We were notified 10 days before the wedding the florist was backing out of the wedding! We went to see if H‑E‑B could possibly help! Veronica at the Katy Mills, Nelson Road location in Katy,TX was super! Very professional and great customer service. Great pricing too! Highly recommend Veronica!

We got our wedding corsages, boutonnières, and bouquets from HEB blooms in Spring Branch, TX. We were able to pick up the morning of the wedding. It was a bit pricey but H‑E‑B was very upfront about pricing and even broke down the cost of each item including the flowers we wanted. The director wasn’t great at communicating via email but they got the job done and our flowers turned out great. I would recommend to someone looking for a simple, somewhat affordable solution to wedding flowers.

HEB Blooms at the Lincoln Heights HEB did the florals for my wedding and did not disappoint! I gave them a few photos of other HEB Blooms arrangements similar to what I wanted, and when I went to pick up on the day of, they were exactly what I was envisioning. They didn’t pressure me to add unnecessary arrangements to my order, and were always responsive when I reached out with questions.

Thr big point: you may think you'll save money and get great flowers, but you won't. You may think you can count on a referral from a precious client, don't. HEB Blooms prices are not that much less than another florist and they don't deliver on the contract. If you do plan to move forward with them, make sure they put each exact number of each stem you will receive in arrangements or they will try to short you. In my situation, a specific HEB blooms florist at the Whitestone location in cedar park was recommended to me. After speaking with several florists, I decided to book with HEB Blooms Whitestone--primarily because of the recommendation. I thought everything was good to go, until I reached out with a question a few months after paying my deposit and securing my contract. The florist I had been working with left that HEB and the temporary replacement told me what I had paid for was loose stems to be delivered on my wedding day and that I would have to arrange them. Then I was told I had to wait for the new floral manager to start to figure things out and that all the emails and contract information I sent to the temporary manager would be reviewed by the permanent replacement. I met with the new floral manager as soon as I could arrange after she started. She said there weren't many notes about my contract. She also had not reviewed all the communications that I sent her. In fact, she never reviewed those communications or pictures. She didn't even take the time to review when I sent her the pictures again. I thought we worked everything out during that meeting. I resent her inspiration pictures. Then when I reach out to confirm some things a month out from my wedding, I am informed I am not getting what I thought I was under the contract. There was a lot of run around and extremely poor communication. But after a last meeting, I was assured she would do the best she could. On my wedding day, I will give her credit on making the arrangements look full, but one of the main centerpieces, submerged tulips, was not anything like the inspiration picture I sent her. To the point that my day of coordinator and aunt had to fix each one of those arrangements so the floating candles could fit in the vases. I'm not even sure what she was going for with her "style" of arranging. But it really felt like she did a half assed job on every arrangement, including my bouquet and the flower girl bouquets that were falling apart and had included a filler to meet the size instead of the flowers I was supposedly paying for. The mini carnations, thankfully used sparingly, were not in the contractual color scheme. And the contract explicitly stated that even if substitutions had to be made, the integrity of the color scheme would be maintained. I do not recommend working with HEB blooms. Spend the extra couple of hundred dollars for less stress and better peace of mind.

We ordered our wedding flowers from HEB Blooms Woodway. The floral manager worked closely with us to help our vision come to life! While they were not the most extravagant flowers I have ever seen, they were more beautiful than I imagined and fit my budget perfectly without compromising on quantity of flowers!

Heb on Wurzbach and I10, their Bloom did an excellent job on my bouquet , bridesmaid bouquet, boutonnieres, and greenery for the bride and groom table. The florist was good at recommending flowers and changing flowers out to help me stay in budget. The florist was very patient, and kept reassuring me that the flowers would look beautiful. They were more beautiful than I could imagine, when i saw them on our wedding day.

HEB delivered gorgeous centerpieces, bridal bouquets, and church decorations for our wedding. They were absolutely beautiful! We were ecstatic with our bouquets and received so many compliments about the centerpieces and church decorations. Meagan Vargas from the Potranco/211 store helped us from start to finish. Meagan did an outstanding job in the design, delivery, and customer service. She was very considerate and did an excellent job personalizing my bouquet with my grandmother's picture locket and my mom’s veil lace. The HEB team also delivered the flowers to our church and reception hall + expertly assembled the centerpiece flowers on our tables. Thank you to Meagan and Samantha for making our wedding day flowers perfect!

Randi at HEB Blooms in Alamo Ranch did an excellent job with our wedding flowers. Although the flowers weren't much cheaper than getting them at a traditional florist, the arrangements were beautiful and Randi did a great job helping me select beautiful arrangements in my price range. However, unfortunately, none of our flowers for our parents, groom, or groomsmen actually made it to them. I guess during delivery the flowers were put in the fridge instead of being given to us. This seemed to be a miscommunication between the venue and HEB delivery. That was disappointing but I would still recommend their services.

Absolutely Amazing! We went with the HEB blooms at Alon Market (off of Wurzbach and NW Military. They did an amazing job on the bouquets, boutineers, and corsages! It was better than we could have imagined! Also is reasonably priced.

I am so glad I went with H-E-B Blooms for flowers! I am not a huge floral person, so I didn't see the point in spending so much money on florals when H-E-B Blooms could use the same flowers for a better price. I used simple flowers such as roses and daisies and eucalyptus. I showed them my inspo pics during my consultations, and they gave me a bid a few weeks later. They do charge a 20% delivery fee of the total amount of florals even though it was a 5 minute drive from the store to our venue, but it was worth it.

Jennifer at The plus store in NB. Was amazing! She answered all of my (many) questions. Our floral turned out beautiful, and for the price you seriously can’t beat it. Do not over pay for floral!! They are definitely worth getting a quote from. We were so pleased with the experience and the how pretty it turned out

Sabrina at Basse Road was amazing! She used seasonal greens just like we asked for and the flowers were so fresh and amazing!! I felt very reasonable pricing as well.

Jodi Fagen at the Blanco & 1604 HEB is incredible. We had a small flower budget, extremely picky tastes and a short timeline. Jodi was incredible to work with -- communicative and quickly got our vision. We sent her a lot of inspiration boards/photos and she EXCEEDED our dream vision. I can't speak highly enough for Jodi and the HEB cost.

Julie at the HEB blooms in San Marcos was absolutely AMAZING to work with! She delivered everything and even showed up early to help with the centerpieces! Everything was absolutely fresh and beautiful!

Sabrina was the point of contact at the florist center at the HEB. She is excellant in every way! She is professional, full of ideas, patient with customers, extremely creative, flexible, and a talented designer. She delivered flowers and arrangements to both the church and the reception, timely and efficiently. The bouquets were all fresh, perfectly crafted and complimented on by many of our guests. She allowed us to augment the centerpieces with personal touches, and assisted in coordinating final designs. We loved working with her and trusted her to make the day stand out in beauty and fragrance. Highly recommend her services!

Elisia at the Blooms in Schertz (3009 location) was amazing! She was so very helpful and made the event run smoothly. The flowers came out exactly as I had envisioned and I could not be more happy with Blooms! I highly recommend their service!

We used Clara with the Alon HEB as our wedding florist. Before meeting with Clara, we had received quotes from other florists, and the prices were extremely high. At the recommendation of a friend, we decided to schedule an appointment with HEB Blooms. Going into the meeting with Clara, I was not exactly sure what kind of floral arrangements I wanted for my wedding. I took Clara pictures of flowers and arrangements I liked and did not like, and Clara was able to take my input and use her expertise to create floral arrangements that were more beautiful than I could have imagined! We used HEB for the bridal and bridesmaid bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, cake flowers, and head table decor. Clara delivered all of the ceremony flowers to the church and the reception decorations to the reception venue. Clara even helped our day of coordinator set up all of the flowers at the reception. Clara was easy to work with and accepted any and all changes we made leading up to the wedding. HEB's prices were beyond reasonable, and people were stunned to learn our flowers came from HEB. They looked like something another florist would create for thousands more! I would highly recommend asking for a bridal bouquet to be made ahead of time for portraits or just as a trial to ensure the flowers are exactly what you want. I would definitely recommend HEB Blooms for any bride looking for beautiful flowers that won't break the budget!

We went with the Wilderness Oak HEB for our wedding and for the most part I was very happy with how everything turned out. My bouquet was so beautiful and my bridesmaids bouquets were gorgeous, they were just as beautiful as mine. Kristina really helped me figure out what I could do within my budget and everything turned out beautiful! The only problem was that I think there was a slight miscommunication, during my consultation we discussed a cluster of flowers for the cake, she wrote it down and I thought I paid for it. On my wedding day we didn’t have a cluster of flowers for the cake and I looked back at what I was charged for and I was never charged for it but we figured it out and moved some flowers around and my cake looked beautiful. Over all I was very happy and I would definitely recommend the wilderness Oak HEB for florals!

The first HEB I went to was having trouble with their punctuality, but I switched to another store and they took care of everything promptly and perfectly! They helped us stay under budget and we got TONS of flowers!

We used the New Braunfels, TX location. Fedex lost our flowers two days before the venue -- disaster right? Not with Blooms! They handled this very professionally and actually had Fedex deliver all our flowers in a timely manner (to still finish all our center pieces/etc) to the venue. They were calm, poised, and sorted out the issue. They went above and beyond to help us even though this wasn't their fault. Thanks Blooms!

Bouquet was HUGE. Quality of leftover flowers was dull. However, the flowers turned out beautiful in pictures and I got a lot of compliments. Prices also cannot be beat.

Jodi Fagen with HEB Blooms on Blanco & 1604 in San Antonio is amazing! She is incredibly talented and executed my vision perfectly for my wedding. The bouquets and centerpieces were beautiful. I would definitely say that the flower arrangements at my wedding came out better than I ever imagined because of her! She also took the time to meet with me and talk through different color schemes and flower options. I would highly recommend booking her as your florist! We chose H-E-B Blooms Alamo Ranch-San Antonio as our florist for our November wedding and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Mary Jo did an amazing job! She was not only very professional but she was super helpful and made me feel 100% confident in their abilities to get the job done and done right! She was there along the way for any changes and/or questions. The arrangements, bouquets, boutonnières and center pieces all looked amazing. It really made the venue look elegant and my whole vision for the wedding really came together once the flowers were set up. The HEB Blooms in Hutto, TX did an absolutely amazing job putting together the most beautiful bouquets and boutonnières for my wedding. The consult I had with Jennifer beforehand went so smoothly. I showed her photos of things I had in mind and what they came up with was just stunning. I highly recommend them!

Jennifer and her staff at the HEB Plus! on the frontage in New Braunfels totally outdid themselves for my October 20th wedding at the Gruene Estate! Jennifer took what I pictured in my head and brought it to life! I still obsess over my bouquet! I made sure my photographer got awesome shots of it so that I could remember it forever! Not only were Jennifer and her staff helpful, they were so sweet and made the experience a breeze! HEB Blooms has great employees and wonderful prices! I highly recommend!

Sabrina at the Lincoln Heights HEB (Basse Rd) was fantastic. She was super helpful and easy to communicate and get in touch with. She was especially helpful and accommodating for me since I was an out of town bride, planning my wedding from afar. The flowers were beautiful and I got so many compliments from all the guests at how pretty the bouquets were. I would definitely recommend this HEB and ask for Sabrina!

HEB works great for a budget florist that you dont want tohave to do entirely on your own! They do not deliver and are not super involved in the whole process. Worked great for what I needed but if you feel like you want someone to be super involved in your planning and stuff look for someone who does more weddings!

I had a Great Gatsby themed wedding and the details that were added from my personal items onto my bouquet were flawless and amazing! They paid very close attention to detail! Even the groom and his groomsmen looked great! I cannot thank them enough!

Rosaleen and her team at Bulverde HEB Plus @ Hwy 46 did an absolutely INCREDIBLE job on our wedding flowers! I was blown away - I could not have even pictured how beautiful they turned out to be in reality. Working with Rosaleen was so easy, she was very easy to schedule an appointment with. When my now-husband & I met up with her, all we told her was our wedding colors and general vision. And wow, did she take it and run! I was speechless when I first saw the flowers. Even my photographer, who has been in the wedding industry over 10 years, said they were the best flowers she had ever seen. Book with HEB, you will not regret it!!

Awesome job with our wedding flowers! Kallie sat with me and went through the entire order during our first meeting. They were extremely responsive to calls and emails, and they made samples for me beforehand to help us practice making the centerpieces. They also arrived and delivered the floral order right on time.

Tristan and associates were SO WONDERFUL at every step of the wedding process, arrived promptly on the wedding day, and added some creative touches that complimented my own tastes. The bouquets were just BEAUTIFUL! The gazebo was BEAUTIFUL; I cannot believe how capable they were at executing every little detail, right down to theboutennieres. Thank you all, so so much!

I was so glad when I found out H-E-B did florals for events like weddings! I ordered my bridal bouquet, boutonnières and corsages for our wedding and they were perfect. I met with their wedding coordinator a couple months in advance and she was very knowledgeable about all the different florals and what would pair well together. She was able to take what I described and arrange exactly what I was looking for. I would highly recommend H-E-B Blooms. They provide a great product for a reasonable price.

I have sent three inquiries for invoices on the knot for H-E-B and have still not received any response.

I went to the counter to request a consultation appointment for my wedding. The representative that I met with was sweet but did not follow up. When I reached back out in person to follow up I received a surprising amount of hostility. There was also a lot of push back regarding my request for picture examples of past work that would be similar to my requests. Ultimately, we didn't end up going with the Basse HEB at Lincoln Heights Blooms team because I could never get a hold of anyone via phone or email AND because of the resistance met from the florist.

Clara at Heb Alon Market on NW Military was amazing! I met with a few different florists but she made me feel so comfortable and like she understood my vision. She also had a large binder with a lot of her work so if you're someone who needs visuals, she's got them! Clara was so sweet and and easy to work with and kept me under budget! The flowers were easily one of my favorite things from our wedding and I'm so happy I found Clara when i did! I highly recommend Heb Blooms, but especially Clara!

Jennifer at the HEB in New Braunfels did an incredible job. We went with this HEB and her because she was so helpful and knowledgeable about our flower choices and even our venue. She made my vision become a reality and it was even better than I expected. I had heard so many stories from brides about their flowers not turning out to their liking, but this was not an issue for me. They were incredible and I am blown away with their customer service and hard work!!

I worked with Jodi at 1604/Blanco location. I was very impressed! My bouquets were stunning! She created exactly what I wanted her to. She was also kind enough to create my bouquet for my wedding portrait that same day I ordered it (I completely forgot to order it up until the day before my portraits). I received so many compliments on the bouquets and was so happy that I didn't spend a fortune!

I worked with Kristina at the HEB Market at Wilderness Oaks and she was wonderful! I was on a limited budget for florals and wanted to keep it as simple as possible and Kristina made it happen beautifully. I changed my mind probably three times after the initial consultation and she never flinched, just offered ideas that options that met my vision and price point. She was very responsive too, which is a huge plus with any wedding vendor! A big thank you to Kristina!

We used H-E-B Blooms in Boerne for our wedding in August. Eddie and the entire floral department were so helpful in selecting flowers, and were able to accommodate our budget. Our flowers turned out so beautiful, could not have been happier!

The price is great if your on a budget and usually the quality is great too but not ours. I was really disappointed with the bridal bouquets and the guest table centerpieces. I have always purchased HEB flowers because they make beautiful bouquets but what was made for us didn't even last the night. All of my bridesmaids bouquets wilted and fell apart by the end of the night and my bouquet looked nothing like the photo I showed Amanda. Amanda also disappointed me because our first meeting she was sweet as could be but when I stopped by to ask if we could make a couple very small changes she was snippy and very rude. She had no patience with me and was extremely frustrated, I even apologized to her for just stopping by but it was Tuesday and knew she would be there. I normally would have said something at that moment about her attitude but I didn't want her to take it out on my arrangements so I just held my tongue. They only do appointments on Tuesdays which is another thing that was irritating. I live in Austin and had to go to San Antonio to meet with her which was fine but if I'm in the area again to meet with other vendors and I stop by on a Tuesday to ask about changes don't give attitude and say you need to make an appointment for another Tuesday meeting. People have jobs and life to tend to you so they should have more availability than Tuesdays. I had to schedule an over the phone Tuesday appointment to make those small changes and she still didn't use the color of Hypericum Berries I asked for.

We worked with HEB Blooms at Alon Market for the bridal party flowers. All of my ideas were taken into consideration and the bouquets and boutonnieres and they translated beautifully into the pictures. I appreciated the feedback and guidance to make sure that our flowers looked incredible! Highly Recommend!!

My mother and I went with the heb at Leon springs and they outdid themselves. Chelsea is the floral designer there and she brought my vision to life!!!

We used H-E-B Blooms at the 1604 & Bandera Road location. They were affordable and the flowers were incredibly fresh. They worked with us to get our flowers to match our colors just right. We went with cobalt blue hydrangeas and purple haze roses. The bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and floral decor for the ceremony area looked amazing. Everyone loved our flowers and they popped so well in our photographs. We couldn’t have asked for a better florist.

I got caught 3 weeks out from our wedding on a holiday weekend with a venue that included floral but refused to handle our bouquets and boutonnieres. Luckily someone recommended that I call the Kerrville H-E-B florist and I'm so glad I did. I worked with Shelby and the very day I called her she emailed me ideas and an estimate to get me started. I sent a few pictures, told her what flowers I like and the colors of our wedding, and she handled the rest! All via email! She even worked it out so I could pay in advance via credit card over the phone so that we could send someone else to pick up the flowers the day of the wedding. My bouquet was GORGEOUS--tulips, wedding spirit roses, ranunculas and very subtle greenery. It was so pretty I didn't want to put it down! The bouts and the corsages were also simple, elegant, and beautiful just like we wanted. On top of all this, prices were very affordable. I would use H-E-B again in a heartbeat now that I know how good they are!

We engaged HEB Blooms to do the arrangements for my daughter’s July wedding. Several years ago, another daughter had used HEB for her wedding as well, so we were familiar with the quality of service that we could expect. We met with a floral consultant several months prior to the wedding, and together we planned all of our floral arrangements and addressed bridal party needs as well. Two weeks before the wedding, we found out that our consultant had quit. Needless to say, we were frantic that our order would not be filled. Amanda to the rescue. We were contacted by Amanda who immediately arranged another consultation, and we were able to recreate our vision for the wedding. She assured us that she would be able to handle every detail and would personally oversee the project. The delivery went as planned, and the arrangements were beautifully created utilizing the color scheme that we had selected. The bridal party bouquets and boutineers added the perfect pop of color for the blush and ivory palette. In addition, we ordered eleven tall arrangements and eight smaller bubble bowl arrangements for the reception as well as a medium guest table centerpiece. The highlight of the floral displays was the cascade of roses on the wedding cake. Stunning! Thank you, Amanda, from the Lincoln Heights floral department at HEB.

Thanks to HEB Blooms our wedding looked absolutely beautiful! My bouquet came out even better than I pictured it. All the flowers were perfect, from center pieces to the cake flowers, I was in awe. The reason I could not give them 5 stars is because it was very difficult to communicate with them. Every time I would call or stop by, the person in charge of event flowers was never available and no one ever knew when she would be there for her next shift. It got pretty frustrating to the point where we thought we wouldn't have flowers at all. I'm glad everything worked out fine and our wedding was beautiful.

We used HEB Blooms at the Wilderness Oak location for our wedding on June 3rd and we LOVED IT!! I will admit that at first I was a little scared, considering I didn't even know HEB had the ability to do big weddings! I was recommended to HEB for their affordability by another bride who had their wedding before ours who ensured me that HEB would exceed our expectations... and THEY DID! We worked with Drea (she's awesome!) who made sure our vision came true, while still keeping it in our budget! We had 15 table arrangements (see explanation below), 7 bridesmaid bouquets, 3 boutonnieres, 4 corsages, 12 loose roses for the cake, & 1 bridal bouquet- and were able to keep it under $1500! Also, HEB includes a free throw bouquet (for the single ladies). *Something I was able to do was make my bridesmaid bouquets a little more full to be able to re-use them as centerpieces, and that saved us tons of money! Just a tip for you future brides. *Another tip is we had the flowers delivered, but given that they literally deliver them ready made, we saved ourselves the set-up fee ($150) and had my coordinator place them on the tables! Some of our arrangements were tall & full, and others were bubble form & full. We used hydrangeas and roses for most of them (except my bridal bouquet). Communication, planning, delivery, service- everything was perfect! Definitely recommend!
