how the day and night went. The entire Klock team was very easy to work with and everyone was so pleasant. Definitely had a great night dancing and and everyone talked about how great the music was.

ek before the wedding to discuss things like intros, and he seemed to forget all of that the day of (like how we weren't doing individual intros). Overall he did a great job. Klock Entertainment on the other hand, was very unprofessional, which led us to a 3 star review. They were pushy over email, and told us about 5 months out that our DJ had scheduled a trip during our wedding and we needed to chose a new DJ. If you read all the reviews on here, we are not the first couple this has happened to. While DePhilip did do a good job, it felt like a slap in the face that we booked a specific DJ in July of that year, who should have then booked that weekend in Aprild on his schedule, and were told he instead in November that booked a trip on our wedding weekend. Klock did not seem to value or prioritize our wedding, and the emails were not apologetic in the slightest. I would give the company 1 star and DePhilip 4 stars if I could.

o referred us to a great photographer and caterer. On our day is was extremely hot so we made last minute changes at the venue requiring extra set up and tear down which wasn’t part of our plan. The music was great and kept our guests entertained the entire night. Definitely worth considering.

lt like they cared about my wedding as much as we did. They gave great advice and thoughts when i asked, which i found super helpful. Our DJ was Tim Nevil and i dont think he couldve thrown a better party for our NYE wedding. We got SO many compliments on the music and lights and everything they did. Worth every penny!

to booth was such a hit with the guests. Our DJ, Nick, was awesome as well. He played great music during dinner and kept the dance floor going all night. He was very receptive to our requests and feedback. Some of our favorite moments were on the dancefloor and Nick helped create those moments by playing some killer remixes.

u can tell Nick just has such a positive mood and he brings great energy to your wedding day. He knew exactly what songs to play to keep the party going. As an emcee, we had absolutely 0 issues. Every song, name pronunciation, and keeping to the schedule was perfect. We also worked with Ben at Klock in the planning process, who is also amazing!! Ben was always available anytime I need to chat or had questions and he helped me navigate the portal. Overall I recommend Klock, and specifically Nick as a DJ!!

encompassed the whole Stone Gables Estate, which is massive, and was mainly at Star Barn was a dream of laughs and special moments.  Our guests were primarily family members and Nick expertly DJ'd for us with communication, and providing our guests with a hype, emotional, high quality, classy, and fun experience. Lauren and I thoroughly researched DJs for our Wedding 3/25/2023 at Star Barn Stone Gables Estate. Star Barn, and our Photographer Paul V both advised that Klock Entertainment with Nick Fortini as our DJ was the best! We were considering multiple other DJs before our conversation with Ben Cavallaro who is in charge of books with Klock. On our first call with Ben, Lauren and I recognized how knowledgeable and professional Klock Entertainment was. Anytime I sent an email I knew I was going to get an almost instant, well thought out professional email back. When it was building up to the wedding Nick Fortini was super friendly, flexible, organized, and so easy for us, our guests, our vendors, and planners to work with. I remember Lauren and I were stressed about wedding stuff and Nick Fortini was just perfect.  I would send him texts, emails, and request random phone calls. It was just so easy to communicate with him.  It was also awesome that you get two DJs with Klock! Lauren and I gave Nick Fortini, our DJ, the least amount of attention building up to the wedding with all him knowing was our preferred style of music, our ceremony music, entrance songs and that Lauren's grandfather would need a mic during the ceremony to sing.  Day of the wedding we changed our mind on a couple things and Nick Fortini executed perfectly.  We would walk up to him and request a song with a special introduction and announcement from him. Nick Fortini and Klock Entertainment are the total package! For example, 20 minutes before our first dance we told him we only wanted to dance for 2 minutes and for him to crop this 5-minute song.  He handled it expertly multiple times throughout the wedding. nd professional. He was great at communicating and his email responses were always timely. He did a wonderful job explaining the packages and options over Zoom during our consultation before booking. We did the package that they select the DJ for you. I honestly feel like any DJ would do great. We got Wil Monestime as our Emcee. He was AMAZING!! He was so helpful during our phone call consultation. He is personable, funny, and professional. I personally felt the online process of picking songs for the day was a little outdated technology wise and I found it difficult to use. He helped us go through it to pick out the songs and anything else we needed to fill out. We got so many compliments on Wil as our DJ. Everyone loved the music and how fun (and funny), energetic, and involved he was. He really made it a great day. The photobooth is also a fun addition. I always love a photobooth at a wedding!!

ur dance floor packed the entire night. We also had Klock take care of our uplighting for us, which we would recommend. It really set the vibe for our wedding reception. Jason brought along additional staff to help out and everyone was amazing! Lastly, we also added on a mirror photo booth though them. I wouldn’t recommend using that specific photo booth. It only worked for about an hour and was out of order for the majority of the night. I would recommend using their other photo booth option.

few weeks prior to our wedding and he made sure all of our questions were answered and our minds were at ease, while ensuring our timeline was followed. He even helped us pull off a surprise as part of our father-daughter dance. Kevin kept our guests on the dance floor all night long and easily read the room to ensure they were all dancing with the song selections. I would HIGHLY recommend Kevin to anyone who wants their guests to dance the night away. Our guests are still raving about him. Thank you, Kevin!

He sent us some snapshots of us he took immediately following our ceremony and they are some of my favorite photos from that day! He also shared a sweet message about our day and it was great! The only recommendation is that I wish they would have used the guest book we purchased rather than the one they provided. I had purchased one that we were hoping to display in our home and they used the one they brought without asking us our preference first. Other than that it was great!

Him & his wife were so interactive with guests, we were nervous we wouldn't have too many dancers but they got everyone on the floor (including my 80 year old grandma!!). Eric even got on the dance floor himself to dance & rap with some of the guests! We had a photo booth with props they provided & they gave us a guestbook with the pictures & notes at the end which was so cute. We would definitely book DJ Eric with Klock Entertainment again!

Throughout our wedding day he was invaluable in keeping things flowing, helping everyone understand the plan, and he oversaw the entire night with impeccable care. The music was exactly what we’d hoped for, including our must-plays at the perfect moments and weaving them into a mix that kept our guests on their toes all night. We fielded many compliments from them on the music and the vibe! We knew we wanted the highest quality DJ we could find for our wedding, and Josh and Klock Ent. delivered above all our expectations.

:) He was so organized and comminuted with. Klock as a whole has been so great and anything I wanted to have done they did and was so excited for my wedding day. They managed to make the whole venue transition from day to night so smoothly and beautiful both inside and outside. With COVID I had to delay my wedding and even change my venue. They made the transition so easy.

and bad to the night. To start with the good - Overall our lighting was very impressive. They are very talented at lighting! - I like our monogram they made - Jason added a voiceover into my father-daughter song - They allow you to send them tons of songs in advance for all parts of the night and let you send them photos to make a slideshow if you get the AV equipment. -They helped us with our sparkler send-off even though it was after their contract time ended. - The sound system is good. - We liked the drapery behind the head table. - We could add on a lot of cool things, like sparklers when we walked in the room. They also had us spray this cool fog thing. - They suggested we do a preview dance in the room which was one of my favorite parts of the night. - They were on time and overall professional. The not so good - They played the wrong entrance song for our entrance. Right movie, wrong song. I know mistakes happen, but I feel like it ruined a moment I'll never get back. - The second time we were announced we were announced as my maiden name rather than our new name. Not the end of the world, but a mistake people noticed. - I feel like the bouquet toss could have been executed better. I had in my notes all women could participate and winner would get alcohol. He didn't announce about the alcohol and I had to call over to him "all" when he asked for the ladies to come to the floor. - I had a note that our anniversary dance should start with anyone and start by eliminating non-married couples but only married couples were invited up. - We had spent a lot of time and money preparing masks for a masquerade dance. It wasn't announced until the song already started and he announced that they were on people's tables rather than on our glow table. I was handing them out in a frenzy and missed half the song. - Myself and my family did not hear him announce the photobooth or glow table. He states he did multiple times, so I think maybe the music was too loud when he said these things so people did not hear it. - Multiple Magic Mirror photobooth photos turned out faded and the woman running it seemed like she did not want to be there at all. The one time I went up she was on her phone. Overall, I think Klock Entertainment is a great company with many options. But there were a lot of little mistakes at my wedding, especially considering we paid around $9,000 for everything and extra for our chosen dj.

company offers were fantastic, the emcee was the bomb, everything was perfect. So we booked based on that. When you book with Klock, you have the option to select your emcee or get luck of the draw, we selected ours based on the YouTube interviews from their website. You also have the option to purchase additional services, (lighting, photobooth, monogram, etc,) all of that is perfect since the party is really what people remember. My monogram was perfect, and lighting was perfect. We ordered the photobooth and I was a little disappointed. It could’ve been that the Klock staff member was busy however, when we received our photobooth album most of the strips weren’t taped inside and there also was no message associated with them. With that being said, the photobooth was a huge hit and looking at the pictures afterwards is hysterical. Our music I was also a little disappointed with in the beginning. When you book with Klock Entertainment they send you an online profile to complete with all types of questions regarding type of music and any other specifics or do not plays so that the emcee knows exactly what type of party you want. We felt as though our emcee didn’t really follow our online profile at all. On multiple occasions throughout the reception the groom, along with other guests, needed to talk to the emcee or make requests since the music wasn’t specifically what we had discussed. Also, the entrance songs/introductions were not executed well. Our emcee spoke with us 10 minutes prior to get everything straight for walk outs and it still wasn’t right. For as much detail I put into the online profile and for the money spent I expected for people (the groom especially) to not have to make any requests or at the very least just very few. Now, eventually everything worked itself out and the dance floor was packed, I heard from my guests afterwards that they had a blast and the music seemed to be what we wanted. But overall, right in the beginning it was a little touch and go. I would still recommend Klock Entertainment for your wedding, but I would be very particular if you decide to select a specific emcee, really really study those YouTube videos! Or, follow on IG and Facebook to see their stuff. It is also very helpful that they are very responsive whenever you have questions.

onflict and had to get another DJ (DePhilip) to do our wedding. DePhilip did a great job DJing, but due to the switch we had to scramble to find a time to meet with him. We also had Klock do the draping for our ceremony, which turned out lovely! They didn't install it until 2 hours before the ceremony though, which caused us to have to adjust our plans with our photographer. In the end, the work they did was great! A little more organization, attention to detail, and communication would have made things better.
