We had Chris as our DJ for our Halloween wedding and he absolutely crushed it. He went above and beyond catering to our requests. We had our guests complimenting his work for the next 2 weeks after the wedding, describing the vibe as “electric.” He balanced the playlist so that every guest had fun, regardless of what generation they’re from, even the boomers couldn’t stay in their seats. It was also super easy to coordinate and work with the team leading up to the wedding - they took the headache out of the process which is worth every penny. I would highly recommend Limelight for your wedding.

DJ Chris Camp was the best from start to end. Based off of our music styles, Chris was recommended to us (by owner Chris!) and we are so glad we went with the recommendation. He and the entire limelight team were super easy to communicate with and they clearly understood our vision. The dance floor was packed all night and so many songs were played + great mixes. There was something for everyone. He clearly took influence from our requested music and our conversation with him about how and where we met. Guests were texting us all week about how much fun they had on the dance floor and one guest even took his info to inquire for her own wedding. I would 100% recommend Limelight and Chris to everyone!

We absolutely loved working with Chris Marino at Limelight! He made the entire process effortless and brought incredible energy to our reception. We booked Limelight for our wedding, and we could not be happier with the experience! From the first call all the way through the day of the event the team was responsive. We booked Mo from their team, and he was fantastic. He was more than happy to connect before our wedding to make sure all the songs were timed just right for entrances and dances. The day of the team was flexible with any small change that was needed and they were set up and ready to go with time to spare! Our guests cannot stop talking about how great our DJ was, especially because they did a wonderful job mixing American and Indian music and reading the crowd to play the best songs to get everyone on the dance floor. Would absolutely book them again for another event!

Huge thanks to the entire Limelight team for the phenomenal job they did at our wedding. Massive shout out to Jason who was our MC for the night, he killed it! He was super accommodating to mixing in our song choices (Italian, American and Hispanic crowd) and had constant bangers playing throughout the night and kept everyone on the dance floor. We even got a couple videos and photos from their POV up on the stage of the whole party which was cool thing to see. Everyone super friendly, always responsive, and for the price, I can honestly say I'd recommend them to anyone who's looking for a great DJ choice!

The Limelight entertainment team did a phenomenal job from beginning to end. From the planning process to the actual day of our wedding, we have nothing but good experiences with the entire Limelight team! Our DJ Moh had EVERYONE on the dance floor and kept the energy up the entire night. Him and his team made sure the crowd was engaged and that everything ran smoothly aka first dances, speeches, etc. We also used Limelight entertainment for our Photo Booth services, where our friends and family could capture moments that were compiled into a book for us to look back on and appreciate after our wedding. 10/10 would recommend Limelight’s entertainment services. They really know what they are doing and their prices are competitive when compared to other vendors. We would absolutely use them again if getting married more than once was acceptable 😂

They were amazing! We used them for both photography/videography and DJ. The photographers were incredible! So kind, efficient, and genius with knowing the right staging and poses for photos. The DJ played great music and the guests were loving it! PLUS their photobooth was a big hit and they even did a photo guest book I was not expecting!!!! 10/10 recommend!

For our wedding we used Limelights photo booth as well as DJ Chris Camp. It was the most positive experience from the time we booked it. We were always able to get in contact with them. The event went so smoothly and all our guests loved the music and Photo Booth. Would highly recommend and would use them again.

We had the time of our lives dancing the night away at our wedding with Jason as our DJ! He was extremely organized and understanding to our preferences. I interviewed a ton of different DJ/entertainment companies, trying to find the perfect match for our wedding music needs. From the jump, my conversation with Chris stood out above the rest. He was easily able to answer all of our questions, and his level of knowledge about his craft put us at ease. Communication was superb throughout the process, and his planning forms/client portal made things super easy. He was also able to source an amazing sax accompaniment for us at a very reasonable price. When the day finally arrived, Chris and his team blew us away. We had given him a high level overview of the types of music and the flow we wanted for the night, and the team absolutely delivered and then some! He weaved in some great songs to the mix that had everyone out on the dance floor the entire evening--no one was sitting down, which was our goal. He kept the energy high, played all the hits we requested, and really rocked our wedding. The compliments ROLLED in the days following our wedding--the entertainment was amazing, the sax player was interactive and out on the dance floor which our guests loved--and was there any way we could send our friends the playlist from the night? Seriously, top notch. Don't look at any other DJs--you want the Limelight team.

I cannot say enough great things about Limelight Entertainment’s photography team. From the very beginning, I felt completely at ease with Jackie and her team. Their professionalism, warmth, and experience shone through from our first conversation, and I knew right away that we were in the best hands for our wedding day. Jackie and her team were absolutely wonderful — not only were they incredibly professional, but they also brought such a calming energy to what can be a very stressful day. They helped ease my nerves and truly made the photo process feel effortless and enjoyable. What impressed me most was how seamlessly they worked with the outside videography team I hired. You could tell that Limelight has been doing this for years — their coordination, timing, and ability to collaborate so smoothly with another team was amazing. Limelight was great! They really allow you to customize your experience and ask specific questions about the type of music and atmosphere you want at your event. My wedding party was running late and we missed our opportunity to connect before the ceremony but they seemlessly cooperated with the venue staff and our ceremony went flawessly, they hit every cue they were supposed to. The DJ gave us a great energy during the reception and kept the party going all night!

We chose Limelight for our entertainment, video and photography and loved every minute of working with them. We were unsure of when we needed to have music selections decided for our wedding, and when we asked questions about the process and expressed our concerns, every question was answered promptly and our concerns were eased very early on. When it came time to make final decisions for our entertainment for wedding day, we left the decisions for uplighting up to our dj, Chris Camp, and it was amazing. He made sure to match the uplighting to the music as it played, kept the dance floor packed all night and was the perfect hype man for the day. The level of professionalism mixed with friendliness was the perfect balance and we were so confident in their ability to make our day the best it could have been. When it came to photography, we had Jackie as our lead photographer and it was the best decision that we could have made. From the engagement shoot to the wedding day, she was so helpful, so kind and always eager to hear our ideas and help us feel abundantly comfortable through every picture that we took. On the day of the wedding, Jackie was able to keep our bridal party in line but still able to make everybody laugh and feel comfortable. She provided multiple copies of the timeline to not only us but to our vendor team and she was always letting everybody know what was to happen down to the minute. Everybody knew what was going on from the minute Jackie and her team arrived and we got so many compliments on how great both the photo and video team were. Based on the sneak peek alone, the photos from the wedding day are going to be arguably the best photos that we have ever received. We will without a doubt or hesitation hire Limelight Photography for any future life events that we want photographed.

Moe at Limelight Entertainment was the DJ for our wedding, and he was simply incredible! Clear communication leading up to the big day, and he kindly accommodated a few special requests that we had. He gave great recommendations for our cocktail hour playlist as well as for how to diversify the music at the reception. We had a great experience with Limelight providing the entertainment for our wedding. They always responded to our questions in a timely manner and our DJ, Joe Mondi, was amazing. For every request we made, Joe was extremely accommodating and provided everything we asked for without a hitch. Having a good DJ for our wedding was very important to us, Joe and Limelight absolutely delivered.

If you want a fun wedding, hire Limelight Entertainment and Chris Camp! I came to Limelight Entertainment on a referral from a close friend, who hired Chris Camp for her wedding in 2023. From our first conversation, I knew Chris Camp was our guy. Chris is easy-going, personable, kind, professional, and fun. We had 2 calls total: 1 before we hired him and 1 planning call about 1 month before the wedding. We also texted a bit in the 2 weeks leading up to the wedding, but this was mostly because I asked Chris if he could do a more modern mix of the Hora (which he did, and it was amazing!). Chris has DJ'd so many weddings that nothing really seems to faze him. I made a Spotify playlist of songs we wanted to play during cocktail hour and the reception, and Chris took the entire playlist and made the coolest mixes to transition between songs—which was really impressive given the number of songs on it and range of genres (pop, classic wedding hits, 2000’s and 2010’s throwbacks, hard rock, Latin pop, etc.). Everyone was dancing the entire reception, smiling and singing along to every song. Chris even got people who don’t normally dance at weddings to get up for a few songs. Chris made our reception absolutely perfect and we can't thank him enough for it!

So happy with the entertainment at our wedding! The planning process was very easy and gave us guidance on the types of decisions we had to make! When we were considering vendors for our wedding, we knew from day one that having a great DJ was one of the most important things to us. We imagined an evening of fun with family and friends, dancing, memories made, all driven by great tunes and a solid MC. We found all of that and more in Limelight Entertainment and our DJ, Moe.  From initial consultations with Chris to a call with our DJ, Moe, it was clear that they were passionate about providing a bespoke experience to us, not just a cookie cutter one size fits all. Once we were assigned Moe things kicked into high gear and he worked hard to collaborate with us to curate songs, “vibes,” and the best possible experience for us and our guest guests. Simply put, Moe was awesome. He was great on the mic, attentive to the wedding schedule without being pushy, and most importantly understood exactly what we imagined to fuel a full dance floor all night long. Moe curated an evening of music that we love while implementing impressive transitions, remixes that turned beloved, but slower favorites, into high energy, danceable memories, and overall bringing positive energy to the room from behind the booth or behind the mic. We had so much fun dancing - the night flew by! Moe handled the music for our ceremony too, and other than one hiccup when the mic overheated, the ceremony was seamless. Moe quickly got the mic working again and managed the sound to ensure that all of our guests could hear the ceremony, even on a busy Asbury Park beach on a Saturday in August. We truly could not have asked for a better person to help our day run seamlessly. Your DJ can make or break your wedding reception. Do yourself a favor and don’t roll a dice, book Limelight and ask for Moe.  We added the photo booth to our package and our guests LOVED it. The attendant had everyone laughing in line and we couldn’t stop laughing when we looked at our copies of the photos later. It was the best decision.

I got married in August and my guests are still talking about how much fun our wedding was. All night Chris Camp had everyone up and out of their seats and on the dance floor. From the moment entrances began to the end of the night, all guests were dancing and rarely sitting down. He knows how to make great playlists that cater to all guests and keep the energy high. Booking with Limelight Entertainment and Chris Camp made our wedding reception better than we could have ever imagined!

We’d like to start by saying that our DJ/MC Joe was very kind, and communication with the Limelight team leading up to our wedding day was smooth and professional. They were easy to talk to, responsive to emails, and genuinely seemed to care about making our day special. We really enjoyed the dancing on the clouds for our First Dance. It was everything we expected! We also enjoyed the photo booth, and so did our guests! We are glad we have pictures of our guests in the provided memory book to cherish. Other than that, we were a bit disappointed with the actual entertainment services on the day of the wedding. While we appreciated his friendly demeanor, unfortunately, some of the key requests we had discussed in advance or that were on the planning form, were not honored. These included specific song choices, and ensuring the guests were hyped up and on the dance floor most of the night. As a result, it felt a lot of time during the night was not how we had envisioned it. We truly believe he had good intentions and we appreciate the effort he put in, but we felt that more attention to our preferences and the agreed-upon details would have made a significant difference in our overall experience. Again, we appreciate the effort that was put into the day, but we do wish our preferences had been more closely followed. Every couple has a unique vision for their wedding, and honoring those details makes a big difference. We hope this feedback is helpful in continuing to grow and improve the experience for future couples.

We used Limelight for photography and DJ! Both teams were amazing to work with! We meet multiple times to discuss the plan for the big day! DJ Chris was a delight he played anything we wanted, our guest never left the dance floor! Jessica was the lead photographer, she made sure every shot was perfect! We had to change plans to take some photos inside because of the weather and her creativity inside the venue was perfect! Highly recommended!!

I got married on 5/30 and used limelight entertainment and also limelight photography. I cannot express how easy and fun they made the whole process and also the day itself. From beginning to end I worked with Chris Camp and it was just so easy to talk to him and plan. The day of, he was amazing and I can’t express that enough! At all points of the night there were people on the dance floor. He knew exactly what to play that made all the guests happy. Definitely go with Limelight if you want your planning to be easy and fun!

Jackie and her team could not be better. Jackie was always responsive, professional and flexible to all of our needs in every communication we had leading up to the wedding and the team of 3 (Jane, Corey and Chris) who were actually there day of couldn't have been better. They were there to get a job done, and a job done well, but also made sure that we felt comfortable with them and had fun on our big day while doing so. Everything we had discussed and planned for went exactly as we wanted with the photographers. We had a little bit of an rain day of and we were understandably upset but Corey and Jane made sure that we were happy and still able to be outside and even when we had a few curveballs with what we wanted, they made the best of it and from what we have seen in the week following, they did an amazing job. Limelight was incredible in every aspect and highly recommended.

Limelight Entertainment was the best vendor we could’ve booked for our DJ! Moe and the team did an incredible job all day from start to finish. Moe came and checked in with my husband and I every hour to make sure we were having the best time and the music was exactly what we wanted. Our guests filled the dancefloor and all had the best time. Moe definitely delivered my love for Taylor Swift during the wedding and it showed! We definitely recommend Limelight to all of our friends and family!!
