ompt and efficient. He was pleasant to work with. He had ideas of good shots that were meaningful. We ended up with a great selection of photos. My favorite photo is of my daughter and son-in-law embracing with the sunset in that space between their hearts. The video included filming done on land as well as filming done using a drone. Nick divided that video into smaller sections as well as providing the full video. Whether looking at the photos or at the videos, I feel like I am back to that joyful wedding day. I highly recommend Life in Focus.

Me and my partner came to Nick with a truly creative idea, it was different stylistically, and required more thought to execute than the standard wedding video we all know and love...

As people who come from the media production sector, more often than not folks like to stick to what they know. Nick embraced our thoughts regardless and delivered beyond our expectations and he didn’t stop until we were absolutely in love with what we saw.

One week before our wedding, our planner let us know that a videographer...
she'd worked with (Nick) happened to have an opening for our wedding date the upcoming weekend. We hadn't initially budgeted for video, but it felt like fate, so we reached out and quickly connected with Nick. His style was similar to what we'd wanted -- cinematic, authentic, not overly edited. He was laidback and friendly and flexible, and we decided to take a chance. We are SO SO glad we did! Our wedding was on Chebeague Island, Maine -- which is only reachable by boat. Nick and his team worked with us and came earlier than they needed to, capturing amazing drone footage and importantly, footage of our first look, even though we initially said that they didn't need to arrive in time for it.
Nick is not only generous with his time, but also brings such clear attention to detail and thoughtfulness to his craft. We just received our final video, and were struck by the way he captured not only us as a couple, but our guests––precious moments that we wouldn't have otherwise seen, including intentional shots of our grandparents, who we know won't be with us forever. It's almost heartbreaking to imagine that we weren't going to have a videographer document our wedding -- because we can't imagine NOT having Nick and his team part of our special day! We are so glad to have worked with Life in Focus, and know we'll treasure the footage he so carefully captured for decades to come.

Nick gave us raw footage of the day too which is super special, to be able to show the behind the scenes to our kids one day. Nick responded to emails quickly and pretty much said "yes" to everything I asked. He made me and my partner feel comfortable in front of the camera which is soo important (let's be real, who is?). He had worked with our photographer before (Natalia Provencher) and the energy they brought to the day matched our energy perfectly.
I cannot recommend Nick enough. He was so great and pleasant to work with. And his work is phenomenal. The variety of video he does is amazing - he accommodates to each person and what they need.

He responded promptly to my last minute inquiry and fortunately for us, one of Nick’s associates, Sam was available to capture our big day. Sam did an amazing job the day of the wedding. He was calm, professional, and so nice. Nick then edited all the footage from the wedding for us. We got our sneak peek shortly after the wedding and then Nick recently shared our video and ceremony footage with us. We got the package that also has all of the RAW footage in it which is amazing. All files are very well organized and labeled on the hard drive he mailed us to view all of the footage and videos he created on which is awesome! I didn't know we would be getting everything on a hard drive which is perfect since i'm someone who needs desperately to make space on my computer so that worked out for me!. Nick had all of the footage edited and the drive sent out to us in under a month which is also impressive and awesome! Nick also had numerous recommendations for photographers. We went with one of his recommendations and were also over the moon happy with out photographer. 100% recommend Nick for all of your videography needs.

I work in digital marketing for a living so I'm definitely on the "pickier" side when it comes to creative/visuals and they were very impressive! From prep/setting up to getting ready, to the ceremony and all the way through the reception they captured it all beautifully! Besides being professional and talented they were also so fun! Our wedding party loved them. We got quite a few photos turned around very very quickly that we were able to share immediately that same weekend of our wedding! One reason we really wanted our entire day on video, was because some of our very special loved ones were not able to make the trip and be with us on our wedding day. In less than a month, Nick had ALL of our wedding videos and footage done!! Being able to re-watch and share our day with family and friends, was so special. We have shared our footage with so many people and everyone is just in awe of Nick’s artistic style and ability to capture a moment perfectly and creatively pull our entire day together into the most beautiful videos. I can’t stop watching!!
Nick is extremely professional, easy-going, and makes you feel so comfortable in front of the camera. I thought Nick and his assistant partnered very throughly and respectfully with our two photographers at the wedding, so both parties were able to capture all of our precious moments, without compromising the quality of the photos or videos. I actually had a bridesmaid who recently got engaged, ask me if we had a videographer, because she couldn’t remember! (This shows just how amazingly talented Nick is! - To be able to capture everything and not miss a single moment of our day, yet also be non-intrusive to guests!). At certain times throughout the day, Nick would ask if we had a few moments to come with him - I’m so happy he pulled us aside, because those are some of my favorite clips from our day! (His drone footage is incredible!) The day goes by so fast and my husband and I said so many times during our wedding and the days/months after, how happy we are to have hired Nick as our videographer. Videos bring to life the memories from our day, so much more than photos. Nick knew and captured moments and pieces of our day that I didn’t even know I would cherish so dearly when it was all over. I am SO THANKFUL to have found Nick. This was one of the best, if not, THE BEST investment we made in our wedding day. My sister is getting married this year and I am constantly telling her that she NEEDS Nick!

One of the best things about him, apart from his amazing shooting and editing talent, is the fact that our guests hardly noticed he was there! He managed to be inconspicuous while still capturing the happiest, funniest, and most intimate moments. He also worked really well with our photographer and they were able to collaborate in a really positive way.
One of the most common compliments we get about our wedding is that there was such a positive vibe all around, and Nick captured all of that beautifully. An added bonus was the drone footage that captured stunning aerial views of the location.
