She had twelve bridesmaids, so the morning was busy, but the team handled it with grace, energy, and professionalism. Despite the hectic schedule, the stylists were fun, upbeat, and efficient. I booked JFA to service hair for my wedding on December 28th, and went with a family recommendation for makeup. Three days before my wedding, on Christmas Day, I received a call from my makeup artist informing me that she had come down with whooping cough and would no longer be able to service my wedding. I was in a complete panic. I sent a desperate text to my hair stylist from JFA, not expecting to hear back on a major holiday. To my surprise and relief, she called me within minutes. Not only did she calm me down, but she also had a solution. Jules Fleming herself stepped in to do my makeup on my wedding day with a three-day notice. I was overwhelmed with gratitude. We trialed a bridal look prior to my wedding day, and ended up completely changing the look the day of. They were wonderful at creating a different look on the spot, and even cut my hair perfectly to create a different hairstyle. I definitely recommend!

They both did an amazing job! Scheduling my bridal trial was simple, and having the artists come to my home for the trial was really convenient. On the day of the wedding, Rachel (hair), Valeria (makeup), and Nicole (hair/makeup) were amazing. They were all so kind and kept us on schedule. If you're looking for a soft-glam look for your wedding day, I highly recommend them!

I decided to do a trial run and Mia was my makeup artist; she came to my house and set up early, so she was ready to go by the start time. I am picky with my makeup; I tend to wear very little face makeup, and so it is a challenge for me to not feel fake when I have it done. Mia worked with me to get it to the point I wanted it and did an excellent job. Months later, three artists came to the wedding venue and set up to do my bridesmaids and family. One artist had a flat tire on the way, but Mia and Rachel made sure that things still went smoothly. Mia did a great job on my makeup, again with the face makeup I felt like it wasn't where I wanted it, and she worked with me for a while to get the perfect look I was going for; natural look but with dramatic eyes. Rachel also did a great job on my hair. I wanted to do a tight slick back bun to last in the Miami heat, but alas after trying over and over again I had too many layers and it just did't work out. Rachel was patient through all of it, and we ended up going with a low sleek pony which turned out really nicely. All of my ladies were done with time to spare, and the three artists were kind, helpful, and did a great job with everyone. Would definitely recommend!

displeased with my first two trials, Brooke and Jules did right by their customer and gave me a third trial without charge. Tai, my hair stylist for the big day, was knowledgeable and kind. She made my princess hair dreams come true by creating a curled half-up hairstyle featuring a gorgeous fishtail braid. Unfortunately, however, my curls fell quite quickly in the Florida heat/humidity. Mia was my makeup artist for the big day and she was extremely professional. She prepped my skin very well and listened to all of my concerns. Although I felt beautiful at the time, looking back I feel my makeup was too heavy/dark, especially on my eyebrows. I took off one star because of the Day of Timeline. Some last-minute changes were made behind the scenes, however, they were not reflected on the final timeline given to the artists so there was some confusion and stress on the big day while we were getting ready. I have not yet received professional photos, but once I do I will post photos!

Examples of these issues were lengthy delays in receiving a response, not being initially transparent about additional fees, wanting to lock me into a contract before having a trial, etc. As soon as I reached out to Jules Fleming Artistry, I quickly received a response from Brooke, who continued to guide me through the whole process without any of the aforementioned issues. Throughout the process, Brooke was transparent and continued to be readily available to answer any and all of my questions. I did a trial with Lisa and Lizz for hair and make-up and I immediately loved their work. I hate wearing make-up and have felt clownish in the past getting my make-up professionally done, even if it photographed well. Due to Lizz’s skill set, I not only photographed well but I felt like I looked beautiful in person. On the day of the wedding, the whole team of four stylists and artists did a fantastic job trying to appease 10 of my bridesmaids, who all had different demands. Thank you!
