se. They were genuine, kind, honest, flexible and all around amazing. We are big on surrounding ourselves with "good people, good energy" and felt like we landed the jackpot with this duo. How did we become best friends after only a couple hours!? We both don't really know how to "pose" for the camera, and Kali helped us every step of the way. Her creative vision and infinite amount of photo ideas were soooo appreciated. We both could barely think for ourselves that day and so they knew how to direct us and our family. And you can tell they are absolutely at the top of the pro's list - they had the golden hour precious time planned down to the minute and knew all the ins and outs of time coordination throughout the day and night. "We have a couple more minutes to do this shot here, now let's go over here while we are waiting on this, etc etc". We received our "sneak peek" less than two weeks after and are SO EXCITED! They absolutely hit the mark and exceeded our expectations in terms of quality, lighting and shot selection. Love every image and cannot wait for the video and the rest of the gallery! Our only regret is not booking them for the whole night! CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH. JUST DO IT. It will be worth it I promise! Secondly, she is incredibly knowledgeable. Not only does she clearly have a great handle on general wedding photography, but she has experience in different kinds of wedding ceremonies. Our wedding was held in a Catholic church. We had a traditional Catholic wedding mass. Kali had already shot weddings in Catholic churches before, so she had a good idea as to what to focus on, the order of the mass, and where to be (and not to be). Thirdly, Kali and her husband are soooo relatable. They are intelligent and professional, but they retain a level of relatability with their clients. They're also incredibly funny. It was such a pleasure having them shoot for us on our wedding day. They are such great people and truly care about the work that they do. Lastly, we only got the sneak peeks back and they are PERFECT. They are way better than we could have imagined or expected. The attention-to-detail that Kali puts into her work does not go unnoticed. Not only is Kali’s work exceptionally beautiful ART but she is so kind and relaxed-definitely the energy I needed! She reassured us every step of the way and never pressured us. She made gentle recommendations and helped us angle ourselves but I was never pushed to that “get me outta here” feeling I typically have with photos. She truly captured all the emotion of the day you can see the joy and love shining through in each picture. My favorites were the candid shots of us and all of our guests. years in advance before our wedding. Our first interaction with Kali we knew she was so bubbly, kind, and very passionate about what she does. She communicated with from start to end and was always very responsive. We were both even more excited for her to shoot wedding day after she made us feel so comfortable during out engagement session. She was very professional and helped us create our wedding day timeline, which she helped keep us on schedule. Our friends and family kept telling us how great Kali and Tyler were while they were at the wedding capturing so many moments. She sent us some photos already and we are completely OBSESSED with how they turned out. We can't believe they are just the sneak peeks! They are breathtaking as she captured so many intimate moments. We cannot wait to see the rest of the gallery and the video as well. l the day of the wedding, but I already felt like I knew them beforehand. Kali made sure to give us a call every few months to touch base on the schedule and to get to know us. She even made our wedding timeline which was an absolute lifesaver considering our venue did not have a coordinator. From the moment they arrived on wedding day, they took the stress of the day right out of my hands and got to work coordinating everyone for pictures and helping the timeline run smoothly. At one point I couldn’t find my Bobby pins for my hairpiece, but Tyler heard the conversation and came running up with some Bobby pins he found lying around. The day literally would not have existed the way it did without them! We also asked the big task of leaving our venue and driving about 45 minutes away for sunset photos of my husband and I on Bell Rock, and Kali and Tyler stepped right up to the plate and were the best travel buddies for the drive there and back. Kali is the go to queen for making sure that dress train looks perfect and getting all the best poses and shots, and Tyler was the boss for getting all of my crazy family together for pictures. Our sneak peaks were absolutely stunning. I couldn’t believe the love we were feeling on that day showed so clearly in their shots. I cannot wait to see the rest of our photos and our video. They captured our day so beautifully and in a way that allowed us and our family to truly relive the day. Our video was honestly more perfect than we could have ever asked for and has successfully brought us, and several family members to tears. I can’t say enough about how truly kind-hearted Kali is as a person. On a personal note, my family unexpectedly lost my grandmother a few months after our wedding and while going through her photos, we realized that some of the last photos we have of her are from the wedding. Luckily Kali had included a handful of family photos with my grandmother in them when we got our sneak peeks, but although it was a long shot, I wanted to check to see if there may have been any more photos taken of her that day. A few days after her passing, I reached out to Kali to let her know what had happened and to inquire if they happened to have any additional photos of her. Upon receiving and opening our completed gallery, I was immediately brought to tears when the first photos I saw were a handful of extra photos of me and my grandmother. I will truly treasure these photos forever and couldn’t be more grateful to Kali for taking the extra time to locate and send these extra photos. s wedding film this past weekend and did such an incredible job. I know whatever film we get is going to be the BEST ever, not only because they are the best out there but they also navigated our wedding day so professionally and captured it all!!! My friends and family could not stop talking about how amazing our photo and video team was on our big day. When she sent us some sneak peaks I started tearing up because each photo had so much emotion to it. Before I go any further I would like to add that for me, finding the right photographer was the most important thing to me and Kali really stood out. Not only are her photos on IG AMAZING but once I viewed her full galleries and saw how each photo (even the candid ones) looked raw/beautiful I was hooked. It was important to me to not just have incredible bride and groom portraits but for the entire day to be beautifully captured and she did that. After interviewing her we thought Kali was SO sweet and I knew right away I wanted her to capture our day. I love that she includes a second photographer because you get different angles that normally you wouldn't get to see. She was also very professional, detailed, organized and accommodating. We got married in Sedona so on our wedding day my husband and I were getting ready at two different locations with a few hiccups that occured and Kali was patient, kind and reassuring that everything was going just fine. Though I didn't win, I was absolutely captivated by her style of photography and knew I had to act fast because she is in such demand! They were GORGEOUS. She made us look like models. I was blown away and could not wait to have her for our wedding day. I worked with her on specific requests for pictures and how I wanted the timeline to flow and she absolutely nailed it. On the day of the wedding she was accompanied by one of her close friends and fellow photographers, Bailey, and this was also a huge selling point for me. Having two photographers on the day of the wedding is so awesome because they can be two places at once. They were both absolutely amazing. She was able to capture every single special moment we had throughout the day and all of the little moments in between. When it came time for bridal party and family portraits, they had it down to a science. We ended up being WAY ahead of schedule and that's every bride's dream on her wedding day. I cannot wait to see how our wedding photos turned out but I have no doubt they will exceed every expectation we could have had. r would book up. I scoured the recommended photographers from my venue, looked all over Instagram and asked a couple married friends who they had used. However, after a lot of emailing and uncertainty, I was lost. That was until I found Kali’s Instagram page. I loved the candidness of her shots, the editing was more up my alley (I am not a fan of photos that looks so bright and almost washed out), and she had a lot of variety. What sold me was her website. She had a FAQ page and I remember one of the answers being a “The Office” reference. I asked to meet her with my husband. The meeting was fantastic. She was so incredibly sweet, answered our questions, and showed us more of her photography. We booked as soon as we could. From then on she was fantastic. We did an engagement session in Flagstaff where she went above and beyond. She spent more time with us than was required and let us put on so many outfits. I couldn’t believe how quickly she got the sneak peeks back to us. Then the full gallery came in no time. She captured us perfectly with lots of laughter shots. We never felt awkward or unsure. She would just give us something to say or do and capture the moment. Our wedding was the same story. She let me know what to have for detail shots and went over a timeline with me beforehand. She showed up on time, was super sweet to all of my bridesmaids, and made us feel comfortable. Her second shooter was amazing as well. They both were professional and knew how to direct everyone for pictures. Everything went so smoothly. At the end of the night my husband said he wanted pictures with each guest and Kali had no problem just rapid shooting a bunch of photos of us with everyone person . We ended the night with a huge group shot and said our goodbyes. By the next day she had sent me three sneak peeks, a couple GIFs (the coolest thing I’ve seen) and a photo. I was able to post them in IG to let everyone see little snippets. Wasn’t long before she gave us another sneak peek, this time of a couple hundred photos. And after only a few weeks we got our entire gallery! When I tell you how overjoyed we were with our photos, that’s an understatement. So many great pictures. It helped me remember our day and also how beautiful everything turned out. So basically, hire this girl. ASAP. She was such a joy and I can’t recommend her enough. We did a bridal shoot a couple days ago just because I wanted even more photos. So happy I found her. I have pictures that’ll last a lifetime but also a friendship. Thank you Kali. You’re the best.
