The bridal cottage is such an amazing area for the girls and moms to get ready and enjoy that part of the day together before all the big festivities start. I received multiple compliments on the beauty of the property with all the immaculately kept flowers all around the property when we were outside for the ceremony and before the guests entered the reception area. We fell in love with how the reception space turned out. It was beautifully transformed with all the floral arrangements & centerpieces. My daughter said it was her dream day and she couldn't have imagined anything better! It is worth every penny you will invest to work with Linda & her team to have a day you will remember for a lifetime!

est. Linda and Sydney are absolutely fantastic; it is very evident how passionate they are about their couples. Sydney gave us our original tour and was the cherry on top of the stunning venue — she was genuinely interested in getting to know us and our story. We loved her! In addition, we continue to receive compliments about our wedding day. Many have said “I felt like I was in a movie” or “That was hands down one of the most beautiful weddings I have ever been to”. All credit due to Linda and Sydney who handled every detail; our wedding day was so seamless and the absolute best day of our lives. It was perfect!

the beautiful things it has to offer, we were blown away. We ended up canceling all the other venue tours and let Linda know we just saw ourselves getting married there. Now we are married and LSR played such a huge role in how smoothly things went. The bridal cottage is a hair/makeup artist’s dream. We did an indoor ceremony and reception and I genuinely do not think it could have gone any better than it did. Sydney was our event manager and when I tell you that she is a phenomenal person, I am not exaggerating at all. She was so wonderful, and I cannot thank her enough. She and Linda are both just the most genuine and kind people you could ever meet, and they pour their heart and soul into every wedding they host. Their property and their reviews are an obvious example of just how much pride they take in their work.  They use Brancato’s Catering as their exclusive caterer and I was constantly getting compliments from our guests on the food and drinks. We stayed in the honeymoon cottage after the wedding and it was so nice to just be able to stay on location. They also set up cake, champagne, and a meal from the caterer in the cottage so as soon as you go in, you can eat and relax. LSR is a breathtaking venue, no doubt, but you are getting so much more than just a place to get married. The venue is so beautiful that we didn’t even decorate. We did our own centerpieces and let the rest speak for itself. You are also getting Linda and Sydney and I can honestly say it was worth every penny thanks to them!!!

Sydney gave us a tour of the place and we immediately knew this is where we wanted to get married. Linda and Sydney went well above our expectations from the moment we toured to even after our wedding. They answered every question we had quickly and provided us with excellent service. They do an amazing job upgrading and maintaining their beautiful facilities. There is everything a bride and groom could want on their property (bridal cottage, groomsmen suites, mini golf, honeymoon cottage, and so much more). They have an exclusive agreement with Brancato's Catering, so your food and bar services go through them, but TRUST ME WOW IT IS AMAZING! We had so many people come up to us and tell us it was the best catered food they had ever had. At the beginning, I was hesitant about not being able to choose our own caterer, but now I am so thankful for that. LSR and Brancato's have built a great relationship and it shows through their customer service. Dylan and I cannot even begin to thank LSR for everything they did for us. Our day was PERFECT and it was because of Linda and Sydney!!!

Although we had 200 attendees on our day, we invited 260, and if all of them had come we still would've had more than enough room to comfortably accommodate everyone. The food and bar stations are tucked away so they don't feel imposing, the dance floor is huge (a big one for us!) and the finishings are professional and clean. It doesn't feel like you're getting married on a working farm at all, but retains that charm! When it comes to the staff, Linda and her staff at Lone Summit Ranch are some of the most accommodating, generous, enjoyable, and knowledgeable people I've worked with ever! And to have people like that on your team when it comes to your wedding day is priceless. They were my experts to lead the way in some of our decision making, and certainly ran the show the day-of. They made sure everything went smoothly - including being present to receive and instruct other vendors arriving at the venue so that I was able to relax and get ready without the stress of having to coordinate as well. Lastly, their additional accommodations were the cherry on top of it all. In addition to the reception hall, they have 3 other buildings that are available for use or upgrades to your package. They include a honeymoon cottage right on the property so you and your new spouse's lodgings are comfortably set for the evening, cutting out the need for an expensive hotel stay, but keeping all of the privacy and romance you're looking for. They also offer an upgraded bridal cottage for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready in, we used this feature and it was phenomenal! We were able to get ready in one space together, be comfortable, and tucked away from the chaos of the day! They also offer a small cottage for extended family to stay in should you want to use this upgrade (we opted not to since we didn't have family or friends who needed it). In sum, booking Lone Summit Ranch for your wedding will make all of your wedding fantasies a reality! The beauty, expertise, and accommodations speak for themselves and gave us the perfect wedding day.

It was amazing being on site, but still felt like we were away. We were spoiled with goodies and champagne and had the royal treatment by Linda and her staff. Truly the best day of our lives!

eyond to ensure everything about your day is perfect. Stacy and Nikki were the venue coordinators for our wedding and were amazing! Nikki followed us around on a golf cart during pictures to cart us from location to location and Stacy was operating in the reception hall all day to make sure everything arrived on time and was set up correctly. Our guests RAVED about the venue and a few said it was the prettiest wedding venue they’d ever been to - and I have to agree! We were extremely lucky with August weather and most of our night was spent outside on the patio, chatting with our guests and just being together. The reception hall was also perfect - it was large enough for everyone to be comfortable but still the perfect size for an intimate and close knit vibe. One of the biggest selling points for my husband and I was the Honeymoon Cottage on the venue. We were able to stay at the venue overnight after the reception, and it was great to just walk over to our cottage when we were ready rather than having to take an Uber to a hotel or something. We also loved utilizing the Bridal Cottage for the bridal party to get ready in and as a space for the entire wedding party to cool down during pictures.

Such a beautiful place to get ready and take some pre-wedding photos!! Lone Summit Ranch had everything that I could have wanted in a venue and MORE. So many family and friends let us know how amazing the venue was! Not only was the indoor space gorgeous, but the outdoor space was just as beautiful. We’re so happy we chose Lone Summit Ranch for our special day!!

st knew it was THE ONE. All of my dreams came to life that day. Linda and the Lone Summit Ranch Team were incredible, not just on the day of, but during the entire planning process. Linda was so present on my special day - didn't matter what I needed or what was going on, she was right there for me. I never had to worry about a thing. I highly recommend renting the bridal cottage. It was such a lovely space to get ready in and it kept me away from the guys so there was no chance of an accidental peek! Our photographs came out just stunning. The scenery of this place is incredible, no other place like it. The food from Brancato's was 5 star! I am still getting told from my guests that the food was the best they had ever had at a wedding. The Honeymoon cottage was so cute and comfy. It was the perfect place to go after the night was over. We got to enjoy all the beautiful scenery for a little longer. It was truly romantic. I did not want to leave the next morning. It was so fun to read all of the other couples' notes and to leave our own note in the book left in the honeymoon cottage. Linda and the entire LSR team will always hold such a special place in our hearts and we can't thank them enough for making our special day so amazing. If I could give a thousand stars, I would!

ake special memories. The Friends and Family Cottage gave us a lovely home base on the property to thoroughly enjoy the process of the day and crash at night. The Honeymoon Cottage is charming with lots of extra touches and such a bonus for the exhausted newlyweds. The outdoor ceremony space is spectacular! Our guests and their families took advantage of the playground, and miniature golf. The reception hall is so well thought out in design and space including the bride & groom suites, the fabulous fireplace, and even the luxurious bathrooms! Brancatos, their exclusive caterers, were a pleasure to work with and served a delicious meal receiving rave reviews from our guests. The servers were top-notch. But the reason Lone Summit Ranch deserves a 5-Star Plus review is Linda and her staff. The entire wedding journey, even with pandemic craziness, was supported with professionalism, clear communication, grace, and friendship. Their goal was to get a clear understanding of our vision and make it happen. EVERY detail was perfect. Every question we had, they already had a plan for or took care of right away. Seriously, the day was flawless thanks to the tireless efforts of LSR's incredible crew. Their passion for making dreams come true is unmatched!

Once we went in and met Linda I knew that she had a very special passion in what she was doing. She was so very kind and genuine. It was like you had known her forever. COVID hit and our original date was not going to happen but Linda, Stacy and Sydney worked so hard to make sure that they made their wedding would happen this summer. And be better than ever. And that it was!!!!! When the day came it could not have been more perfect. Stacy was our head leader that day and also had Sydney working closely with her. Together they made it a stress free day. They literally ran like crazy to help set up, check on all of the bridal party multiple times and even had time to form friendships! It was like they were part of the fun and memories that we had that day. The bridal cottage is so cute and a must for these sweet ladies to have their own space to laugh and get ready for the big day. The property has so many countless photo ops and the food they serve sets the bar high! All of our guests had a great time and complimented how beautiful the ranch was. I even saw many posted pictures of friends with their families from all over the ranch! It was a BIG WIN for us and we cannot thank Lone Summit Ranch Enough for being great in every aspect of the kids special day. It was by far more than we expected!

ds down the best venue! It is absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I had always imagined on my big day. I barely had to decorate, as everything they had was amazing and well put together. The additions they added on, Bridal Suite and Guest Suite worked PERFECT for my bridesmaids and I. It was not only absolutely gorgeous and spacious (I had 9 bridesmaids) but it was unbelievably convenient. I couldn't be more happy with choosing Lone Summit Ranch to be our wedding venue. Also, Stacy, lead coordinator of our wedding did a phenomenal job!! I can imagine it wasn't easy getting a wedding party of 20 all together and settled where we needed to be. Sooo much appreciation for that. You will not regret choosing Lone Summit Ranch!!

o perfect and beautiful. Stacy was the lead coordinator the day of our wedding and she was absolutely amazing. She checked on us frequently to make sure I was doing okay, or if I needed anything! She helped with setting up, coordinating the vendors, and making sure we had a stress free day! Buffee was also there to be of great assistance with the guys as well as running back and forth to make sure everything was perfect. Linda was so easy and great to communicate with. Linda allowed us to actually have a 2nd wedding on her property over the summer, prior to our fall wedding date, since my Mom was terminally ill and not going to make it to our November wedding. Linda and her staff were so graciously accommodating in letting us have that wedding ceremony at her space in June, so that my Mom could be a part of our day, and for that we are forever grateful. The November wedding was also nothing shy of perfect. From the gorgeous landscape, to the perfect honeymoon cottage that we stayed the night in, everything was so amazing, and we could not have picked a better space or croup of people to be a part of our day. Thank you Linda, Stacy, Buffee, and everyone else that made our day(s) so perfect and amazing!

Lone Summit Ranch even has a huge playground and mini golf course included. Most importantly Lone Summit Ranch’s owner Linda Salle and her staff, made this truly a stress-free wedding weekend. Amber & Matt experienced the most amazing wedding! One that was "everything and more" than they hoped for! And that is exactly what parents of the bride want to hear! Linda took our ideas & made them come to life. The table arrangements, positioning, décor were all perfect. She made suggestions that helped us make easy decisions. She quickly set up an extra 2 tables for us, moved the parent’s table with a happy heart. She never once made us feel like we asked for too much, she just simply “made it happen”. And it all was SPECTACULAR! Amber, her bridesmaids and we were all so relaxed and were able to truly enjoy every minute of the weekend, without giving anything a second thought, we knew Linda would take care of it all! And every bride’s parent pray for that. While not obligated to help with decorating, Linda assisted our coordinator with decorating our large wooden arch with drapery, fresh garland & flowers so it reflected the dream photo my daughter had. And it was gorgeous! Linda even provides a golf cart to tote bride & groom around the venue grounds during photo shoots! At one point she even took the 3 little flower girls & ring bearer on a golf cart ride to keep them from getting tired & bored! It was so much fun to see them have a great time! Some of the extras that Lone Summit Ranch has include a Guest Cottage which was so inviting and comfortable! We were so glad we rented the Guest Cottage that allowed us to stay on site the night of the wedding along with our son and the matron of honor and her husband in the 3 bedroom cottage! It was comfortable and beautiful and included a loaf of homemade cinnamon bread that waited for us the next morning. The Honeymoon Cottage allowed Amber & Matt to easily escape to a beautifully decorated bedroom (with full kitchen and dining area, stocked with snacks, drinks, a bottle of champagne and even the homemade cinnamon bread). The Honeymoon Cottage is included in rental. The Guest Cottage is extra but please take note – it is well worth it for us parents and was cheaper than 2 hotel rooms nearby! If your venue is Lone Summit, please take my advice & book the Guest Cottage too! It was so comfortable & included 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen & a full living room (you don’t get that in a hotel)! The warmth & love that owner Linda creates at Lone Summit Ranch is over the top. Every detail was not lost on us, yet the venue is so comfortable and welcoming to everyone. I wish every couple could experience the pure joy, love & excitement what we have the past 3 days at Lone Summit Ranch! My daughter's wedding wouldn't have come close to meeting Amber's dreams had it not been for Lone Summit Ranch, Linda Salle and her staff. Future couples will be thankful that they host their wedding at Lone Summit Ranch!
