Kherman and her team were absolutely phenomenal from start to finish! My husband and I aren't used to cameras so I know their work was cut out for them, but they took the time to find out what our vision was and then helped make it happen! From engagement to wedding you can really tell that they not only love what they do, but they excel at it! Each picture was so perfect that we still can't pick a favorite! Communication was great and the timeline was so helpful when planning, I can't recommend them enough!!

They made two awkward people feel very comfortable in front of the camera. Kristina and her assistant Vanessa were professional and relaxed through every stressful situation we had. They both were extremely personable. We received a preview fast and the rest of the photos had a quick turn around rate. I couldn’t have asked for a better photographer. My wedding pictures turned out stunning. They went above and beyond. They captured everything perfectly. I would absolutely recommend them, without hesitation, for all occasions.

Our photographers with K Herman Photography were absolutely amazing for our wedding photography! I was a little nervous about posing for photos, but their guidance made me feel really confident and the poses they suggested felt super cute and natural. Kristina listened to what I wanted and let me try a fun photo idea when I had one (Like including a giant cardboard cut out of our dog's head). Our wedding photos have turned out PERFECTLY and really captured us as a couple, I would highly recommend them ☺️

Kristina did our engagement and wedding photos and just WOW. The best experience I could have asked for. She is patient, thoughtful and professional. Kristina is absolutely the easiest person to work with. Her and Vanessa are beyond sweet and know exactly how to work their magic. I had booked many shoots with Kristina prior to getting engaged and knew I wanted her to be my wedding photographer. She is so easy to communicate with and is so helpful through the whole process of engagement photos as well as the wedding. I LOVE Kristina. I found her pretty randomly on a list of top cincy photographers and I liked what I saw from her socials. When I was looking for engagement photographers, she was responsive and happy to work with our situation (my fiancé lived out of state and was only in town a few days) which was not the case for others I reached out to. I really liked her vibe via email, but didn’t know what to expect for our engagement photos. Within the first few minutes, I could tell we were in good hands. She coached us through everything and I felt like a pro by the end! I was in LOVE when we got our photos back. It was hard to even choose my favorites to post on my socials bc I loved SO many (and I am really picky about how I look in photos). We decided to have a ‘mini’ wedding to get legally married. I chatted with Kristina about our options and it was a no brainer to have her photograph our wedding as well. The process was SO seamless- she made sure we got on the same page BEFORE the madness of the day or two before the wedding and was totally prepared for a location she had not previously shot. It’s clear she’s done this more than a time or two. She reassured me things would be fine no matter what- rain, etc and her confidence made me feel calm going into the day of. Again, the photos are spectacular. Like top tier. I LOVE them. I feel so beautiful looking at them. She perfectly captured our memories and I am so glad we had someone we trust with us. Our photos were SO worth the investment (which was very reasonable IMO) and I’d book her again in a heartbeat. TLDR: Kristina is easy to work with, knows her stuff, and you’ll have beautiful photos. You should book her.

Kristina is the BEST. 10/10 photographer. Made myself and my husband feel super comfortable during our engagement session and the day of our wedding. Was great with the bridal party and family and we just got our pictures back and LOVE them. Do not hesitate to book her :)

I cannot recommend this team enough!! I have worked with Kristina professionally and knew I wanted to hire her for our wedding but WOW did she exceed our expectations and then some! She was on top of communicating with us throughout the process, had great suggestions for timeline and photo recommendations, and went out of her way to make sure everyone was comfortable. My husband and I are not really photo people and we could not be happier with both our engagement photos and our wedding photos! She made us feel at ease and gave us suggestions for poses that would look natural. If you're looking for an amazing photography team, Kristina and her team are the best!

I wish I could rate K Herman more than 5 stars. Way back in 2017 Kristina and Vanessa did my family’s Christmas mini shoot and it just happened to snow that day and that’s when I knew I wanted a winter wedding. Fast forward to 2022, after getting engaged I knew I had to have her, and her team shoot my wedding. Not only was she quick to respond and easy to talk to, but she also calmed every nerve this stressed out and anxious bride had. She always assured me that everything would be perfect, and she was right. My now husband and I are not fans of getting our picture taken or being the center of attention, and she made us feel so comfortable every step of the way. Our engagement pictures just happened to be the same weekend as the flying pig, so Smale park was not how I had pictured it and somehow, she was able to make those pictures look like we were the only people out that day. Our wedding just happened to be on the coldest day of the year, covered with a blanket of snow, but she made sure we got those outside pictures. When I knew I wanted indoor portraits, she enlisted the help of her amazing new lead photographer Jules, to make sure those pictures came out perfectly and they did. Then I got my pictures back on our 1-month anniversary, which was the best present we could have ever received. Honestly, I could go on and on about how amazing Kristina, Vanessa and Jules are. I can’t wait to continue using this team for all our future family photo shoots!

You NEED to have K Herman Photography by your side on your wedding day! Photos were the most important wedding vendor to me, and I couldn’t be happier after working with Kristina! We used K Herman Photography for our engagement session and wedding which was over a year’s worth of time between. We noticed right off the bat how passionate Kristina is about her work. She is active on social media, so if you follow her you’ll see tons of examples of her work and lots of behind the scenes. Also, her communication back and forth is top tier. Kristina met with us in person before our wedding to help us figure out the photo timeline, locations, answer questions, etc. On the day of, she helped us stick right to this timeline and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and we had everything we needed. Even if you’re uncomfortable or have no experience in front of a camera, Kristina and Vanessa made it so easy to be ourselves. You can tell in our photos how happy my husband and I (and even our wedding party) were that day and how much fun we were having. They will make sure you get a good mix of formal/traditional, creative, detail, and candid photos. Kristina’s editing style ensures your photos will still look classic and amazing decades from now. She will also throw in a few trendy poses and filters to give you a good mix! I found that she was able to work in a wide range of different lighting situations and you wouldn’t even be able to tell from our pictures how dark some of the areas were! Her photos and editing are very high quality. She has a very quick turnaround time so you aren’t waiting for ages to see your photos! I’m not sure if this is always the norm, but we came back to our hotel after our reception around 12:45 am and already had a text from her with the link to our sneak peek which made us so happy!! 😍 She shared some photos throughout her editing process so we never felt like we were waiting a long period of time to see our pictures. I could go on and on but at the end of the day you are getting more than just a photographer when you hire K Herman Photography. Because of our experience with her and her team, we will without a doubt be using Kristina for all family photos we need going forward!

Kristina and her assistant Vanessa were an absolute JOY to work with! I could not be more thankful they were recommended to me and my now husband for our wedding day. (10.21.2023) They were both super friendly but still being very professional. Kristina is the owner of K Herman Photography, and she is just an absolute gem. She loved all the ideas I threw her way and she threw them right back. We used her services for both our engagement shoot and our wedding. I am a plus size person and hate my picture being taken, she had all the angles that were very flattering for myself, but still making my husband look amazing too! I’m obsessed with literally all of the pictures she took. We had our dog at both of our sessions with them and I was worried our dog would hate staying still. But she knew how to handle her and get her attention to capture so many amazing pictures! She also has amazing turn around time with communication and both set of pictures! I had friends get married early this year, just now getting their pictures back. I got married not even a month ago and already have all mine back! I will forever use her services and will forever recommend her.

I can’t say enough about Kristina. She was so awesome the whole time (and she put up with all the guys in our group messing around constantly!). Like many, I pushed my wedding back because of covid and she made the process incredibly easy. She even had a preview of some of our photos the very same night! Kristina did our wedding and engagement pictures and I couldn’t have been more grateful for our experience with her! In scheduling everything with Kristina (engagement shoot, schedule for the day, wedding day pictures/plan) she was extremely responsive - I tried to reach out within normal ‘business hours’ and she responded so quickly and if she knew she couldn’t respond then she would let me know when she would be able to get back to me. In the process of scheduling vendors and figuring out a schedule for the wedding day I reached out to Kristina for some suggestions and she provided really great options on planning on the day. On the wedding day everything continued to go smooth. Vanessa joined Kristina and they worked together really well and made everyone feel comfortable. They were great with direction on poses but also let us add pictures if we wanted. In addition to be professional and genuine throughout the time Kristina worked with us, the turn around for pictures (both engagement and wedding pictures) was very quick. Another positive for our pictures was how natural the photos looked - all of them. Kristina provided a sneak peak with about 10 photos within like 24 hours which just made us more excited for the remaining pictures. Overall working with Kristina and Vanessa was great and I would definitely recommend them to others.

We also had a couple last minute changes with our wedding, and Kristina was very flexible and accommodating. She also checked in with me throughout the evening to make sure we were getting all the shots we wanted. Kristina is a wonderful person and photographer! She did our engagement photos in December of 2019 at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. When I told her I wanted to do outdoor photos in the winter she immediately came up with some ideas and was open to doing them at my Alma Mater. She was great at directing us at what to do as we hadn’t gotten professionals photos together before. She told us what to do and found great locations on campus. When we had to move our big wedding reception because of the pandemic, she worked with us to set a new date. We can’t wait to finally have our wedding reception in July 2021 and to get the photos that we were looking forward to. Even though we are already married, I can’t wait to have the chance to get the amazing wedding photos that all couples get on their wedding day. I’ve worked with Kristina twice now, once for a fall photoshoot in remembrance of my Dad and secondly I got portraits/boudoir photos done. Kristina always chooses great locations (Mt. Airy Park/Mill St Studios) and made me feel comfortable during my boudoir photos. She took my feedback and gave me good directions suggestions, and helped with posing and fixing my hair/outfits t/o the shoot. 💡
