ct from start to finish. The attention to detail, professionalism, and care that Jenn showed before, during and after eased my anxiety and made each minute memorable. Georgios from Santorini’s food was incredible. Both he and his wife are amazing! These are some of the nicest people I have ever met in my life and I can’t wait to get back to Miami to visit. I told Jenn I felt like I met another lifelong friend and meant it.

Unfortunately the support team that works during the ceremony time are not as caring as Claudia. It’s so unfortunate that her work is overshadowed by the staff that doesn’t take pride in the work they do.
The food was NOT what we tasted, in terms of recipe and quality of food. We went twice for the cake tasting and by the time our wedding day arrived it was a different baker. The top tier was dry and without flavor, therefore we had to toss it once we arrived at home. The crew didn’t return many of our belongings such as our champagne flutes and some of the decor that we paid for and brought to the ceremony. There was no attention to detail despite the fact every single one of them got a very good tip. We offered our guests complimentary parking and guests notified us that they were being charged. We were very disappointed that many things didn’t go well. In part I realize Claudia is overworked but a little more coordination would have made our day an unforgettable one.

Georgios and his wife are the owners of the restaurant on site and responsible for the events’ catering; not only do they provide amazing food but great hospitality and service as well, you’ll feel at home in their restaurant. Pricing is reasonable and hotel and location are wonderful.

ordinator is such a pleasure to work with. She has the patience of an angel. If I needed help with anything, she was quick to assist and offer suggestions for the ceremony. We had a beach wedding that was absolutely gorgeous. The reception and dinner was held in the skyline terrace and room. The space is not huge but it held our 85 guests perfectly with room to spare. The room can comfortably hold 103 guests.
I can't say enough of how perfect everything was handled. Claudia was there every step of the way and my guests still can't stop talking of what a wonderful time they had.
Do yourself a favor and contact Claudia for your wedding. She is an asset to the property. The food from Santorini, the hotel restaurant was fantastic. Georgio, the owner is wonderful and always greeted us with a big hug. The best Greek salad on South Beach!

which is conveniently next to the salon. The view is amazing and I was very happy to find out the sun sets on the side of the terrace instead of the beach. Once decorated the place was transformed. All of our guests raved at how beautiful it looked. The food and drinks were good and the pastry chef is amazing! She made our cakes and sweets and everyone went crazy for them. The bridal suite was beautiful and spacious. Perfect for getting ready with my wedding party.
Claudia was our wedding coordinator and I have to say she was the best! She is very patient, gave me a lot of ideas, was very open to all my suggestions, helped me with every detail of the wedding, and met with us on a number of occasions. Not only she coordinated the ceremony and reception, she referred me to the DJ, flowers, and photographers. All of whom were on time and accommodating. The entire staff was attentive, not only the day of the event but in every occasion I would visit the hotel.
Everything came out better than I would ever have expected. If I were to do it again I would not change a thing. For the money paid we got way more than in other venues. Having everything in one place makes it a lot easier, especially when we planned this in 5-6 months. I had the perfect wedding thanks to Claudia and the Hilton!!

licious food that we tasted on the tasting trial was nowhere to be seen on our wedding date. The appetizers, the salad and the fish were completely different!!.. I felt very cheated as this was not what I knew i paid a lot of money for. Another huge issue was that we were charged for our rehearsal dinner TWICE... and it took so long (and tons of emails during our honeymoon) to get that money back. To make it worse, they sent me a final bill belonging to a different event and charged me extra.. it was a complete mess. I have pictures and email to proof all of this and I wanted to make a huge deal out of it.. however, i didn't want to dwell on what went wrong on my wedding day and instead focus in the beautiful time spent with my family and friends. Plus, after multiple emails we never got as much as a sorry of my bad from management... The wedding coordinator is great- unfortunately I don't believe she has great support from the management and restaurant. We used to visit this location so much with our family and friends since its so closed to home and we loved the pool/beach area... we have not done so since the wedding.

the family, going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! We had a simple sunrise beach vow renewal ceremony with a brunch to follow! The fact that I wanted it at sunrise I thought would be a problem but the staff didn't skip a beat. The location was surreal and the food was incredible and beyond plentiful! e beach (wedding ceremony), to have a cocktail near a swimming pool and a reception in a beautiful room with a view on the pool (we got married in August so it was really hot). We visited so many places (around 20 venues) in Miami that weren't offering all that (or if they were, they were incredibly expensive), Claudia was so helpful and so flexible that she made this wedding preparation period easier (and as I prepared it from Europe, it was a key point) - she has an amazing list of service providers with who she is accustomed to work with (florists, DJ...). Our guests were really impressed with the venue (south beach location) and with the service, and we enjoyed the party without any stress. Cherry on the cake - we went to swim into the sea after the party!!! I don't think any other venue can offer a better relation between quality and price. Thank you so much to the whole team of the Hilton Bentley, it was the best day of our lives!
My husband and I got married on May 21, 2016 at this venue. Everything in the beginning sounded great until the actual wedding day. We were promised MANY things and paid for things...
and then on our wedding day did not receive a lot of them. We worked with Blanca Blanco and we had many in person meetings as she wrote everything down and we still did not receive things we were promised. We were told by Blanca the room would be set up for us girls to get ready in and we would have a rack to hang all of our dresses on. There was no rack so my sister went to get one and the door man was incredibly rude to her. Right before our ceremony it rained (which is uncontrollable) but the staff was completely unorganized and everything went into complete shambles. For example, I was told the night before the wedding that I was to go into the suite with my dad and step dad while the rest of my wedding party started walking down the isle and they would call us to come down when they were ready for us. Instead the day of I was told to stay in the room I was at while my dad and step dad were in the suite and they walked my bridesmaids, in the RAIN, through the back door to the ceremony. When they called for me to come I was then walked through the RAIN in my dress to the ceremony and my dad and step dad were still in the suite. No one called them down! My song was playing for me to walk down the isle and my dad and step dad were still in the suite. My guests said it was a good 3-5 minutes everyone was just standing there waiting for me to come through the doors. During cocktail hour we were informed that our guests were being told they could not have any more of the signature drinks that we chose. That infuriated me as we had a full hour for that specific drink to be served. Our venders that we chose had to pay $40 to valet their cars when in our contract stated it would be $15 for anyone associated with the wedding. My husband and I also had to pay $40 to valet our car. Our flowers were not right for our bridal party, head table and arch. Everything leading up to the reception was an absolute mess. There was so much stress put on my mother , step father, myself and my husband that should have never happened. We understand that we cannot control the weather but the staff was a disaster and very unorganized. After the craziness we went into our reception and Blanca left as soon as we sat down for dinner. The food was amazing and the staff working our reception was very attentive. The venue was beautiful and our guests had a great time. A lot of time, money and emotion goes into your wedding day and not all things will be perfect, but most of the things that happened on my wedding day should have been avoided. If you are thinking about this venue I would hire a wedding planner and stay on top of Blanca, especially the day of your wedding. All in all we had a great time during our reception and in the end we got married which is what we set it to do.

skeptical to say the least. An on top of that this was a destination wedding living in Wisconsin traveling to Florida. But with alot of emails, phone calls and test messages the Hilton Bentley made my day magical. I also had the best wedding coordinator in the business(Blanca) she made sure everything was on time and executed well. I also worked with the sales and catering manager (Claudia) she was also amazing and very easy to work with. I had my ceremony/ reception on the Skyline Terrace and the views from the city were amazing, the wait staff did and excellent job making sure that everyone was taken care of. My guests loved the food and attention to detail. Everyone told me that this was the best wedding they have ever been to. The only trouble I had was checking in when my account froze up and the extra fees they charge at check-in. But other then that I had a wonderful experience. I would love to come back for our 1 year anniversary with my now Husband. Thank you Hilton Bentley, for being apart of one of the best days of my life!XO

ot receive any of the things promised, paid for and agreed upon in my contract. I didn't even have a place to get ready and my wedding ended up running 2 hours behind as a result. If I said things ran smoothly, it would be a huge lie. so I won't do that. I did however have a great time because it was my wedding day and i couldn't change venues at that point. The manager was very nice and did comp us a few nights at the hotel as well as food and drinks after they ruined my wedding, however It really does not make up for all of the disaster they caused on my wedding day. The food is very good unfortunately on my wedding day it was absolutely disgusting, but if you want to go for dinner there on a day they don't have a wedding to mess up you might get lucky!

fect price. The Hilton Bentley had it all, good price, beautiful beach views, excellent food choices, everything included in one package, but I was skeptical, because this was the only place in south beach that included so much for such a reasonable price.
Our experience was marvelous! Everything from the staff to the smallest detail was flawless. Elda and Valerie helped us plan the wedding, they so conveniently arranged for us even a switch of dates. My package included a free night at the hotel in one of their beach front suites (gorgeous!), 10 valet parking tickets, beach ceremony with decor and seats, 1 hour cocktail with 5 appetizers (recommend chicken empanadas, plantains with shrimp, dolphin tacos), open bar, 5 hour reception with decor (linens, lights and flowers!), DJ, and 6 hour photographer (we chose Galina Vitols, so nice and pleasant). All of this was included in one price! We chose the Diamond package for our reception, the food was exceptional! I love to cook and one of the things I paid close attention to was the food, I couldn't have been happier, great quality, good quantity and beautiful presentation! (shirt rib, churrasco with lobster, tomato and avocado salad). Valerie, one of the wedding planners, made sure everything was arranged and ready to go. She also made it very easy for me on the day of, all I had to take care of was myself! I couldn't have asked for more!
The vendor I chose for the flowers was A Blooming Touch, greatly recommend them, they were lovely and accommodated our wishes, I didn't have to pay anything extra to get the flowers I wanted! The only thing extra was the bridal bouquet, bridesmaids flowers and the buttoners. The decoration for the ceremony and tables was included in the price. The flowers looked beautiful!
Needless to say I strongly recommend this wedding venue, it had everything you could ask for and the wedding coordinators make everything run smoothly so you can enjoy your wedding! We loved it there and would love to go back for our wedding vows! But that's going to be a long time from now! :) I'll try and post some pictures so you can take a look at the tables and flowers!

nce. The staff at the Hilton Bentley made the planning process a breeze as we selected the Diamond package which included literally everything. It was a tremendous relief to have all of the key vendors (linens, florals, music, ceremony music) all identified as all we had to do was discuss our vision and desires with them. Everything else was handled by the hotel staff. The preferred vendors were all very professional, and everything turned out great and exactly as we hoped. As for the things handled by the Hilton Bentley, I honestly could not be happier.
Food: We chose the beef tenderloin churrasco, the imperial grilled chicken and the black bean and rice cake (Veg option). Our guests RAVED that it was hands down the best food they have ever had at a wedding. The food was well presented and the portions were decent-sized.
Venue: We had our ceremony on the terrace &reception in the skyline room (Both GORGEOUS). The room was perfect for our wedding size (65 guests) and it was great to have the sliding doors so people could go grab a breath of fresh air and take in the skyline. We also requested to have some couches moved out to the terrace, which was great for guests looking to rest their feet. The space was also very clean and the white marble floors gave the room a really nice and fancy look. We were going with more of a classy/chic feel to the wedding, and the Hilton Bentley space was perfect for this.
Staff: We worked with Valerie and she is an absolute ROCK STAR! From the moment I met her, I knew my wedding was in terrific hands. She was extremely responsive (I literally got a response within hrs from her), and above all, she is a very nice & pleasant person. Our guests all LOVED Raul the bartender! So nice and friendly! Also, the staff that helped w/ set up was GREAT - very nice!

The majority of our communication with hotel staff consisted of phone calls and emails due to location. Initially we were communicating with Stephanie, which was great. Stephanie was very responsive and helpful, unfortunately we were then assigned Elda. At one point i was ready to look for another venue because I would constantly call/email etc and get no response. After speaking with a manager we were assigned Vallerie Bellehumeur which was amazing!!!! We absolutely loved and enjoyed working with her so much. Valerie was very attentive and understood the importance of "our big day". She was involved in every detail from begging to end. Below is how we rated our experience
Venue- The skyline terrace is a relatively smaller space, but made for a very cozy and intimate event, which was exactly what we were looking for.
Food- The food here was excellent!!! All our guests were pleased with the selections! We chose the surf and turf and the corvine as our main dishes. Additionally we chose the Caja china. The apps included the coconut ceviche, chicken empanadas steak skewers. Everything was amazing.
Thank you to the hotel staff and especially to Vallerie for making our day so special/memorable.

ay. She made us feel at ease the entire day along with the entire staff. Everything went according to plan: from the rehearsal dinner to the ceremony to the reception. Not only would I recommend getting married at Hilton Bentley South Beach because of their attention to detail, but the amazing views of the city skyline and ocean allow you to take such wonderful photographs.
What really made us feel comfortable was the fact Valerie responded to our emails almost instantaneously. Her extensive experience really showed and we are so thankful she was there to pull it off!
The only negative was our wedding day went by too quick. Cheers to the Hilton Bentley for pulling off an amazing wedding.

Our wedding was very laid back but full of little details and she made sure to help us with them all. Even before our wedding we felt confident that it would be great. They were flexible and worked with us to the last minute. The hotel and grounds were gorgeous. We had a beach wedding they set it up and attended to our guest and getting them to the area.
They even drove our elderly guest to and from the ceremony area when necessary. We transitioned to the cocktail hour and our guest had a great time and loved the food and drink service. They accommodated our guest special request and the staff at the Hilton Bentley was very gracious. Our guest were so happy with everything and we were just able to enjoy everything and not worry about what was going on behind the scenes. The room set up was gorgeous the open doors to the terrace overlooking Miami Beach made the guest feel like they were in some hip club.
The food service and dinner service was right on the money and we had plenty of time to party and enjoy our guest. Valerie made herself available during the entire process and made it so we knew we were in good hands. The staff during the event were ready to serve and addressed every question and every need our guest had. We really have no complaints about the ceremony or the cocktail hour or our event as a whole. We had a spectacular time and so did our guest. The only thing I suggest is that if you take your own stuff to decorate, make sure at the end of the event that you pick them up and put them in your room or have someone take them as I lost a few personal items not of great value.
Over all our event was fantastic, our room was amazing and everything about our event was perfect. Our guest truly enjoyed themselves and so did we!!!

weeks before the wedding we had a "personal coordinator" who pretty much went through all the logistics of the day. Although it would have been nice to have her much sooner, it didn't really change any outcomes. Everything was extremely smooth, the space seems so much bigger when it is full, we had enough room to dance, the doors opened to outside during the reception. All of the things we were concerned about were not at all a concern the day of. We had a blast and had so many compliments on the food, environment, and scenery (Skyline Terrace). No regrets & highly recommend especially for the price, our day was perfect!

ator who we truly enjoyed working with. A couple months before our wedding, we were told to work with another event coordinator as the other contact left for maternity leave. On our wedding day the following unacceptable issues occurred: -Our reception room and ceremony were not set up on time over 2 hours late. The event coordinator was not on site even 2 hours after the set up time. Florist and wedding planner was not able to set up the tables due to the tables not being set up. -Guests arrived but were not able to sit at the ceremony site as the chairs were not set up. They were told to wait in the lobby. The lobby is very small and not an ideal place for people to wait. -Not enough chairs at reception. Guest were told to stand until everyone else sits. -They did not start serving dinner till very late. Our guests were restless with more than 30 minutes of waiting after speeches were concluded. -Bartenders conversed with other staff instead of serving guests promptly. -The air conditioning either was not on or was not working properly. Both mothers and multiple guests complained to staff. Event coordinator told Mother of Groom and an Aunt that they probably drank too much alcohol and that is why they are feeling hot. -During Reception before dinner was served, Event coordinator ridiculed us for being behind schedule as the speeches took longer than expected and tried to pressure bride and groom into extending the wedding for 1 hour and wanted to charge us $2000 extra and said we had only 10 minutes to decide. We let management know the issues a couple days after the wedding. We did not receive an apology and waited more than 2 weeks for a response. We did not receive a response. We were told multiple times we would receive an apology and this did not happen. We requested the apology be made to the Mother of the Bride and Mother of the Groom. This did not happen. We do not recommend the Hilton Bentley and are very disappointed in their customer service both at the wedding and after the wedding.
