When Jill was planning her own fandom-themed wedding, she was amazed at how little there was out there for themed weddings and events, despite their growing popularity. Planning her honeymoon, she was once again perplexed by how there are little-to-no options for turning your vacation into a personalized, tailor-made adventure to the lands people read, watch, or dream about. She therefore decided to fill that niche, providing an opportunity for customers and clients to explore the fantasy worlds they love, whether through travel or events.

First and foremost, her budgeting skills were impeccable. She helped us allocate funds in a way that maximized our budget without compromising on the things that mattered most to us. Her expertise in finding the best deals and knowing where to splurge made a huge difference.
The decor and flowers were beyond anything we could have hoped for. She seamlessly blended our favorite fandoms into the decor, making everything feel cohesive and magical. The flowers were stunning, with arrangements that perfectly matched our theme and added a touch of elegance.
Her organization and scheduling were top-notch. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, with no delays or hiccups. She coordinated with all our vendors, making sure everyone was on the same page and that everything was in place.

ike an understatement. She has such a positive, joyful aura about her that lowers the stress level from couples and vendors alike. She has a lot of passion for wedding and event planning and it shows. She brings your vision to life in a way that is unique to your love story. She truly listens. Jill is someone you want to have as your planner/coordinator. She was always on top of everything. She never got stressed out. That is a trait that is not easy to find. It's what truly impressed us about her. Many coordinators let it show visibly on their faces, demeanor, and actions that they are feeling overwhelmed. It causes vendor interactions to feel tense and not pleasant. This NEVER happened with Jill. It just demonstrates what a true pro she is. She has everything handled and is very capable. Her timelines were detailed and accurate. She always had a respectful and kind way of communicating with vendors and the couple in the lead up and on the day of the wedding. She thought of every detail to really bring the magic at the wedding. The set up was beautiful and truly reflected the couple's unique journey. We would absolutely recommend her!

ife. We had a very detailed and themed wedding (Star Wars inspired with lots of personalized elements), and Jill handled every moving piece with such care and professionalism. Nothing ever felt too complicated or too small — she truly embraced all of our ideas and helped make them happen beautifully.
Throughout the planning process, she kept us on track, answered our many questions with patience, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and even fun. Her communication was excellent, and we always felt supported and heard.
On the wedding day, everything flowed so smoothly, and we were actually able to be fully present and enjoy the moment with our family and friends — which is priceless. Jill handled the behind-the-scenes details seamlessly, and we never had to worry about a thing.
If you are looking for a planner who is professional, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and truly cares about her couples, we cannot recommend Jill enough.

(Full disclaimer: This was before Jill’s prices went up.) I originally was looking for a day-of-coordinator for my wedding because my budget at the time was under 1k for one, but...
Jill gave me a great deal at the time to be a full on wedding planner as she was just starting her business. And I’m glad I went with that option because I didn’t realize how much goes into the type of wedding I wanted. If you’re having a wedding that has over 110 guests and has a lot of moving parts- you need to hire a wedding planner (with an assistant ideally). In hindsight, I think I would have paid a little extra for an assistant as well because there were some details in the reception that were overlooked-through no one’s fault- just a lot was going on that day. Thankfully, none of the guests noticed these missing details (Like the customized dessert bags that were never used, or candy that were still in boxes, the heaters not being put up on time -This was a November wedding, and the wedding cake missing its decorative flowers). But this was a learning experience, and overall, I’m thankful to have had Jill by my side, because I think things would have been much worse if I didn’t have her help. At one point, a second mariachi band showed up announced, but that was taken care of lol. I’m not sure what other wedding planners do, but I was happy that Jill allowed me the freedom to come up with the vision and design for my wedding, while she took care of the logistics and planning- like arranging video call meetups w/ the vendors and venue which helped a lot. It also helped that her schedule was flexible despite some personal family emergencies that happened during the process. I’m sure once her business grows more she will be able to get the extra help needed to plan much bigger, more fantastical weddings! Overall, I would recommend Jill as a wedding planner: She’s very down-to-earth, punctual (thank you for getting to the courthouse on time while I was running late) , professional, compassionate- took well to my notes, and concerns, and jumped to the occasion. Jill understood our vision and executed it perfectly. Working with her felt very natural, due in part to her friendliness and mutual understanding of fandom culture. Even though we booked an inclusive venue that came with a day-of coordinator, I wanted to find a month-of coordinator/planner, because our wedding had quite a few moving parts, and I knew I would be overwhelmed if we didn't hire help. We were so excited when we met Jill; we knew immediately that she was "our people" and felt confident that she would be able to handle keeping all of our external vendors coordinated, our extra-large immediate families updated, as well as helping the venue staff set up our maker-themed wedding supplies and decor on the day of the event. Working with Jill as a wedding planner was easy and stress-free every step of the way. She was prepared to communicate in all the methods that were most comfortable for us (including shared Google sheets, emails, texts, and video chats), and was equipped to troubleshoot the handful of last-minute hiccups we encountered so that we did not need to worry about them. It is also worth noting that our venue's event coordinator reported that Jill was easy to collaborate with, both in terms of communication leading up to our wedding, and making all the magic happen on the date. We are also working with Jill in her role as a travel agent to plan our honeymoon for this coming winter.

There were also other intangibles like taking photos/video of things at the venue when no photographer was around and using her creative eye to make the decorations pop. What also stood out was her energy - very easy going and low stress despite being very on top of everything. You don't realize how important that is until wedding stress starts to kick in! We had a very difficult situation the day before the wedding when we found out that our venue's elevator was broken and we may not be able to get our caterer to the correct floor.
