I came to Glyndon Lord Baltimore Cleaners in DESPERATE need to save my wedding dress after another dry cleaner returned my dress in way worse condition than I gave it to them. Cleaning my mildew-filled dress was no easy task but I felt at immediate ease when I stopped into Glyndon Lord Baltimore Cleaners. There was an immediate difference from all other dry cleaning experiences - from their extensive intake form upon dropping off my dress, to their ongoing communication throughout the process with texts and pictures to keep me updated, all the way until the delivery and presentation that my dress was returned to me in, I cannot recommend Glyndon Lord Baltimore Cleaners. I only wish I had done more research and took my dress here from the beginning so that I could've avoided a mildew crisis! Their team performed miracles on my wedding dress and I couldn't be more thankful to have a clean, preserved dress to cherish and hopefully pass down one day. THANK YOU, Glyndon Lord Cleaners!!

I used Glyndon Lord Baltimore Cleaners to clean and preserve my wedding dress. I called to ask some questions and they were so lovely and thoughtful. They picked up my dress the next day, gave me the option to come see it in person after it was cleaned before they boxed it up, and delivered it back to my home. It came in a lovely monogrammed linen case with care instructions and gloves for handling the dress. Highly recommend them for their wedding dress services!!

I unfortunately had a bit of a dress mishap on our wedding day…I hope this helps out a future bride. If golf carts are involved, make sure to tuck your veil and train of your dress in! Long story short, I was torn off the golf cart by my veil and ripped/stained my gown before the ceremony. I quickly sewed it back together myself, but was so sad we missed out on prime photo locations. SO, I brought my ripped and stained dress to Glyndon Lord Baltimore Cleaners and couldn’t have asked for better care. Janet was the absolute kindest soul during the process and texted me update photos within the short timeline they had to repair my dress, as I scheduled another photoshoot session within 5 weeks after our wedding. It was perfectly repaired and all stains were removed. I CRIED HAPPY TEARS. My dress was like new and now I have it to cherish forever (with all the photos I could ever ask for). Thank you to the whole team that worked on my dress comeback story <3

GLB Cleaners were so professional and helpful. My daughter's wedding dress was sealed and put into such an attractive box with her monogram and wedding date. Beautifully done. Everyone there is so friendly and again, helpful. I would highly recommend them!

The team at Lord Glyndon is very professional and organized! Your dress will be picked up by them, and as soon as they have possession of your dress you get an automatic digital notification that its in their possession. I got married in a garden and the train of my dress was quite dirty by the end of the night. I got my dress back, and it was spotless! On top of that, they attach the train of your dress to a long hanger to keep it upright and unwrinkled. I am beyond impressed by Lord Glyndon. Totally worth the money!

I selected Glyndon Lord Baltimore to clean & preserve my wedding dress and the whole process was seamless! I was concerned because my dress had just been hanging in a closet for 4 years, but they had no issues cleaning it. I can’t recommend them enough. The communication the entire time is great, they even picked up the dress from my house and brought it back when it was finished in a custom box. If you are thinking about having your dress cleaned and preserved by Glyndon Lord Baltimore don’t hesitate, you can’t beat the service.

My experience getting my dress cleaned with Glyndon Lord Baltimore Cleaners and great! They picked up my dress from our front door, cleaned it within about 5 weeks, and delivered it directly to my door in a nice linen bag. The dress looks good as new! I would definitely recommend them to others looking to get their dresses cleaned after their wedding.

Glyndon Lord Baltimore Cleaners has been our go-to cleaners since moving to the area. They are kind and professional - always a joy to work with. One day I was in the shop and noticed they offered wedding dress preservation and asked more. It had been about two years since my wedding and I knew it was time! I picked it up a few weeks later and was happy to see it all boxed up with beautiful details and even covered with a monogrammed duster bag! Highly recommend them to help keep your dress looking as lovely as the day you wore it!

I had a great experience having my wedding dress cleaned and preserved here. I reached out via the website contact form for pricing and Eve graciously offered me a 25% off deal that had expired a week earlier. The pickup and drop off at home made this so pain free and I am so glad I chose to have my dress cleaned by them! Wonderful service and my dress looks beautiful!

Glyndon cleaners did an amazing job cleaning and preserving my dress! I had makeup, spray tan, and grass stains on my dress and they were able to get all of that out! They also preserved my dress beautifully. Highly recommend!

Glyndon Lord Baltimore Cleaners were absolutely the best for dry cleaning and preserving my huge ball gown wedding dress. They have incredible service from picking up and dropping off my gown to my house, to monogramming the box my gown was preserved in. They did such an incredible job making sure my wedding dress would be preserved forever! We knew my husband's bespoke suite was in good hands after they explained the process of how they dry clean high-end suites. I knew this was the best local dry cleaners in Baltimore to clean and preserve my wedding dress. I dropped off my dress because I wanted to fully understand the process they used and also pick out the nice text that goes on the preservation box. They even deliver and pick-up if you are in their delivery area, which was fantastic during the pandemic.
