Preserving Wedding Memories for 100 Years
I came to Glyndon Lord Baltimore Cleaners in DESPERATE need to save my wedding dress after another dry cleaner returned my dress in way worse condition than I gave it to them. Cleaning my mildew-filled dress was no easy task but I felt at immediate ease when I stopped into Glyndon Lord Baltimore Cleaners. There was an immediate difference from all other dry cleaning experiences - from their extensive intake form upon dropping off my dress, to their ongoing communication throughout the process with texts and pictures to keep me updated, all the way until the delivery and presentation that my dress was returned to me in, I cannot recommend Glyndon Lord Baltimore Cleaners. I only wish I had done more research and took my dress here from the beginning so that I could've avoided a mildew crisis! Their team performed miracles on my wedding dress and I couldn't be more thankful to have a clean, preserved dress to cherish and hopefully pass down one day. THANK YOU, Glyndon Lord Cleaners!!

I used Glyndon Lord Baltimore Cleaners to clean and preserve my wedding dress. I called to ask some questions and they were so lovely and thoughtful. They picked up my dress the next day, gave me the option to come see it in person after it was cleaned before they boxed it up, and delivered it back to my home. It came in a lovely monogrammed linen case with care instructions and gloves for handling the dress. Highly recommend them for their wedding dress services!!

in! Long story short, I was torn off the golf cart by my veil and ripped/stained my gown before the ceremony. I quickly sewed it back together myself, but was so sad we missed out on prime photo locations. SO, I brought my ripped and stained dress to Glyndon Lord Baltimore Cleaners and couldn’t have asked for better care. Janet was the absolute kindest soul during the process and texted me update photos within the short timeline they had to repair my dress, as I scheduled another photoshoot session within 5 weeks after our wedding. It was perfectly repaired and all stains were removed. I CRIED HAPPY TEARS. My dress was like new and now I have it to cherish forever (with all the photos I could ever ask for). Thank you to the whole team that worked on my dress comeback story <3

On top of that, they attach the train of your dress to a long hanger to keep it upright and unwrinkled. I am beyond impressed by Lord Glyndon. Totally worth the money!
