She was my calm to my storm, my ying to my yang, my Robin to my Batman…etc Ingrid is not only an amazing wedding coordinator, but she is also an amazing wedding officiant. She took our love story and crazy ceremony ideas (such as taking a shot with us along with our guests before we sealed the deal or taping our ring box underneath one of the chairs for a surprise ring bearer) and created the ceremony of our dreams. To hear from multiple guests that it was the best ceremony they attended was the best compliment we could receive because the ceremony is the most important part of a wedding. It was my favorite part of my wedding. Then she can amazingly switch gears from officiant to wedding coordinator and rock that too. She can do it all (literally). I always have other couples tell us that their wedding day goes by very fast and they didn’t really get to enjoy all the little things. However, my husband and I felt like our special day did not go by so fast and we most definitely got to enjoy the little things mainly because Ingrid took care of everything behind the scenes that no one sees. She created an amazing timeline for us, took charge of our vendors, made sure we were right on schedule with everything, was super communicative along the way… the list goes on and on. She is everything you would want in a wedding coordinator. I am very sad I won’t get to work with her anymore unless I get married again lol, but I would recommend her to anyone I know and hopefully get to see her in action again.

Grand Entrance team stepped in about a month before the actual wedding and were very enjoyable to work with. Ingrid scheduled almost weekly meetings with us to ask us about our vision for the wedding and to keep us updated with everything. She handled the coordination of all the vendors, both of our venues, as well as our entire bridal party without breaking a sweat. My wife had done the majority of the planning but she was so relieved when Ingrid stepped in to take over, as she was handling things we hadn't even thought about! When the reception venue vendor was unresponsive and had my wife and I worried, Ingrid tracked him down and worked out all the details for us. On the day of our wedding, everything went smoothly and we didn't have to worry about a thing. Ingrid was there to tell us where to go, what to do, and to manage the entire bridal party. When one of our guests came to me with an issue, I just referred him to Ingrid and she took care of it like a champ! 5/5 stars, professional, responsive, friendly, and excellent service. They made sure to keep us on track with timing but even when we ran half an hour late on our first look Ingrid had baked in enough downtime and kept us on track the rest of the day that we even got to dancing early!
