I was feeling overwhelmed about a lot of decisions while planning and Loren always set me at ease with her positive attitude and gentle guidance on choices that never felt like she was telling me one way or another. Even though we were out of state, she took the time to get to know us personally and she kept track of all of our concerns, including family dynamics, despite having a very busy month of weddings. On the day of, Loren and her team were amazing and made our vision come to life. We had an incredibly smooth wedding day and never had to worry about the little details, which is exactly what we wanted. so much relief for our family during the weeks leading up to our reception when we were all away at the wedding. Loren served as an advocate for our family and guests with our venue which was unexpectedly understaffed. She and Lacey are a star duo and handled everything from a wardrobe issue of mine to supervising plating in the kitchen. They handled the entire night with smiles and grace. For clarity, our venue was an empty warehouse and required us to bring in every single thing (chairs, linens, glassware, florals, food, drinks, etc.). She booked all of our vendors for us, then rescheduled all of them and was there to make all my last-minute requests a reality. She kept everything organized and on track, and I didn't have to worry about anything throughout the whole process. I gave her general ideas of what we were looking for and she delivered the perfect product every time. We received so many compliments on our wedding, from the big things like the band and catering to the small details that Loren came up with for us. We had the wedding of our dreams and it was all because of LDT Events. While we were upset about postponing, we are happy we had more time to spend with Loren. SO glad I didn’t continue telling myself that and attempt to do it all myself LOL. Our ceremony + cocktail hour was in our backyard, then reception was at a venue which made it a little more complicated than having it all in one spot. Loren and her team set up the entire cocktail hour at our house, made sure all the decor was in the right places without me even telling her (because I actually forgot to update my decor list lol), ran the whole ceremony, set up the reception venue on a tight timeframe with only one hour, and made sure the entire wedding went smooth. She is a dang powerhouse I swear! Wedding day is extremely chaotic and there’s so many things I don’t remember because it was such a whirlwind, but one thing that stands out is how STRESS FREE I was alllllll day! That’s thanks to her for handling absolutely everything for us so I didn’t have to worry or lift a finger. Not only is she great at what she does, she’s truly one of the sweetest and most caring humans on the planet. She’s not just going through the motions of the day, it’s obvious she genuinely cares about her clients and is excited to be there. We had a very DIY wedding, at our own private venue and Loren was a tremendous help. We were married at Belle Isle so a lot of moving parts and things to be set up. At the end of the day I did not hear of any issues, which means that she did her job perfectly. Also, she brought all of the ideas that I had on paper and in my head to life and I couldn’t thank her more for that. It was the most beautiful and perfect day.
