ing. Mike and Jenn were rude and unprofessional to my bridal party, they had attitudes with everyone. I thought with having 2 photographers I would be able to capture the entire day with so many different angles and looks, the pictures are horrible. 85% of my pictures are unusable and that's being nice. We did a first look thinking that we would not miss our cocktail hour, the pictures taken during that time were not even worth doing a first look. (and we ended up missing our whole hour) There are no pictures of bride with groomsmen, groom with bridesmaids, no pictures with grandparents. The pictures were off centered and objects like buckets or other people that weren't involved in our wedding were taken in the background. No pictures were ever edited like they promised either. The pictures that were taken, a amateur would have done better. In fact, the pictures I received from the GUEST of my wedding were 10 times better than what Hallmark had taken. I would never recommend them to any one, worst wedding photographers I have ever come across. When I see friends wedding photos it makes me sad because their photos look so nice and mine don't! I am writing this review in hopes that a bride will see this when researching what wedding photographer to capture her big day and steer far away from Hallmark Photography.

ad to email Hallmark more than once to receive a response. Both times, I was told it took over a week to respond due to the owner Mike having surgery and because the entire staff had the flu. Mind you I emailed Hallmark and not a specific person. It is unacceptable to not return emails/calls for over a week when running a business. Also, when a payment was "lost", I was told that it's because I sent it to the wrong location even though I was told I could mail payments to either location. On to the wedding... Our photographer Jen showed up to my mothers home on time and was friendly and professional. Upon arrival to church and after walking up the aisle, I realized there was not a videographer at church. Needless to say, for the first few minutes of the ceremony all I could think about is whether I had included the videographer in my package and where was he/she. After the ceremony, I immediately asked Jen where the videographer was and was told that "I do not know" and that she was trying to get in contact with him. After a few minutes Jen informed me that the videographer and owner Mike's car had broken down. I am understanding and believe this could happen, BUT what I still have a hard time understanding is how did Mike's partner didn't know where he was for over an hour! If that were me, one of the first people I would have contacted after making arrangements for transportation would have been my business partner. Although Jen did video the exchange of vows with her camera, the quality was poor and there is no voice to rhe video. Also, the pictures pulled from the video are poor quality compared to the pictures taken with her camera. When Mike arrived at our reception he was very apologetic and even thanking my husband myself for being so understanding. He told us numerous times that he would make it up to us, but when we got home from our honeymoon 2 weeks later we had still not heard from him. My husband called Mike and requested a partial refund, at which time Mike said he would not do that. His response was that he would take care of us and upgrade our album. In the end, we received an upgraded album according to Mike. we also received a few free pictures, which I had to request more than once. Again another excuse as to why we did not receive the pictures when initially requested. I was not satisfied with this company and would not recommend them. I am happy to be done doing business with them and wrote this review to save others from the disappointment we've had to deal with.

osit back) to switch to this company which was preferred from our wedding venue. Our 1st red flag was actually having to contact them several times to take our first payment towards our wedding package, which we were paying on earlier than the contract stated. After finally reaching them they took the payment 2 weeks after we'd authorized them to take it. My wedding date is still not until sometime next year, so we were trying to schedule our engagement photo shoot and had a very difficult time doing so. We tried reaching them through email for a few months and that didn't seem to work for them so one of the photographers (Jenn) gave me her cell phone number to conduct business via text, which worked a little for a short period of time. The photographer told us that weekends and evenings would be best, however best for them not the BRIDE & GROOM. After having scheduling issues due to them being down a photographer, with them having other events scheduled, working regular jobs themselves & our work schedules, (police & fire), we decided we should just part ways. We were told by (Cindy) that the day in particular that they agreed to do had to be done at a certain time because they had another wedding that day. She then states via email that just as Id like my wedding day to be top priority they could not do the shoot that we originally scheduled. At that point we asked several times to leave this arrangement that we had with Hallmark, and for them to just give us our 1st payment back. NOT with these people they have your PAYMENTS towards your PHOTO PACKAGE marked as a deposit so that they DO NOT have to refund any money., This is a company that wants SOMETHING for NOTHING. They did absolutely NOTHING for my fiancé and myself and refused to return our entire payment. They stated to my wedding planner that they gave us back what they felt we were entitled to. ;( Its SAD & VERY BAD FOR BUSINESS
I wouldn't recommend this company to an enemy. A total disgrace. Who keeps a couples money and you did nothing for them, regardless of the reason you cancel. its your money.
Don't trust these people.
If I could not give them ANY STARS I would. I felt like I put something on layaway and decided not to get a product but the store kept my money.... What business does that?

time. For the ceremony we had one acting as photographer and one as the videographer, while between the ceremony & reception we had both taking pictures. They alternated for the photography/videography during the reception. We got the negatives on a cd within 2 days of returning for our honeymoon, all 1700 of them! We are still waiting for the video, but we were very happy we used Hallmark Photography. We paid ~$3100 for the photography & videography for the day, money well spent.
