Initially, Inspire Your® will set up and arrange a consultation meeting with you and your partner; Amanda loves to take the time to understand your vision entirely before getting started. This professional will help you establish a budget and then offer a tailored selection of services to match your needs and expectations. From full-on wedding design to day-of coordination, Amanda can fulfill all of your event planning needs. OUR SERVICES - Design: Identify your design and style words; select your primary and secondary colors; source your wedding vendors; manage your rental and linen quotes - Framework: Create your wedding day timeline, wedding party info, vendor logistics for set up and tear down; review your floor plan; finalize your guest list; confirm your vendor quotes and contracts as well as review for missing items. - Coordination: Place wedding day decor and items such as table number, place cards, wedding signage, guestbook, card box, memory table; coordinate vendor arrivals; finalize table set up with venue; manage any issues and be proactive problem solver; liaison with wedding guests, wedding party and couple; calm and friendly coordinator to ensure a seamless wedding day (PRICING IS FOR OUR CERTIFIED WEDDING COORDINATORS). Our second meeting was two weeks out from our wedding day where I was introduced to Lauren, the day-of coordinator that would be on sight with us. On the wedding day Lauren was phenomenal!!! We had a weather-induced ceremony change due to a massive rain storm. I let her know the day of and she contacted all the vendors and made the transition SEAMLESS. Having Amanda being my wedding planner is the major reason for getting things done in that extremely tight schedule. All the venders recommended by Amanda are very professional, talented and have great passion for their work.
