Rachel was very thorough and detailed when going through the plan for our day, covering a lot of things that we hadn’t thought of, and creating a timeline that worked for the kind of day we wanted. In person, she had a relaxed and friendly manner that put us at ease. We found that it was really helpful to uncover the "unknown unknowns" as she essentially went through all the stuff that we had previously planned, then she highlighted (and helped us close) the remaining gaps. She was also there for our rehearsal the day before and got everybody in line and feeling good about the wedding day schedule and timeline. tions to make sure the day went smoothly. She was very responsive, and looped us into vendor communications just the right amount so that we were always up to date but not flooded with emails. On the day of the wedding, she and her assistant Elizabeth set up the decorations, kept the timing on track, managed all the vendors, guided the guests to the right place, helped me bustle my dress, and probably fifty other things I didn't even notice! Even our photographer commented on how great she was :) Thanks again MaryLynn and Elizabeth, we had an amazing day and it wouldn't have been possible without you!!

Hiring Leigh&Co for partial planning was some of the best money we spent on our wedding. Caitlin our planner/day of coordinator was a dream to work with. She made the last 3 months...

leading up to the wedding as stress free as the last 90 days can be. We did a walkthrough of the venue before we started any last minute planning, she got our full vision and she made a full timeline of when vendors would be showing up to set up and then a separate timeline for friends and family in the wedding, just a few of the things she did for us. On the day of the wedding, I didn’t have an ounce of stress and that is because of Caitlin. I knew we were in good hands and if anything did go wrong she had it figured out and it never got back to me (to this day I still don’t know if anything went wrong on the day of). I couldn’t recommend Leigh&Co more, especially Caitlin!

She put in extra work with no assistant to transport flowers and programs to the church by herself, and made sure that all of the decor that belonged to us made it back to us the next morning. She also helped us a lot during the reception by making sure we had everything needed and clarifying something with the DJ so that we could celebrate with our guests.

guess they threaten with a lawsuit if you post a bad experience with them in hopes of getting the review taken down. We had booked them almost 12 weeks out of our wedding. They changed our coordinator 4~5 weeks out and we had a planning call. After this, they changed our coordinator again 1 week out of the wedding. At this point, they did refund us. But we had to do 2 hour planning calls twice to brief this new coordinator 5 days before our wedding. Since this was last minute, there were a lot of discrepancies on the day of. Overall very unprofessional, stressful and unorganized.

We maintain detailed documentation and correspondence and are happy to share this information with any prospective clients who may have questions or concerns. We’d also like to provide important context: the planner assigned to your event was changed shortly before the wedding due to an unforeseen emergency. Despite this last-minute adjustment, full on-site coordination was still provided, and our team fulfilled — and exceeded — the terms of our contract. Additionally, although services were rendered in full, we issued a 100% refund as a gesture of goodwill after dissatisfaction was expressed. From our end, this matter was fully resolved with care, professionalism, and transparency. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. On the day of the wedding, she had everything handled -- our day was absolutely PERFECT, I was able to completely turn my brain off and just enjoy my day, while I knew I could trust that she had things handled. She somehow read my mind and anticipated everything I would want throughout the day, from a vodka soda while my mom bustled my dress before cocktail hour to having my sunglasses for me to put on during cocktail hour. I'm so glad we booked Leigh and Co., having her there on the day of my wedding brought me so much peace and allowed me to check out from worrying about how the logistics were going and just enjoy the best day of my life.
