I found Kristina through a friend, and I truly cannot thank Kristina and Alex enough for the role they played in making our wedding day so seamless. From the very beginning, my biggest priority was making sure my mom and I could truly be present and enjoy the day instead of worrying about logistics. Thanks to Kristina and Alex, that’s exactly what happened. Alex was always exactly where I needed her, exactly when I needed her, before I even realized I needed her. Every detail was handled so effortlessly that the entire day flowed perfectly. There was never a moment of stress because I knew we were in the best hands. I went back and forth on whether to hire a planner because I knew I was capable of managing everything myself. Looking back, not having to was one of the greatest gifts I gave myself. Being fully present with my husband, our family, our friends, on our wedding day was absolutely priceless!! If you’re considering hiring Kristina and her team, do it. They allowed me to experience my wedding as a bride instead of an event coordinator, and I will be forever grateful.

We first spoke to Kristina many months before our wedding through a friend’s recommendation and booked her services as a day of coordinator. Our experience was with her was absolutely fantastic! Starting from our intro call she was the most helpful person going above and beyond. Even though day-of-planning begins 4 weeks out from the wedding, she was generous in passing on a list of vendors she recommended and even gave us some advice on our initial call. This was truly above and beyond and so so helpful.  About a month out from the wedding, we had weekly scheduled meetings and several adhoc calls and text exchanges. Within this time we felt the biggest value adds were: 1) Keep us on track: every week we would have an agenda to make sure we have a plan and have thought the all the details that would otherwise have cause confusion and stress at the last minute. Her process ensures that the wedding execution will be smooth, which is a huge help because the last thing you want is to be stressed at your wedding. If you are planning your own wedding anything that fails on the day will be on your issue to fix, having Kristina ensures there is not much that can fail and there is someone else aware of all the details that can help  2) She had phenomenal insights that helped us take our wedding to the next level. She knows what works, what will look good, what are some known issues to avoid with our particular venue, etc. For example, she recommended guests exit and enter through a different entrance than our venue suggested and that really improves the guest experience. We were also able to bounce so many ideas off of her and get real feedback that came with years of experience with weddings (eg should we hire another bartender, escort cards vs seating chart, should we split our speech vs have them all at once, how do we work with the venue about guests who can only decide to come last minute, etc). She even suggested some great add-ons to our wedding timeline such as a dance set while salads were being served that made the event more fun!  3) On the day of the actual wedding, we trusted Kristina so much, and she helped run everything so smoothly, we were really able to focus on enjoying and being present. She has graceful presence, and was super considerate about not interrupting us when we were needed for decisions. She made sure our ceremony ran smoothly, even calmly encouraging and explaining to our young flower girls the process (which also saved us from having to do a day before rehearsal). She also collaborated very well with our other vendors and venue staff. She had great attention to detail with decorations, noticing and fixing minor issues with our centerpieces, being very creative with displays the venue already had. This also helped us get even more use out of our decor and flowers as she was able to repurpose our for a beautiful display by our head table. And finally, but very importantly, she helped pack ALL our decor from the night, store it in the appropriate places such as our room, the storage room and our parents room. She even cleaned up our room so we came back to a nice space and left us some desserts. She handled expensive items such as my laptop and monitor (which were a part of decor) with care.  We were so happy to have to Kristina helping with our wedding and would absolutely, without a doubt, recommend her to anyone else!
