to meet her! Since we weren’t local, we had a series of Zoom meetings and, when in town, some in-person coffee planning sessions. But, we didn’t know how to pull it off, especially since the majority of our 170 guests had never been to anything but a traditional seated dinner reception. On our first meeting with Stephanie and Isabella they were ALL IN, and helped us create a plan for the evening that was the reception of our dreams! From advance communication to all of our guests, signage at the venue, and the actual planning of the space and timing of events, their creativity, diligence and experience were exactly what we needed. Our reception truly was the reception of our dreams….and we are all still talking about how much FUN we had, and so did all of our guests!

med me that for our venue (Scripps Seaside Forum) she only does month of coordination given it is a blank canvas venue and everything is contracted out separately. We decided to go with Stephanie for the month of coordination and it was the best decision we made through this whole planning process. Stephanie and her assistant Isabella were immediately able to identify cost savings in all our contracts and manage those leading up to the wedding. They also took over all communication between vendors and kept us in the loop with everything which took a tremendous amount of stress and time off our plates. Stephanie was the best resource leading up to the event; she provided guidance on booking vendors, building the timeline, and other random inquiries in which she always had the answer. We then had the pleasure of working with Nicole, who is also an incredible person, two weeks prior to our event who refined our timeline and made us even more excited for our big day, as she gave us the confidence that she was going to be sure it was perfect. She was a huge advocate for us when it came to negotiating with vendors (we had a ton of last minute changes and needs due unexpected weather changes). An example of her going above and beyond is she picked up all of our centerpieces on the morning of the wedding from our rental house, and when the wedding was over she brought all of the items we had brought for the wedding back to the rental house and dropped them off. This made it so easy for us and our family members at the end of the night, and it truly shows how much she and this company goes above and beyond for their clients. If we ever need a coordinator or any friends need one, we will 100% be recommending Events Inspired for any services needed.

really loved about this team was that it was owned by women! I did some research on their website and really thought they were a fit for me and what I needed. I was able to schedule a meeting with Stephanie who asked me questions about my big day, once the first meeting happens she’s able to place me with a coordinator that really fits my needs and what I was looking for. I can’t thank her enough for placing me with such an amazing coordinator! Since I got a day coordinator I was able to meet Rachael closer to my wedding date which was two weeks prior on a FaceTime call. We immediately clicked! She really knew exactly what I wanted and provided me all the feedback that I needed to know for the big day! Rachael really helped smooth over all the worries I had prior to the wedding and made sure that all the gaps that were missing would be closed by my wedding day. Rachael was professional, attentive, and most of all caring. I knew she loved what she was doing even after talking to her for an hour! My wedding was at a naval base, a few weeks before my wedding the venue told us all of the guest needed to fill out forms to enter the base. This was the most stressful part about my wedding because on short notice not all of my guest filled out the form, so they needed service members to escort them in. Rachael was in contact with one of our friends to escort our friends and family in the ENTIRE evening so that all my guest were there. She constantly told me that everything will be ok and I should never stress on my wedding day and just to enjoy my moment. I’ll never forget that, that really meant a lot to me and it also made me realize how she much I trusted her and her work. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for anyone else. I am so lucky to have had her be my coordinator. If you’re looking for someone who is great at organization, detail, and going over and beyond, Rachael is your go to! 10/10 recommended!!!

My wedding was overlooking Petco Park and months into planning, a concert was scheduled for our wedding day. Stephanie recommended how to handle it (we changed our ceremony time) and took care of notifying all of the vendors. She met with us multiple times leading up to the wedding and made sure everything ran smoothly on our wedding day (I didn’t even know until after the wedding that one of the vendors was an hour late). We are so happy we did change because Stephanie did all the communication with our vendors about a month leading up to the wedding which helped take off some of the stress from us. Stephanie had so much knowledge about weddings and to help us plan a perfect day. Unfortunately, Stephanie had something last minute and Julia stepped in the week before our wedding. I did all the planning myself and she truly made everything come together seamlessly at the end when it was crunch time. I'm not the best planner, which made this a huge task for me. She was very supportive and I felt like she was doing everything she could to make sure my husband and I had the best day ever. We also wanted a very specific style wedding and she was so supportive of our vision. We even added an extra hour so she contacted all the vendors to make it happen. On the day of, she accommodated things really well, especially with my chronic health issues, we had to remix the timeline after the ceremony, but we still got to do all the things we had planned (the dances, the cake cutting). Lauren made sure my husband and I's needs were the priority of the day. I appreciate all the hard work Lauren and Events Inspired put in to create an amazing wedding weekend for us!

Just for background: I am not a woman who has had her wedding planned since she was a little girl and had no idea what I wanted. My husband and I have incredibly busy jobs and were wondering how to fit wedding planning in. It genuinely caused me so much anxiety. Then we met Stephanie from Events Inspired. From the introduction meeting, she put us at ease with her sweet nature and calming presence. We knew from then we had to expand our package to full planning. However, we appreciated the flexibility Stephanie offered. For example, although we wanted full planning, we wanted to manage our own budget and expenditure tracking. That was absolutely fine and we were able to tailor the service to our needs. Every meeting with Stephanie was a breeze. She turned my wishy-washy vision ( "What flowers do you have in mind?" "I don't know... like... colorful ones?") into something tangible and I got so emotional when she sent me her design boards. It also seemed like she knew the perfect vendor for all our needs and she handled all the negotiations and paperwork. All we had to do was sign and pay. That made such a huge difference to us throughout the process because it meant we did not have to invest multiple hours a week with vendor back and forths. Stephanie was always responsive to even my most minor questions. Where I think Events Inspired offer the best value though is in the run up to the wedding. That was such a busy time and I don't know how I would have coped with having to finalize a timeline and contact each and every vendor to make sure they knew what they were doing on top of entertaining family and doing the other last minute stuff. We didn't have to worry, Stephanie handled it like a boss and I can't tell you what a difference that made to us in the days before the wedding. On the day, Stephanie and her assistant coordinated everything. There was not a single thing for us to worry about and they made it beyond perfect. It truly was beautiful and I can't thank them enough. To anyone considering Events Inspired - do it.
