Something very special for me was that the week before the wedding Jackie sends you a questionnaire to understand all the family dynamics, wants, needs, don't care about's for the Big Day - so you don't have to stress about it, she's got it down! Plus she sends you the cutest little gifts! What more could you ask for!!

  Jackie is responsive to emails, always responding within 24 hours and often within the same business day.  We’ve heard nightmares from our friends of vendors who seldom respond and act like they don’t want your business.  Jackie clearly communicates what to expect from her services and boy does EXCEED those expectations!  She is transparent in her pricing and is flexible to meet your specific needs.  We initially booked her for one of her normal wedding packages but pivoted after signing the contract to a more intimate, “micro” wedding.  As such, we only needed her for half the allotted time, and we even had to change the day.  Jackie graciously and patiently worked with us in reworking the contract and adjusting her rate to meet our new needs, which was SO appreciated because we love her photography and didn’t want to have to book someone else. She provides a questionnaire several weeks before the wedding that allows you to communicate which photos are important to you, your preferred composition for family photos, and any other important details you need her to know. Jackie was immensely helpful the day of the wedding, going above and beyond by reminding us of certain etiquette (e.g. which side to wear the corsage/boutonniere, etc.) and keeping us to our timeline despite the absence of a coordinator.  (Side note: pay for a day of coordinator even if you’re having a micro wedding).  She is excellent at providing direction, and she will make sure you do not look awkward in your photos. Her turnaround time is incredible.  Not sure if this is typical considering our contract ended earlier in the evening than your traditional wedding, but we had a slew of sneak-peaks ready the morning after our wedding and our whole portfolio was ready within a few weeks despite her needing to take some personal time off. The gift giving is unreal.  She sends a thank you gift when you sign your contract, and even sent us a View Master with a reel of some wedding photos.  These little touches set her apart from her peers! Stop questioning if you should hire her and just do it already!

At our wedding, she helped manage the timeline, helped with crowd control, and helped everyone get hype on the dance floor. The ONE thing I keep hearing from EVERYONE is: “oh my god who was that photographer?? She was PHENOMENAL!!” Typically people talk about the cake or the music, nope, Jackie made an impact on every single person there. She is the most genuine human you will ever meet. You would be making a huge mistake not having the honor of including her in your wedding day💗.

I can't really think of anything bad to say, I mean communication is good, her photo deliveries are great, her reels are hilarious, plus you only pay a $500 deposit! I'm excited to have her photograph our special day

y capture how truly happy we were in a place we were not only visiting for the first time, but the fact we got engaged there! Jackie was so quick to respond and make sure we could have a session before we left San Antonio, she sent me gallery’s to see the aesthetics of different locations she recommended, she asked what we wanted and in the end she pulled together the most relaxed and happy shoot on our last night in San Antonio! I loved Jackie’s energy, picture pose ideas and overall positive and funny demeanor the entire shoot. Jackie is quick to turn around sneak peeks but also gives a good estimate on time lines for the full gallery! The pictures that came out of this shoot are beautiful, fun and artfully done. I will not hesitate to call Jackie the next time we are down in Texas, and I can whole heartedly say you will not regret working with such an amazing photographer!

The warm tonal quality of her photos was also exactly what we were looking for - giving us dream like photography without taking away the richness of detail we wanted to capture from our wedding day. My one regret is that since my husband and I didn't do a first look together (wanted that to be on the aisle) I didn't plan for enough time for portraits, so don't make that mistake! Overall though, I honestly cannot recommend Jackie with Eyeronic Love enough - especially to anyone looking for a wedding photographer that is going to pull out all the stops for you, go the extra mile, give you an amazing turnaround, and do so at a very reasonable cost. Trust me. She's the one.

I fell in love with this photographers style and knew I had to hire her for my big day. I soon realized I actually knew this photographer and went to high school with her. I reached out to Jackie to ask if our deposit could be used for maternity photos instead and she was extremely accommodating. So after two years of delay we finally had our session! The process to view and order pictures is incredibly easy as well. The pictures turned out stunning and we really couldn’t be happier.

Texas weather had been unpredictable these past few months but she continued to be responsive and extremely communicative when the weather wasn’t being our friend that day and gave us no choice to reschedule. We had our wedding at Remis Ridge at Hidden Falls in Spring Branch, TX and planning a wedding during a pandemic was not easy as well as trying to find vendors in San Antonio area. I used wedding wire to find vendors and Jackie or Eyeronic Love, was a vendor match, which is what I was looking for, to find vendor that had already been to the venue. As I browsed her page and read her bio, I found that we both worked on a cruise ship in Hawaii at the same time. We did not know each other but had seen each other in passing on workdays. I knew right then that I wanted her as our photographer because I have seen the work of the photographers in the Cruise Ship industry, and they are amazing at what they do, and she did not disappoint!!! She also made it extremely easy to book my Bridal photos!! Thank you again Jackie for being available for our wedding and capturing all the special moments for us!!

Also, fun tip, she was the one that got Jason and I together. I was so grateful that she still agreed to photograph our COVID wedding since there was traveling involved. Even though our wedding was very different from what we originally planned her attention to detail and flexibility made everything so stress free. Of course, I was running late so everything got pushed back but she was able to work with that too! When asked, Jackie agreed to photograph digitally and with film, I personally love how soft and timeless film can look and was so happy with how those turned out. I’ve only seen sneak peaks and I can’t wait to see the rest! Jason and I can’t wait to experience this again in a year with all our friends and family at our postponed reception. Love you Jackie! al photos together and the weather wasn’t exactly what we anticipated, but as soon as we started I knew we were in good hands! Jackie was courteous, amiable, and gave great direction-she’s professional, yet casual which makes you feel so comfortable! We did a two hour session in “golden hour” but it was very overcast - she reassured us that the pictures would still turn out great - and she was right! We got a ton of pictures and as soon as we received the final product, I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY. The pictures were exactly what I wanted - the editing, style, everything!
