WHATEVER YOU DO, BOOK ELSEWHERE.

ding up to the month then week of the wedding, I had to reach out on several occasions to pay the reminder of my balance, ask if he received my DJ worksheet to help the flow of the evening, etc. Never was I contacted first. Leading up to the week of my wedding, I still had not heard from my scheduled DJ and Jeremiah had yet to inform me I needed to pick a backdrop for our photo booth. Three days before the wedding, I still had YET to hear from my DJ Ben. Once I was able to speak with him, we discussed the flow of the evening, must play songs, and important aspects of the evening to cover. Isn’t the whole point of the timeline for the DJ to have a guide to use and not to need to bug the bride and the groom during the evening or require the bride and the groom to be on top of things as well and get the DJ to move onto the next aspect of the evening?
When it came to the wedding night, the sound system was poor. I felt like I could barely hear my first dance song, even on the dance floor. There was no flow to the evening, requiring me as the bride to need a stiff drink to avoid my anxiety about how bad it was. The backdrop to the photo booth was wrong and not what was discussed just DAYS prior. The photo booth attendant did more time flirting with my guests then doing her job. She is in probably 20-30 photos, why? You are there to do your job, so do it, be professional! Only a few of the songs I had on my “must play” list were utilized. As the bride I had to ask about the cake cutting (which was never announced), as well as the dollar dance (which was poorly announced, therefore not even the mother of the bride or groom knew it was happening). It also only occurred for three songs. The list just keeps on going. Following the wedding, it took over three weeks to get access to the google drive for our photos from the photo booth after pestering from my end. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BOOK ELSEWHERE.

the same day as our wedding, so he assigned Ben to be our dj instead. I have a feeling Jeremiah would have done a great job, but by no means can I recommend Ben. He missed two songs during our ceremony. He had really bad transitions between songs. The track glitches in the middle of the father-daughter dance. Even though he had a clear timeline, he didn't act on any of those items until the bride, groom, or Matron of Honor told him too. He did not have a strong sense of flow for the evening. His service was definitely the worst part of the day.

re we had everything we needed. Both were very involved in the reception, and making it a great party atmosphere. We used their photo booth as well, and our guests had the best time with it! Then to be able to have the actual photos texted straight to personal phones, and put on a drive for us to have copies of all that were taken was the cherry on top. My husband and I didn’t hear one negative comment about their service, and every single one of our guests just loved them! I couldn’t imagine our wedding with any other DJ service. ceremony and reception and got all of the music perfect. We had a couple song requests that he didn’t have in his library, but they were there on the day. He was constantly checking in, making sure that we were doing okay, and coordinated with catering and other vendors during the reception to make sure that we were able to enjoy our day and relax. He was so flexible and willing to change things on the fly as needed. I would 100% use JIIK again
