She especially handled all of my husband’s creative ideas with such positivity, excitement, and professionalism. She never made us feel like anything was “too much” — instead, she embraced our vision and helped bring every detail to life.

planning my special day. Our wedding needed to be planned in a 4 month time crunch, but I was so scared that it would be stressful to plan and that the wedding would seem like a rushed wedding. She reassured me immediately, and throughout the process I never had to worry about how things would turn out because of Kelly’s organization skills, attention to detail, and connections with every vendor. She was truly someone I could trust to get things done without needing to be managed or directed and made wedding planning so exciting rather than stressful! She’s someone you can trust to not get you to overpay on something and will make sure you get your values worth, while staying honest with you about what your budget allows. She’s someone you can trust to make you feel confident in your decisions and will back you up when it comes to any vendors or even crazy family members.
My wedding day genuinely went perfect (or at least if anything did go wrong, I wouldn’t have had a clue!). Of course every bride imagines all of the worst case scenarios that can happen and expects at least one or two things to go wrong, but I can’t say there was a single thing I would complain about or change, Kelly truly made sure I had my dream wedding, and I didn’t have a crazy budget either! One of my favorite things about Kelly is her intuition and instincts. Testament to this, the entire week of our wedding, it was forecasted to rain, and we had an outdoor venue. It was never in my vision to have a tent covering the wedding, and on top of that it would have been a major extra cost to add the tent. I had many family members and in-laws who were convinced that if we didn’t get the tent, the whole wedding would get rained out and turn into a disaster. Even my husband was convinced we needed the tent. I asked Kelly her opinion (knowing deep down I really didn’t want to get the tent), and she said that she would take the chance without the tent, and that if it did rain we could make it work without it. I’m so glad that I trusted her! Miraculously, Kelly was right and we defied all of the weather forecasts… it didn’t rain, and it was an absolutely beautiful and perfect wedding that our guests also absolutely adored. That’s the magic of working with Kelly!!!

provided. Kelly really understood our vision. After initially trying to wedding plan by ourselves, we hit a paralyzing wall of indecision, unsure of how to go about the overwhelming process. We turned to Kelly, and she masterfully guided us through the process. She turned vague statements about what we liked into concrete venue options that were originally not on our radar but fit our budget and vision. She took what we said was important to us and calibrated her recommendations, from the rentals to the DJ, to perfectly fit that vision. She helped make our wedding beautiful and incredibly fun. Kelly helped us evaluate what extras would be worth it, which was so helpful for managing our budget. Kelly’s guidance on negotiating the contracts with the vendors was also incredibly helpful and her management of the logistics in the lead-up to the wedding day (particularly in the last few weeks before the wedding) made the process much easier and as stress-free as possible. On the day-of, Kelly and Christina’s execution was seamless and we were able to fully enjoy the day without worrying about logistical questions. We cannot recommend Kelly enough. She made our big day the best day of our lives.

Once we officially began working together, Kelly’s organization, professionalism, and attention to detail immediately put my mind at ease. She handled every aspect of the wedding with such calm confidence and maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process. Not only is she incredibly talented at what she does, but she is also genuinely such a pleasure to work with — positive, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced in the wedding industry.
Multiple vendors went out of their way to compliment Kelly’s organization, especially her incredibly detailed day-of timeline. It covered everything so thoughtfully for us, our wedding party, and every vendor involved, and it was obvious how much preparation and care went into it.
When our wedding day finally arrived, Kelly truly delivered and made everything possible. Her calm demeanor kept me relaxed, and because of all the preparation she had done leading up to the wedding, I was able to be fully present and enjoy every moment. From my perspective, everything came together seamlessly. If there were ever any issues behind the scenes, I had absolutely no idea — which is the ultimate testament to how exceptional Kelly is at her job.

repetitive question, every moment of confusion and overwhelm. She didn’t just “do her job,” guided me, reassured me, and supported me day in and day out with so much patience and care. There were so many times I didn’t even know what I needed, and somehow, Kelly did. She has this incredible way of making you feel calm, confident, and completely taken care of.
And then came the wedding day… and she somehow exceeded every expectation I already had.Kelly showed up with her elite team, and they were unreal. Always five steps ahead, anticipating everything before I even had a chance to think about it. I truly did not have to worry about a single thing. I was able to be fully present, soak in every moment, and just enjoy marrying the love of my life, and that is because of her.
Not only did I feel it, but every single guest had something amazing to say about Kelly and her team. She made an impact on everyone. And made even the groom and his groomsmen feel at peace during their chaotic wedding morning trying to learn how to do button covers 🤣 thankfully her team was there to salvage the and help the situation!

I genuinely don’t know what we would’ve done without her day of…she was on top of EVERYTHING, and despite obstacles that came up throughout the day, handled everything so flawlessly. Because of her, everything went smooth. If there was ever something I was unsure about, I knew I could ask her and she’d have the answer. We got married at a venue that took a bit of extra effort, as it wasn’t a standard venue with many things included. She jumped right in and knew how to handle everything. We were just so impressed and felt we could trust her with anything. The planner or coordinator you hire is not a decision to be made lately, as you spend tons of time with them on the day and they can either ease or add to your stress. Every time I was overwhelmed, with a just a quick phone call she was able to help me get mentally right and organized and help with any dilema i threw at her. Not only was I blown away by her, but both my husband and I's families and friends were as well.
Its clear that Kelly is made for this kind of work. While others would falter under the kind of pressure weddings can bring, I watched it make her flourish and execute in a professional and charming way.

free, and fun. From our first phone call, we knew we were going to be in great hands. She listened to all of our requests and guided us to make our dream wedding come true. She didn't shy away from working with new vendors or implementing new details; she made us feel so comfortable and confident in our decisions. We could always count on her for an honest and level-headed opinion on design choices and vendor pricing. This helped us so much since we weren't familiar with the Miami area. Our monthly calls kept us on track so we were never too stressed. She was very responsive, knowledgeable, and supportive about every aspect of our wedding details. On the day of the wedding, Kelly knew every single detail like the back of her hand (and we had a lot of moving parts the whole day!). She was so helpful throughout the process as my husband and I did not have any idea what we were doing and she provided extremely helpful guidance while also carefully listening to our opinions and making sure that our vision was carefully executed. Our venue and a few vendors proved pretty challenging to deal with and Kelly always put us at ease whenever anything seemed to not be according to plan during the planning process. The wedding day itself went so well that we actually received compliments from guests on how smooth everything was. Ultimately, Kelly's know-how also saved us a ton of money during the planning process by not making mistakes during vendor contracting or ordering. A wedding planner is definitely a must for anyone who is trying to plan a wedding on a busy schedule and Kelly is the best of the best!

I’ve never worked with a wedding planner and I’m so used to doing everything myself so I was a little skeptical every time I asked my daughter about something and she would reply ‘Kelly’s handling it,’ and she handled EVERY LITTLE DETAIL!! On the day of the wedding, which could be chaotic, everything flowed so smoothly. She gave everyone a schedule of events the night before and it was the most stress free day ever. From making sure everyone was eating (yes, she did!) hair, make-up, pictures, setting up at the venue and making sure everyone and everything was perfect. she even made sure everything was brought back to our room after the wedding. I highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding long distance or otherwise. It eliminates all the stresses of planning a wedding. I’d give 100 stars if I could!!! She took control with ease and handled every single vendor and detail to the point where when I asked about a vendor she said I’ve been in contact with them and they are good. She handled the wedding with so much detail exactly how my ocd self would’ve wanted! We also DIY-Ed a ton of decorations and without Kelly’s help it wouldn’t have been possible. Kelly was introduced to us by the caterers who thought she was the best planner they'd worked with (and the caterer does more than a dozen weddings every month, Bill Hansen, they're great too). Kelly helped us to identify a number of great vendors and negotiate good deals with them, organized all of our physical items which was so important as we live out of town, ensured all the vendors were coordinated on the wedding day, and did a million other things behind the scenes I'm sure that never even got to us to make it an amazing day.
We're pretty sure we're done with weddings, but if we swing back for a vow renewal in 20 years we hope Kelly is still in the business.

After reaching out to multiple wedding planners in South Florida who would either take weeks to respond or not respond at all, I was feeling very discouraged... Then I found Kelly....
Finding Kelly was such a blessing! She is an absolute angel. She eased my anxiety right away. She is organized, professional and such a sweetheart.
She provides exactly what she advertises... Throughout the year of planning, she was always available to talk, bounce ideas off of and made sure I was staying on track. She gave me great vendor recommendations that were not only professional and experienced, but also in our budget. From the beginning she listened to our concerns and made sure that the things that were important to us were handled with extra detail.
On actual wedding day, Kelly was wonderful. I never realized how much of a production it is to have a wedding. From set up to break down, Kelly made sure everything ran smoothly. Every problem/ fear/ anxiety that I had through planning and on wedding day, she always found a solution. She never seemed stressed and seems to really love what she does. Thank you Kelly!! I am so grateful to have had you with me, I could not have picked a more perfect wedding planner for me.

She is extremely organized, insightful, and responsive. All of our vendors praised her and indicated that she is one of the best coordinators they have worked with. Several of our guests said this was the most organized wedding they have attended.
We made several last minute changes and had to deal with weather disrupting our event. Kelly adapted every step of the way with a positive attitude and put both of us at ease.

Where do we even begin...Kelly was more than we could have ever imagined getting from a wedding planner. Her attention to detail made our day perfect. We're sure there were hiccups...
and missteps, but honestly we had no idea and everything was executed exactly the way we expected (with a few extra surprises!). The planning process leading up was smooth, and she went way above and beyond to get things printed, organized and ready to go since we were coming from out of state. There is no one better!! Kelly for full planning back in 2019, and she helped us look into and figure out venues, vendors, and literally had advice for everything. We were originally supposed to get married in April 2020, and due to covid we pushed it to October 2020, and then finally April, 2021. Even with all the changes and hiccups that covid brought, like a florist who suddenly went out of business 3 months before our new actual wedding, or the venue completely throwing us a curveball because the city wouldn't issue a gathering permit for the Beach like I had been planning the whole time, and lastly a HORRIBLE experience with the venue coordinator, Kelly was there to make sure we got it all figured out. I may have been so nervous I threw up on my wedding day, but let me assure you it wasn't out of planning stress. Kelly was there to make sure everything went smoothly, and it did. My now husband, who was very removed from the planning process (he literally hates planning anything) even said how awesome Kelly was and how he loved how well she coordinated everything on our wedding day. Kelly is awesome, great at communicating, and knows what's she's doing, so I can't recommend her enough. She also has some killer dance moves (we saw you getting down over by the DJ with Becky 😜)! Stop considering her and just call her already!
