ad no idea exactly what time she was showing up to the venue. Then when she got there, she just rushed in and started setting up. No introducing herself to me or anything. My bridesmaids and I were shocked at how rude she came across. I paid for my flower girl to get hair and makeup done and she didn’t even do her makeup. I had to do it last minute after she left. All of our make up by the time the ceremony was over and it was time for the reception, was cracking and cakey. Two of my bridesmaids ended up washing off the makeup and re-applying their own. Please do your research and always do a trial! The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the lady who works under her and did our hair was the sweetest! She was kind and professional, and I loved my hair. She should totally adventure out on her own.
After having a great trial with Glam Society Co, I sent a deposit. 7 months later, I realized in a panic that I had received no further communication or a contract. When I reached ...
back out, I was told that Brittany was out of town but would check on it ASAP. Several days later, I still had not heard back, and I let them know I would be going with another vendor, instead. Brittany told me that the contract probably went to spam, (it had not) and was basically told it was my fault I hadn't received it. I was also told that I would not be getting my deposit back because it was to protect them. I basically let her know that the lack of contract was a red flag, and was told, "They are our contracts so that we get paid for doing the services and the clients can’t not pay us." Very bizarre, because I was just trying to get their business to make sure they would actually show up on my wedding day. Their website also does not exist anymore. Ladies, do NOT send a deposit to any vendor before you have a contract signed!

rong email, and instead of taking responsibility, the situation was turned back on me. Clear, accountable communication is so important, especially for something as meaningful as a wedding. No bride should have to deal with that kind of stress. Do yourself a favor, and do not book!
