He had meetings and a engagement session photo shoot where we got to know him prior to the wedding, and understand what type of photo shots we liked. John is super kind and very helpful throughout the wedding process. He was easy to get hold of and had open comminucation throughout. Right before the wedding, a family emergency occurred, where he could not be there for the wedding. this was a 0.01 percent change of occurring. As noted above he was very open with us and never had any surprises. Prior to notifying me of the issue, he came up with different plans of action he could run by me. This was excellent so I wasn’t panicking , and i knew everything was taken care of. The replacement for John was named Justin, and he was great! Justin was very skilled and made sure my entire bridal party and guests were comfortable. Justin was on point throughout the day and had already had conversations with John regarding what types of photos i wanted. During the reception Justin was so smooth at taking natural photos of us i rarely knew he was there. He made sure we got the candid shots we were looking for. He was quick to set up a Google Meet call with us early on and answered every little question we had with patience and humor. He is also super down to earth, and I could see him making any couple feel comfortable in front of a camera. Their work is beautiful too. We had quite a few hiccups, delays, and issues on our wedding day, but they just rolled right along with out skipping a beat. They managed our wedding day better than our wedding coordinator at some points. I seriously felt like I would have drowned without them. We received the complete gallery of photos 2 days after returning from our honeymoon, and I can't even begin to describe how exceptional the images are. They really did a wonderful job, but my favorite part was that we hardly noticed them when we were involved in moments like the ceremony and cocktail hour. Even when they seemed to not be around, they somehow popped up right next to me when I did want them for a group photos or two. Seriously an amazing group of people, and I couldn't be happier with their photography. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. :)

tact with the team. But when it came to interacting with the bridal party wedding day Maria's short fuse grew noticeably shorter with the bridal party and venue coordinators. I understand its tough to wrangle a group of people at once but I would still expect professionalism. My parents/husband's parents were running late for the first look. I'm a wedding planner myself and understand that schedules go offtrack, something you'd think Maria would also be flexible with. When my Mom got to the venue Maria actually went up to her and said "You are so late what happened? If you were here earlier we could have taken photos of you with your daughter getting ready but we didn't get any" I wanted to die. Like my mom was trying to purposely be late on my wedding day. Then Maria was on line during cocktail hour grabbing a bite and my bridesmaid behind her making conversation goes "oh grabbing a snack?" And Maria fires back "yeah is that okay? Am I not allowed to eat or something?" I was not expecting this attitude at all. In the very beginning I was told photos usually take 6-8 weeks to get back but 16 weeks max (was told "though it almost NEVER takes that long"). Most photographers will send a few shots in the weeks following the event if not then than at least some to hold you over around the halfway point. After 8 weeks I asked for an update. I was told 2 more weeks but they'll try for sooner. Flash forward to a month later and still no photos or followup. Its not the point that I didn't have the photos its that I was kept completely out of the loop. Lauren said she had not idea I didn't get them back yet leading me to believe there's not even communication within. Lauren then lays it on me: the delay was because some of the second shooter's images were missing. Maria had to somehow "retrieve" the missing images from her and going finish by Friday. Friday comes no photos. I am now that pesty person I swore I'd never be but how do I know even know if all the photos would be there? The photographers made a point to tell me several times how they are the photographers for the Jets which was cool but afterwards I was left feeling less important next to the Jets photos that I saw so quickly posted after each game. They didn't even spell my last name correctly on the photo website or the link! Looked great passing it around to people. Overall my photos came out good but we were heavily focused on getting that perfect sunset shot on the dock which I felt fell short. Not a ton of unique shots in general. I went with it figuring they knew what they were doing but going forward a list of shots should be required from potential clients. My mom has been in touch with John who could not have been more helpful but he went on vacation so my mom emailed Maria this week to ask her about ordering photos to have blown up for Christmas. A week later still no response. Instead of ordering my album for Christmas, we chose to order 2 albums from a different website just because of our experience with this company. Really disappointing

ing and the pictures came out absolutely beautiful. I loved their artistic shots and their ability to capture all the special moments that happened within our wedding. I would absolutely use them again for other events and I would absolutely urge others to use them. I can't even think of one bad thing to say about them. They're great at communication, they were always there on time, and their personalities were awesome. Definitely, definitely at least get an interview with them and then you'll see exactly why they have such great ratings!

The groom needs a little extra time and occasionally a little help getting around due to residual from a stroke last year, and the second-shooter that was with him (I can't remember his name right now) was incredible. We were able to do first look and literally every posed shot of the entire family and party in roughly 35 minutes before the ceremony; Maria ran it like a machine. Once we finished that Maria became a ninja, appearing at the exact right time to get all the best candids, but never asking us to "do that again" for the sake of a picture. I can't possibly say enough about how wonderful this team is, and the Polaroid Station in place of a photobooth is such a cool and different idea. The guests LOVED it!!

We have already received so many compliments on john's personality and willingness to make everyone happy .Not only did he take amazing photos, but any request we had, he took care of. I was really nervous about pictures, because I tend to make awkward faces when I know people are taking photos of me. But John was such a pro at posing us all and made me instantly feel at ease. He was such a calming presence on my wedding day, which was really helpful among all the chaos. My mom even really liked John, and she's a hard lady to impress haha. She let me know he was friendly and personable, and was always available when we had questions or wanted a specific picture. My husband also loved him and said John was a total pro. My husband even nicknamed him "John Wick" because John was so effortlessly suave haha. He appreciated that John put up with my husband's dumb and corny jokes all day, and said John was a great sport and amenable to any request. He also let me know John was everything you'd want in someone that you're working with, and that he stayed flexible when plans kept changing. I just received all the photos and they're absolutely amazing, even better than anything I could've imagined! Every time I look at them I see something new that I had missed before. John and Justin's ability to capture the perfect moment really comes out in their work. I felt like I relived my whole wedding day again, including the parts I missed haha. I've started sharing them with my family, and everyone is gushing over how wonderful the pictures are. When I got to the reception part, I've never enjoyed looking at reception pictures so much; they captured such wonderful moments of all my family and friends throughout the whole night! They are truly a business that loves what they do, and I am honored to have had them as our wedding photographers! Thank you so much!

as we started planning I contacted John immedately. I couldn't imagine another person capturing out most important moments. I love his personality, passion and love for his job. Being a makeup artist I have never seen anyone capture visions and moments the way John does. My husband and I are not great at posing and being affectionate for pictures but John made the whole experience enjoyable and easy. All of my guests commented on how amazing John and Amber were. We loved John's photos just from checking out his website, but once we had our first FaceTime session with him, we were sold. I personally hadn't been in a lot of weddings before my own, and was clueless about the whole photography process. I had a list of probably 40 questions I asked him, constantly apologizing for how annoying I probably was, but he was so genuinely happy to answer them all and to walk me through everything. Up until the wedding I had several more calls with John and he continued to walk me through all the timing, planning, etc to calm my nerves. And then the week of the wedding came, and there was a monster blizzard in the forecast. When I emailed John a few days before the wedding asking if he was still in, he wrote back with the most thoughtful email assuring me that he would absolutely be there, no matter how bad the snow was, and that he was actually thrilled to get snow for the photos. The night before the wedding he emailed me to let me know he was already at the hotel (came in from the night before to be sure the snow didn't stop him from getting to me). Seeing that email meant the world to me when vendors could be canceling left and right. He was a real champ during the blizzard wedding and our photos are absolutely incredible. At the end of the night, I asked him what his thoughts were on doing something wild/trash the dress in the snow type of thing- he came up with the perfect idea of making snow angels. The photos are spectacular!! John isn't just an amazing photographer- he is a sincere, honest, and extremely talented professional. Highly recommend him!!!

er wedding I got to meet John and see how he worked in person on a wedding day and I thought he was great. So after that I waited to see how her pictures turned out because I wanted to make sure that I liked his "vision" through the camera before deciding. The second I saw the pictures I was like YEP I'm going to use him. On our wedding day he was very respectful and always made me feel comfortable. I trusted that all of our pre-ceremony photos were going to look great and they did!.He was very affordable and I received the dvds with all of my photos within about a month of our wedding. There's so many pictures that I like that it's making it hard for me to decide which ones to hang up on our wall. I was very happy we added the second photographer for the ceremony and reception because the second photographer, Kate, took a lot of really great pictures too. I will definitely recommend this crew!
