We had the absolute privilege of having Reverend Carmichael officiate our wedding, and we cannot recommend him highly enough. From our pre-marital counseling sessions all the way to our altar vows, Pastor Carmichael was incredibly present and supportive. He helped us seamlessly guide the order of service for our ceremony and served as a much-needed voice of calm when it unexpectedly rained on our big day. Our guests absolutely raved about his message, his commanding yet warm presence, and the beautiful service he delivered. We are incredibly grateful for his guidance and overall services, and so pleased to have had him be such an important part of our wedding!

If you’re looking for an unforgettable ceremony, Reverend Khalil will deliver just that. Our friends and family frequent dozens of weddings a year & we continue to hear how our ceremony was the best ceremony they have ever experienced. Our ceremony was so powerful, full of love, and truly remarkable. We truly felt God’s presence on our wedding day. We had spoken with many officiants from NY/NJ to ensure we found the right fit for us. From the moment we spoke to Reverend, we knew we had to have him marry us. He was very genuine, warm, understanding & truly took the time to ensure we were prepared for the marriage, not just the wedding. What stood out to us was he required pre-martial counseling. That told us that he wanted to truly prepare us to enter this next threshold, as Reverend taught us. His assistant, Dinah, is the best. She is just as kind, warm, and responsive. She is on top of everything to ensure everything is on track. We cannot thank you enough, Reverend, for making our wedding day so special. With two master’s degrees from the New York Theological Seminary, this officiant has a deep knowledge of his faith and has professionally hosted personalized ceremonies. Reverend Carmichael is open to adding a more unique touch to your wedding experience, from your own personal vows to customized ceremonies. Reverend Carmichael invites couples to consult with him before their wedding day, allowing them to create a structured plan for their ceremony together. He also offers marriage counseling, sharing his experience and guiding you through the early days of your budding marriage. He performs religious, interfaith, non-denominational, and civil ceremonies, and is happy to be available for rehearsal services.

was a second wedding for myself and my husband so we wanted to get it right! We took full advantage of the counseling sessions offered, and started our marriage off on a rock-solid foundation. It was a beautiful ceremony, and the time we spent with Reverend Carmichael gave him much insight into us as a couple, and he was able to craft a very personal and moving wedding talk. So many of our guests came to us and said how much they enjoyed the ceremony. It was a beautiful, spiritual, emotional and completely amazing day. I am happy to give Live Well and Reverend Carmichael my highest recommendation!
