Extreme Cuisine Catering was the perfect choice for my wedding needs. First of all, they were just really kind and genuine people. My family is from a small town where everyone knows everybody, and Extreme Cuisine kind of reminded us of that. The food is also AMAZING. They listened to everything I wanted. Our Mac and cheese bar was to die for! My only thing that I had an issue with was some of the communication. It felt like it was. hard to get a hold of someone sometimes, however they did always get back to us. Overall, Extreme Cuisine Offered such a great experience for our wedding day.

If you don’t know why kind of food you want to have at your wedding, choose the BBQ! I’m not kidding every single person at our wedding asked us for ECC’s information because it was delicious. We also got their dessert shots. I am very picky when it comes to banana pudding and let me tell you it tasted exactly like the way my grandmother makes it. I cannot say enough good things!

ECC offers a great menu (and rentals) at really competitive rates! We did their chips and dips appetizer for a nacho bar and then the fajita buffet for our wedding. We also used their rentals for our plates, silverware, etc. All of our guests complimented the food and service! The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that they were sometimes a little difficult to get a hold of. Otherwise, it was a perfect experience and we are so glad we used them!

Extreme Cuisine catering was amazing! We planned on a large charcuterie for our reception, but as we got closer to the date and COVID got worse, Matt was so easy to work with! We were able to have my father make individual board to put the charcuteries on the tables so there wasn’t a line for people to wait in and ate with their family.

The chefs helped create a specialty station menu reflecting our union, and it was all delicious! Our guests loved it. The staff was so friendly, helpful and professional. They went above and beyond with service and hospitality. They even followed protocols for our "pandemic" wedding.

Extreme Cuisine was fabulous! We had taste tested other foods, but they did not compare to Extreme Cuisine. We had the French Chicken and Beef Tenderloin. We had so many compliments on the food. They did a great job, punctual, etc. We also hired their bar tender and let them do the full service bar, it worked out great. We even had guests request their contact information because it was so good. We would absolutely recommend Extreme Cuisine.

Extreme Cuisine catered my wedding and they did an amazing job! I'm vegetarian so I did not eat the main course, but the sides, salad, and appetizers were amazing. The chefs were easy to work with and very professional. Not only did they make amazing food, they cut and served our wedding cake! Above and beyond service.

Working with Matt and Kathleen was a joy! They were hard-working and fun to do business with. The food was phenomenal. We had granny smith apple salad, pecan-crusted chicken with white wine cream sauce, creamed potatoes and blanched asparagus for dinner, with a fruit and cheese spread and bruschetta with spinach-artichoke dip as our appetizers. The spread was absolutely beautiful! They even carved our names into a watermelon. All of our guests raved about how delicious everything tasted. All-in-all a fantastic value! We will definitely be recommending them to our friends and family!

We loved our food and the service we received from Extreme Cuisine. We had plenty of delicious food (even leftovers!) and they made my husband and I sit down while they brought us plates of food!

Eric and Extreme DJ Service was professional, friendly and honest. He knew exactly what I was looking for in a DJ and set me up with Richard Wayne. Richard was friendly, and attentive to my wishes. He checked in on me throughout the wedding to make sure I was happy with the music being played and to see if I can any additional requests. He was approachable and our guests felt comfortable going to him with special requests as well.
