Melissa was very detailed in all her work. She was able to turn our ideas into reality and gave great recommendations! She also always made herself available to meet and/or chat with us. She made great recommendations in other aspects for our wedding as well and made our wedding day stress free. I would recommend her to anyone !!!

I can't even find the words to fully express how amazing Linda, Melissa, and the entire Harbour Bay Florist and Events crew are. Linda and Melissa are both extremely knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and patient. We were completely stress-free for the entire planning process because of them. Even on our wedding day, we had to change the location of the ceremony due to inclement weather, and I didn't have one ounce of stress knowing that I trusted Linda and her team to make the right decision and create a beautiful space even though it was the backup plan. The team took the time to get to know me and my husband and then took what little vision I had and came up with more ideas to supplement mine and then just made our wildest dreams come to life and brought it all together in a way that I didn't know I needed! The flowers and decor were just truly stunning and completely changed the feel of the entire venue in the most perfect way. The bouquets, haku leis, corsages, and centerpieces themselves were beautiful. The correspondence from the coordinator was quick, and the products were available on time. However, I asked for pink/fuschia flowers for the theme and on my wedding day I received orange flowers. Thankfully the event didn't rely on the color itself so nothing clashed and my guests loved the decor, but its not what I asked for. God forbid I had all other pink decor and the colors clashed; I wouldn't have known what to do. I was blindsided when I saw the products and couldn't do anything about it. Also, I asked for an open ti leaf lei for my ring bearer. I received a closed, pretty sad Christmas-wreath looking lei that looked crafted in 5 minutes. I'm unable to upload pictures here but the request and the product were not the same at all. A few of my guests mentioned to me their confusion and dislike towards the lei afterwards. If the florists were confused about what I wanted, they did not reach out to me to ask further questions. Felt like the pictures I sent them were very straightforward. To the guests, the florist's products were great. To me, not what I asked for.

We used Harbour Bay for our wedding florals. Everything was handled in a professional manner. They did a fabulous job and put our wedding over the top. Melissa was wonderful to work with. They have a number of items to rent that I didn’t have to go hunting for like an arbor, welcome sign, table decor, etc. and the creative eye to set it all up day-of. The fact that their team can tear it down, too, takes so much stress away from the family. And, they did an absolutely fabulous job filling up the space and making it feel enchanting. Multiple people commented to me how nicely it came together and how vibrant the room felt. Seriously magazine-level work. I also appreciated Melissa’s go-getter attitude. I was on the hunt for a specific set of chairs for my husband’s and my sweetheart table, and the second they became available she was all over it. Melissa felt like my advocate throughout the prep process and was so knowledgeable and flexible as the plan developed over time. I don't even know how to begin to describe how incredible Harbour Bay was during the past 2 years of wedding planning. From the start they were accommodating, understanding, supportive & gave incredible suggestions to help with wedding planning. We, like many others were a Covid couple. Our first ceremony was supposed to take place on 4/18/2020. We postponed at our venue due to lockdown. We assumed we just wouldn't get married on that day until Lisa & her team mentioned their drive-thru wedding service they added to help out other covid couples. We decided to move forward with that option & were able to get married on our original date at their florist shop. It truly was the perfect little ceremony & they made my husband & myself feel like royalty. I'll never forget that day & will always remember how amazing the whole team at Harbour Bay was. Fast forward to our ceremony & reception a year later. We again used Harbour Bay & they pulled out all the stops. Our florals & decor were breathtaking. With a few pinterest pics & several phone calls they took all of my ideas & turned them into a stunning reality. Harbour Bay Florist helped make our bridal shower on June 27th extra special! They made 15 gorgeous arrangements for the tables and decorated the cake top with flowers. The flowers were just like I envisioned (light and bright pink and white roses and hydrangeas)and so fresh. I was very proud when everyone said how beautiful everything looked. Harbour Bay Florist is amazing! My son was married in a small intimate ceremony in St Augustine amidst COVID-19. After going to 2 other florist shops, that knew my budget & still wanted to charge me double, I looked outside of my county to find Harbour Bay Florist. My first meeting with Lisa & the owner Linda assured me that I found the right place. Their store has a wonderful wedding room, where they showcase their previous work on a tv. Not only are they amazing at their florals, they also offer almost every possible thing you would need for your big day, from invitations, to lighting, to charger plates, to decorations, you name it & they do it! Wedding Bliss Linda and her team were fantastic for our daughter's wedding this past weekend. They took our colors and ideas and created a beautiful setting at our venue. I made an arch for the couple to take their vows beneath, and they adorned it with beautiful flowers, making it stand out for the ceremony. I cannot praise, enough, the fabulous job of Harbor Bay- you are kind, professional and go above and beyond to make the customer happy. Beyond the phenomenal floral service, we utilized Harbor Bay (Linda) as our day-of coordinator. She and Ashley went to great lengths to keep all of us on track and make the event a superb memory. Guests, bridal party, but most importantly- the bride and groom- were completely impressed. As parents of the bride, we are relishing the feeling of a magnificent wedding thanks to them. They handled my florals for my Rehearsal Dinner, the florals and decor for my ceremony and all of the centerpieces and décor for my Wedding reception. I was extremely happy with the service I received from Harbour Bay Florist. Lisa was so accommodating and I highly recommend asking for her when you call for a quote. If there was a flower I wanted and it was out of season, she would call her distributor and find a similar in season flower (which saved me $$$). The day of the wedding, the flowers were BEAUTIFUL. The arrived at 9am with all the personal flowers and then they decorated my arbor with fabric and flowers as well as set all of my centerpieces up. I provided them with all of the décor (such as bottles, jars, buckets, fabric, etc) and dropped it off to them about a week prior and they took care of everything! They made my wedding day a breeze! EVERYTHING LOOKED BEAUTIFUL.

My husband and I were married on Saturday, October 22, 2016. Harbour Bay put together our centerpieces and bouquets, which were absolutely stunning! I worked closely with Lisa at Harbour Bay throughout the entire process, and she was fantastic. She often checked in with me before I had a chance to call her with any questions, putting me at ease. She also immediately called me when they realized the pure white peonies I had requested were not going to be available. The team worked quickly to find an alternative,, which I fell in love with immediately. In addition, the day of our wedding, everything arrived exactly on time. I highly recommend this amazing team for any floral needs!

All of the people who work there seem to be really sweet; I worked personally with Lisa who was my personal assistant in managing my flower arrangements. She was wonderful. She gave me tips and was overall sharing the excitement with me. The flowers came beautifully arranged- I couldn't have asked for more beautiful arrangements. I was stunned. I had compared their overall estimate to another well known place, and it ended up being worth it to go with Harbour Bay because the other place was further a drive from me and although only dollar or two more in price, gas money adds up and makes the difference. Especially if someone has to pick them up the day of the wedding. Plus I liked Lisa way more.

Harbour Bay did an amazing job on the final product. The flowers were gorgeous. Lisa and Linda met with me a number of times and was very accommodating to my indecisive ways. They had everything I needed all there; arbor, chairs, linens, flowers, vases, food scoops, etc. And they were full of great ideas. Linda was also my wedding day of coordinator as well and she did a great job of making sure everything came together the day of. And was always available to answer my many questions leading up to the wedding. They also had an established relationship with my venue which made it a lot easier.

The gang over at Harbour Bay Florist is incredible! She is hard working and will make your ideas and wedding flower dreams come true. I wanted anemones for my wedding, cause they are vintage feeling. So many florist were telling me no, or it wouldn't be possible this time of year (I was married Jan. 6, 2012)! Not the case, she explained they were fragile and how to take care of them but did everything to get them in for me! They were outrageous! We received so many compliments on them. Reasonable priced and very accommodating.

I loved the flowers at my wedding! The bouquets,church flowers and centerpieces were spectacular and simple just like I wanted! They took the time to meet with me one on one to discuss what I wanted and kept checking to see if there was anything else they could do.

I chose calla lilies and orchids for my bouquet and 3 calla lillies wrapped for bridesmaid and the men also wore calla lilies. When i saw the bouquets on the wedding day i began to cry becuase they were so beautiful! They were wrapped in white silk with a single pearl in the front. They were absolutley breathtaking. I like that the staff listened to my dream and made it come true within my budget. The floweres were fresh and flawless.

After vising three florists in Stuart/Jensen Beach, it was easy to select Harbour Bay for my wedding. I met with Lisa, and she was great! I had pictures with ideas of what I wanted for the bouquets and centerpieces, and she was able to help me go from there to design amazing floral arrangements. They also have tons of books full of ideas if you don't know where to start. The other florists couldn't even compare. They just didn't seem to understand the style I was going for like Lisa did. The flowers turned out perfectly. The girls bouquets were delivered to my hotel room door right on time, and everyone could not stop commenting on how great the centerpieces looked at the reception. Harbour Bay goes above and beyond to make sure the flowers look perfect. A few weeks before the wedding I wanted to make some last minute changes to the flower order, and add flowers to our cake. Lisa did this without a problem, and even coordinated with our baker to make sure they arrived at the reception site to set up at the same time so they could work on the cake flowers together. Everything turned out better than I expected, and I will definitely use Harbour Bay again in the future. They are the only classy florist in town, and can make an event look high-end without spending a fortune.

Unfortunately the bouquets were delivered a little early and my white lilies started browning during the 'getting ready' shots. Luckily the browning did not show in the pictures. Also my bouquet has hot pink roses white orchids and green cymbidium orchids so the brown on the lilies was not as noticeable. Harbour Bay was really surprised that the lilies turned brown so quickly. Overall the flowers were great.
