Unprofessional. Does not answer the telephone. Purchase a groupon for this company and when attempting to schedule a booking, I was unable to reach an actual person. Someone assisting me found their website and contacted them via email. Upon receiving a reply, attempted to schedule a booking but got ghosted instead.
