When my daughter decided to do a destination wedding in Colorado, I knew we needed to find a complete planner to help with all the details. The venue we chose had a planner but that planner only helped with minor details with the venue. We interviewed several Colorado planners but none of them gave the first impression that Kristin did. Kristin was knowledgeable and immediately took the fear of planning a long distance wedding away. From visiting the venue, finding and handling all vendors, going to vendor meetings with us, researching items my daughter wanted and so much more, Kristin was there every step of the way. She worked tirelessly with us for almost 18 months planning my daughter’s wedding and made sure that everything went flawlessly the day off. The wedding was more beautiful than I could have imagined and Kristin was a huge part of that. Kristin was always only a phone call away for my daughter, myself and even the groom’s mom. She always made herself accessible to us and answered questions and calmed nerves when needed. Kristin became part of the family during this process and you can see how involved and connected she becomes with her clients and their families. We will honestly miss working and talking with her on a regular basis but she will always be part of our family after what she did to make my daughter’s day perfect. My husband and I found Kristin through The Knot. She was hired for a day of wedding planner and timeline manager for our wedding in Golden, Colorado. Golden was a destination wedding for us - my husband and I are stationed in different locations on the east coast, my husband’s family is on the west coast, and my family is in Colorado. With this distance and difference in time zones, Kristin effectively communicated with all involved in the planning process. Kristin provided a functional timeline and then ensured its distribution to our many vendors, resulting in an on timeline wedding. In every aspect of her job, Kristin was extremely professional. Her attention to detail in the timeline planning and day of execution was incredible. She was everywhere she needed to be, all at once. She was a helping hand in those many small things that are happening behind the scenes of a bridal party preparation and event setup. Examples of this that were unforeseen to my husband and I as a couple but were quickly brought to our attention by Kristin include movement of gift tables, movement of bridal party day-of bags and accessories (given that the party prepared at the venue), assistance to the photographer in making our desired bridal party and family photos happen smoothly, etc etc. Beyond just being an expert with her ability to create and execute a timeline, Kristin is friendly and pleasant. She quickly established an understanding of the family member’s names, and worked very well with the venue manager, photographer, and all other vendors associated with our wedding. If Kristin is available to plan your special day and be there to ensure it happens in a way that will leave you with no complaints, she’s the one you want to do it. Without hesitation, myself and my husband, the groomsmen, bridesmaids, and both of our families would recommend Kristin to you.

Kristin was amazing! I had heard that I needed to hire a great day of wedding coordinator in order to have a successful day, but I don’t think I fully understood it until last weekend. Kristin was, by far the best money we spent on our wedding. If I could do it over again, I would have hired her the day we got engaged. She executed everything for us! The tables were perfect! I can’t wait to get the pictures. The reception grand entrance…. So much fun! She thought of things that I didn’t think of and I’m so glad she did. Kristin was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond. When we had questions she was quick to have answers and if we had problems she always had a solution. On our wedding day, our flowers didn't get delivered on time and our wedding was pushed back in terms of time. If we hadn't had her I think I would have had a meltdown trying to figure out what was going on. She made our day run so smoothly and made sure we enjoyed it. Kristin was incredible! We hired her right before the pandemic and I was so relieved to have her to keep us informed with all of the COVID restrictions. Since our date was September 2020, we ended up postponing the larger celebration and used her services in August 2021. She had every detail covered, and then some. We underestimated how quickly our signature drink would go and ran out during cocktail hour, and Kristin was quick to run out and get more bottles during the reception. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

I don’t even know where to begin! I went to Kristin several months before the wedding and needed someone to make sure my day went as perfect as it could! My husband and I live in AZ, and planning a wedding in CO was not the easiest. Kristin, was so helpful and made sure that I did not forget something and was very very detailed. Her love for planning weddings shows and could not have asked for a better planner. Because of her, I was able to really enjoy my wedding!

Kristin is a fantastic planner who is organized, patient, and gets s**t done. We worked with her for about a year and half and she was with us every step of the way. From working with us to find our perfect venue remotely in Covid to spending an hour and a half with me on a florist call to being there in person for my hair and makeup trial, I truly could depend on Kristin. She's also super responsive day and night, which was very important to me. Wedding planning can be stressful and having someone who returns emails/texts/calls quickly made the process a lot smoother. She also patiently helped me figure out the vision for the wedding as I flipped back and forth for about 9 months and handled shuttle service drama 48 hours before the big day like an absolute queen. Kristin is also super knowledgable on the catering side which proved to be a huge asset as we thought through menu items and assessed pricing. All in all, I felt confident in the vendors we chose because Kristin was there to assess and guide the conversation, read through contracts, and then provide thoughts after as well. She is an excellent sounding board and isn't afraid to share an opinion which is HUGELY valuable when planning a wedding. On the day of, we didn't have to worry about one thing because we knew Kristin had it handled. We pretty much just showed up and everything happened exactly as we wanted. I was even texting her last minute things like "Oh can we tie the runners at the ends like this photo...", and every single tiny thing was done exactly like we wanted it. Also I will add the big day was absolutely perfect. The decor was exactly as I envisioned, the food and cocktails from the caterer Kristin recommended were fantastic, the DJ she recommended kept the dance floor packed the entire night, I mean wow. We even had guests telling us after how fantastic Kristin was. Truly truly cannot recommend her enough. THANK YOU KRISTIN!!!

If you're reading this and are on the fence, TRUST ME, just do it. My now husband and I both tell each other over and over again how we're so glad we did this at the very start of our wedding planning. We hired Kristin for the Full Service wedding package - and it was the best money spent! Kristin is extremely professional and on top of everything! Andrew and I moved to Colorado from NYC, and we were honestly worried during our search that we didn't know enough about Colorado to get married, etc. Off the bat, Kristin has set up venue visits with exactly what we had envisioned! Not only that, she read all of our contracts to ensure we were getting market prices and not overpaying. She directly dealt with vendors which saved us so much time and money in the long run. Trust the process, and go with her vendor recommendations. It's a small community, and you want what is best for your budget. We never once felt pressure and Kristin was awesome about helping us stay within our means. Every single one of her recommendations were amazing - photographer, hair / makeup, DJ, photo booth, you name it. Kristin also goes above and beyond - we had a vision for our center pieces, and Kristin took the lead on designing them herself! Beautiful one of a kind manzanita trees - she did everything from sourcing them to putting cement block to spray painting them white... and they were stunning! And on the day of, it was the best day of our lives. Kristin flawlessly executed every single little thing I could have imagined plus more. If something went wrong, I would have had no idea. Everything was just perfect. Her signature touch is 7 minutes in Heaven - and that has been one of my favorite parts of our big day. You're so busy running around, it's nice to step away and be with your husband / wife for a few minutes to take it all in! Kristin knows her stuff, is super organized, extremely professional, and will give you her honest opinion. Can't say enough good things about our experience!

Kristin was our "day of" coordinator for our wedding last weekend, and I cannot say enough great things about her! She was consistently dressed professionally, engaged, and communicative for our first meeting, walk through, rehearsal, and wedding day. She exudes confidence and you can tell from the questions she asks her clients that she is very experienced and has a lot of general knowledge about the wedding industry. She emailed all vendors a very detailed timeline two weeks before our wedding date so everyone could be on the same page, and then kept in contact with them throughout those two weeks. It was awesome, and stress relieving for me! She made our entire wedding day run smoothly, and timely, which was very important to me from the get go. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is looking for an experienced wedding coordinator. She is the person you are looking for!

Our biggest regret was not finding Kristin sooner! Kristin was so helpful, supportive, and organized. I genuinely do not think we could have pulled our wedding off without Kristin and all she did for us. She is worth every single penny and will make the wedding process significantly better! Last month, our only daughter was married in during a wedding celebration that was both beautifully emotional and wonderfully magical. The night was skillfully guided by Forget Me Knot Weddings. Kristin was fantastic as she cohesively connected the many moving parts. Her calm professionalism was evident before, during, and after our daughter’s special day! As further testament to our wedding coordinator’s successful efforts, I readily knew I would be able to fully enjoy the fun and exciting occasion! I unhesitatingly recommend her to bring your wedding vision to realty.

I couldn't possibly say enough great about Kristin, but I will try! We planned a wedding in Colorado Springs while we live in Virginia. At no point was the distance ever an issue! Her "day of" package is really a "month of" package. Leading up to the event, even before the month, she was always available and helpful with any questions. She coordinated with vendors and got everyone on the same page early and had a lot of suggestions that we hadn't thought of. On the day of, neither the groom nor I had to lift a finger! She coordinated with the florist and rentals to get everything set up beautifully, so that the first time I saw everything was as it was happening! I am sure she would have made it so I could see before, though, if I had wanted to. There was a little delay getting the reception started (really good lighting for pictures so portraits went a little long, nothing on Kristin!), so she seamlessly adjusted the reception schedule that I didn't even notice. I only found out from talking to my bridesmaids later! The morning after, once again, I didn't have to lift a finger. All the returns were taken care of and everything that was ours was brought to our room the night before. Forget Me Knot Weddings provided a wedding we will never forget!

We hired Kristin for our wedding that was originally planned for September 19, 2020. We were impressed right off the bat with her organization & helpful suggestions on items we hadn't even thought about yet. Unfortunately, we have had to postpone our wedding, but I don't know what we would have done without her. She is so tied in to the Denver network & was the first to tell us any new updates from the Governor. While we of course wish it had turned out differently & we could have kept our original date, we were so much more confident pushing our date knowing we had great information from Kristin at our disposal. Unfortunately our new date conflicted with one that Kristin was already booked for in 2021, on so I can't speak to day-of, but if her day-of is anything like her planning leading up to the wedding, you will be in good hands!

My husband and I were so grateful that we worked with Kristen for the month and day of our June wedding. She is kind, organized, and professional and helped our day go off without a hitch. With her in our corner, we were able to enjoy the wedding day without any stress, and the whole day was incredible. Kristin was an absolute professional and excellent to work with. She saved my wedding, as the venue I had booked started to be very difficult and unprofessional. Kristin stepped in and saved the day, even though we were no longer able to use the venue, we were able to book another location and get everything switched over 3 weeks before the wedding.
