Tatum is THE BEST!! She helped find my dream dress and feel so beautiful in it! She was so good at telling me about each dress I tried on and keeping it in my price range. I went to 4 other bridal shops and no where compares to their hospitality and the quality of their dresses. I highly recommend bridal shop <33
I cannot overemphasize how amazing Frankie Jane is!! If you are a soon to be bride, go dress shopping here!! The owners - Tatum and Holly - are genuinely invested in your experience & in finding you your dream dress. They do not treat you like just another sale but rather truly want to make sure you find a dress that you fall in love with. Tatum does such an incredible job at picking out dresses that you wouldn’t choose for yourself while also listening to your preferences. There is such a positive energy in the store that makes what could be a stressful experience pure fun.
Frankie Jane is incredibly trusting and reliable throughout the entire process as they are so invested in their brides. They continued to answer any questions I had regarding shapewear or alterations, long after I picked up my dress. Frankie Jane provided the best dress shopping experience by far!!
If you are in search of a wedding dress, PLEASE go to Frankie Jane. I knew I wanted to shop here from the time I got engaged but went to a few other bridal stores beforehand just in case. Stepping into Frankie Jane was a whole new experience. First of all, the store is stunning and from the get go, Tatum and Holly take you in and make you feel like you’ve been best friends for years. The attention to detail, the genuine curiosity about you and your day and the hype girl energy made me feel so extremely comfortable, confident and happy to be there- it is an EXPERIENCE. You get either Tatum or Holly’s (and sometimes both if you’re lucky) full attention and it just makes you feel so special. It’s honestly a place I would try to find an excuse to go just to be in their sweet presence. If you are looking for a wedding dress, go to Frankie Jane. The quality of the gowns are unmatched and so is the service- you won’t be disappointed! We loved everything about Frankie Jane.

Tatum at Frankie Jane made my dress shopping experience so wholesome and stress free! I went to a lot of different dress stores and I felt like the employees really were just trying to sell me everything I tried on. Tatum was honest and sincere. This is more than a job to her and I will forever be indebted to her for helping me find my perfect dress.
This is the BEST bridal shop. I went to 4 others before I went to this one and while it made me extra appreciative of this one… I wish I went sooner! It’s beautiful inside, and their pricing is amazing, but above all their customer service is incredible. No one tells you how much a good bridal consultant matters, but it does!!!! You can seriously FEEL how passionate they are about what they do. I truly couldn’t recommend this place enough! I’m making everyone I know buy a dress from here when they get married hahah that’s how much I loved my experience.
I had the best experience here!! I went to three other bridal shops in Utah valley and not one even came close to the fabric quality of the dresses and the service offered by FJ. It was a no brainer to choose my dress from here. Tatum made it such a special experience and because I was her only customer when I came for the appointment it felt much more special and customized. She really went above and beyond, having already researched my venue and studied my Pinterest board for dresses and had a few in mind for me already. Cannot say enough good things about Frankie Jane!! Cannot wait to wear my stunning dream dress on the most special day of my life!
Tatum is the cutest most fun and helpful bridal dress consultant ever! We had been to two other shops that day and this one blew them out of the water. She looked through my Pinterest board I sent and immediately had dresses picked out that were the same style and vibe, and was giving me tips and helping me figure out what I really wanted. She knows what she’s doing and does it so well! I would 10000% recommend coming here if you’re looking for the best wedding dress shopping experience
I had an absolutely INCREDIBLE experience! When I tell you they went above and beyond to help me bring my dream dress to life I mean it! Any store can sell you a dress but Frankie Jane will sell you THEE dress. We worked with Tatum, and she was amazing! She’s not only professional and informed, but she has taste! Which can’t be taught. Both my mom and I left with tears of joy!
Tatum and Holly were absolutely amazing!!! They made me feel so beautiful when I said yes to my dress and gave me so many options on how to dress it up different ways. I can’t recommend their store enough 🤍 It was so clean and they personalized a space for my appointment with my name and some fun treats. Saying yes to my dress was the easiest part of planning my wedding because of Frankie Jane!
FJ is incredible. The number of dresses available and variety of different designers and styles is unparalleled. They were my first bridal shop and every single place I went afterwards didn't even compare. The store itself is beautiful and feels so elegant. The dress shopping experience was so special and didn't feel rushed at all. I truly feel like I made friends with the FJ crew and I cannot recommend their store or gowns enough.
I had the BEST time at Frankie Jane!! Tatum was extremely kind, complimentary, and thoughtful. I could tell she picked every dress with intention. When I found THE dress, Tatum and Holly made me feel like I look drop dead gorgeous in it. The boutique itself if classy and bright. Purchasing the dress and taking my measurements was a quick and easy process. I will recommend this place to all my friends!
Tatum pours her heart and soul into Frankie Jane, as well as into each and every bride that walks through the doors. She was MORE than accommodating despite my chaotic travel schedule, personally invested in my experience, and the best cheerleader all along the way. She and her sweet mom are never pushy but always encouraging. Tatum ended up picking out my dream dress herself, and despite the fact that it was nothing like what I thought I wanted it was indeed perfect. She knows her stuff :) Frankie Jane was one and done for me... didn't even need to visit a single other bridal boutique.

Tatum makes the entire appointment so personal and truly makes you feel so special and beautiful. Her attention to detail is miles ahead of any other bridal shop I have seen. From the beginning of my appointment, to saying yes to my dress, to when I walked out the door, I could not have been happier or more impressed with my experience. I drove an hour and twenty minutes to be there and I would do it again in a heartbeat!! I will forever send all my friends their way and feel so confident they will be in the best hands!! ABSOLUTELY BEST WEDDING DRESS SHOPPING EXPERIENCE WE COULD HAVE HAD !!! My daughter is a little bit particular and sometimes doesn’t make decisions quickly. But within 90 min she had her wedding dress chosen!!! Tatum helped her pick out several styles to try on and gave us the best advise about how to alter the dress. She even contacted the dress designer while we were there to ensure the build up of the dress would be perfect!!! Holly and Tatum have created one of the most beautiful retail stores I have ever been in!!! Everything is just perfect!! As far as I’m concerned you’ll get everything your looking for in a wedding dress at Frankie Jane!! 💕💕💕💕💕
Frankie Jane Bridal was an amazing atmosphere. I love old classics like Jackie, Grace Kelly, and Audrey Hepburn. Once we told Tatum and her mom they knew exactly what dresses to pull. In the end they even helped us customize my dress to be the classic dress a girl could only dream of and they made it real!
From the moment I walked in to Frankie Jane I knew I was destined to find my dress there. Not only was the ambience amazing but Tatum is just the sweetest and was an absolute expert on the incredible gowns they had in store. She picked the perfect dresses for me I wanted to buy them all! She accessorized my dress for me too with the most beautiful headband that turned my wedding look into something I only dreamed of. I would recommend every bride to come to Frankie Jane not only for the selection but the experience!

We’ve all been on a search for something we’ve needed at sometime in our lives. Whether it’s a new car, your dream house or in this case a wedding dress. With those experiences most of us have a story of vast disappointments, mediocre sales people, places that are nice, but the vibe just doesn’t feel right or as in this case an experience brides-to -be literally dream of.
From the moment my daughter and I stepped through the front door of Frankie and Jane’s elegant and inviting bridal boutique, we were instantly welcomed by the adorable Tatum. We sat down and Tatum actually listened to what my daughter was looking for. So much so that the very first dress was exactly what she wanted, and although my daughter tried on other lovely dresses…the first one was it. THE ONE. And she gladly said, “yes to the dress!”Also during our appointment, Holly arrived and she is just as warm, friendly and as knowledgeable as her daughter is.
Ladies do yourself a favor, make an appointment at Frankie and Jane for a beyond exceptional experience and the dress you’ve always dreamed of.

Frankie Jane Couture Bridal was my 13th bridal store (if you can believe it). Take it from ME, this was the BEST bridal store I have been in. Holly and Tatum are so incredibly helpful and you can just feel how much they truly care about helping you find your perfect dress. They made me feel so special and their store, I mean come on... doesn't get much better than that! They are the FULL package. Finding the perfect dress gets a little tricky when all their dresses are so stunning!
Tatum was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress for my wedding. She made it so special and made me feel extremely comfortable during the entire appointment! They had so many styles and designers that are hard to find in Utah. By far the best! Would highly recommend Frankie Jane to every bride, especially one’s looking for a more personal and unique dress experience.
