My husband and I looked at many wedding venues. Despite neither of us living close to Lee’s Summit (he is from Kansas and I am from Iowa), Lone Summit Ranch was a stand out among all the others and was worth the drive for us and every single guest. Linda and Sydney are absolutely fantastic; it is very evident how passionate they are about their couples. Sydney gave us our original tour and was the cherry on top of the stunning venue — she was genuinely interested in getting to know us and our story. We loved her! In addition, we continue to receive compliments about our wedding day. Many have said “I felt like I was in a movie” or “That was hands down one of the most beautiful weddings I have ever been to”. All credit due to Linda and Sydney who handled every detail; our wedding day was so seamless and the absolute best day of our lives. It was perfect!

If you are looking for a wedding venue, look no further! Where do I even begin?? When we first toured LSR, it was the first venue tour we had done, and we had 3 more scheduled for that same week. After meeting Linda, seeing the property and all the beautiful things it has to offer, we were blown away. We ended up canceling all the other venue tours and let Linda know we just saw ourselves getting married there. Now we are married and LSR played such a huge role in how smoothly things went. The bridal cottage is a hair/makeup artist’s dream. We did an indoor ceremony and reception and I genuinely do not think it could have gone any better than it did. Sydney was our event manager and when I tell you that she is a phenomenal person, I am not exaggerating at all. She was so wonderful, and I cannot thank her enough. She and Linda are both just the most genuine and kind people you could ever meet, and they pour their heart and soul into every wedding they host. Their property and their reviews are an obvious example of just how much pride they take in their work.  They use Brancato’s Catering as their exclusive caterer and I was constantly getting compliments from our guests on the food and drinks. We stayed in the honeymoon cottage after the wedding and it was so nice to just be able to stay on location. They also set up cake, champagne, and a meal from the caterer in the cottage so as soon as you go in, you can eat and relax. LSR is a breathtaking venue, no doubt, but you are getting so much more than just a place to get married. The venue is so beautiful that we didn’t even decorate. We did our own centerpieces and let the rest speak for itself. You are also getting Linda and Sydney and I can honestly say it was worth every penny thanks to them!!!

BOOK YOUR WEDDING HERE!!!!! I don't think words can even begin to describe how amazing this place is. Lone Summit Ranch is absolutely breathtaking and what makes it even better is Linda and Sydney! As soon as we drove up to the venue, we were taken away by the beautiful driveway lined with trees and the amount of flowers everywhere. Its' seriously beautiful. Sydney gave us a tour of the place and we immediately knew this is where we wanted to get married. Linda and Sydney went well above our expectations from the moment we toured to even after our wedding. They answered every question we had quickly and provided us with excellent service. They do an amazing job upgrading and maintaining their beautiful facilities. There is everything a bride and groom could want on their property (bridal cottage, groomsmen suites, mini golf, honeymoon cottage, and so much more). They have an exclusive agreement with Brancato's Catering, so your food and bar services go through them, but TRUST ME WOW IT IS AMAZING! We had so many people come up to us and tell us it was the best catered food they had ever had. At the beginning, I was hesitant about not being able to choose our own caterer, but now I am so thankful for that. LSR and Brancato's have built a great relationship and it shows through their customer service. Dylan and I cannot even begin to thank LSR for everything they did for us. Our day was PERFECT and it was because of Linda and Sydney!!!

My husband and I held our wedding reception at Lone Summit Ranch this past October, and when I say everything was perfect... I mean it!!! Starting with the venue itself, it is stunning. The grounds and property are beautiful and well-kept, having been recently renovated and updated. The reception hall is huge! Although we had 200 attendees on our day, we invited 260, and if all of them had come we still would've had more than enough room to comfortably accommodate everyone. The food and bar stations are tucked away so they don't feel imposing, the dance floor is huge (a big one for us!) and the finishings are professional and clean. It doesn't feel like you're getting married on a working farm at all, but retains that charm! When it comes to the staff, Linda and her staff at Lone Summit Ranch are some of the most accommodating, generous, enjoyable, and knowledgeable people I've worked with ever! And to have people like that on your team when it comes to your wedding day is priceless. They were my experts to lead the way in some of our decision making, and certainly ran the show the day-of. They made sure everything went smoothly - including being present to receive and instruct other vendors arriving at the venue so that I was able to relax and get ready without the stress of having to coordinate as well. Lastly, their additional accommodations were the cherry on top of it all. In addition to the reception hall, they have 3 other buildings that are available for use or upgrades to your package. They include a honeymoon cottage right on the property so you and your new spouse's lodgings are comfortably set for the evening, cutting out the need for an expensive hotel stay, but keeping all of the privacy and romance you're looking for. They also offer an upgraded bridal cottage for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready in, we used this feature and it was phenomenal! We were able to get ready in one space together, be comfortable, and tucked away from the chaos of the day! They also offer a small cottage for extended family to stay in should you want to use this upgrade (we opted not to since we didn't have family or friends who needed it). In sum, booking Lone Summit Ranch for your wedding will make all of your wedding fantasies a reality! The beauty, expertise, and accommodations speak for themselves and gave us the perfect wedding day.

Wow. This place is just wow. Being a bride is stressful and the people of LSR made sure that would not be the case! The whole wedding day was perfect from the organization to the stunning property. I couldn’t have imagined being somewhere else to have our wedding. So many of our guests commented on how amazing the venue and property was. And staying the night in the honeymoon cottage was SO sweet. It was amazing being on site, but still felt like we were away. We were spoiled with goodies and champagne and had the royal treatment by Linda and her staff. Truly the best day of our lives!

We cannot say enough good things about Lone Summit Ranch. We’d only toured one other venue before seeing LSR and knew pretty immediately that this was our venue. Not only are the grounds absolutely stunning, but the staff truly goes above and beyond to ensure everything about your day is perfect. Stacy and Nikki were the venue coordinators for our wedding and were amazing! Nikki followed us around on a golf cart during pictures to cart us from location to location and Stacy was operating in the reception hall all day to make sure everything arrived on time and was set up correctly. Our guests RAVED about the venue and a few said it was the prettiest wedding venue they’d ever been to - and I have to agree! We were extremely lucky with August weather and most of our night was spent outside on the patio, chatting with our guests and just being together. The reception hall was also perfect - it was large enough for everyone to be comfortable but still the perfect size for an intimate and close knit vibe. One of the biggest selling points for my husband and I was the Honeymoon Cottage on the venue. We were able to stay at the venue overnight after the reception, and it was great to just walk over to our cottage when we were ready rather than having to take an Uber to a hotel or something. We also loved utilizing the Bridal Cottage for the bridal party to get ready in and as a space for the entire wedding party to cool down during pictures.

As soon as we stepped foot onto the property, we knew LSR was the venue for us! The grounds are so properly maintained and beautiful, the staff is as friendly and helpful as ever, and the decor inside is everything we could have ever wanted. Linda, Stacy, and the rest of the staff made sure our reception was one to remember! We rented the bridal cottage and got ready there before the ceremony, and all I can say is WOW! Such a beautiful place to get ready and take some pre-wedding photos!! Lone Summit Ranch had everything that I could have wanted in a venue and MORE. So many family and friends let us know how amazing the venue was! Not only was the indoor space gorgeous, but the outdoor space was just as beautiful. We’re so happy we chose Lone Summit Ranch for our special day!!

Lone Summit Ranch was our very first venue that we toured out of EIGHT venues. After we visited LSR, nothing even came close to this venue. First, the grounds are absolutely beautiful and there are so many amenities - bridal cottage, guest cottage (we used for the groomsman to get ready), honeymoon suite, beautiful bathrooms, amazing ceremony grounds, and a huge reception hall. When we first toured, we met with the owner, Linda, and she made us feel so comfortable and special. She responded to my emails within 30 minutes - no matter the day or time. She truly cares about all of her couples and wants to make their days so special, not to mention has the best decor style! We were also lucky to have Stacy be our lead coordinator for the day. She checked in on us frequently and made sure everything went smoothly. THANK YOU so much to everyone at Lone Summit Ranch - you made our wedding a dream come true!

When we chose LSR, we knew that the venue would be gorgeous, but their personal attention to detail and ability to execute a perfect day was spot on! Couldn't have asked for a better venue or better people to make our big day a special experience.

If you want a dream fairytale wedding, Lone Summit Ranch is the place for you. My Husband and I recently got married here on Oct. 2nd. It was the best day of our lives. I am genuinely sad that it is over. LSR was the only venue we toured, we just knew it was THE ONE. All of my dreams came to life that day. Linda and the Lone Summit Ranch Team were incredible, not just on the day of, but during the entire planning process. Linda was so present on my special day - didn't matter what I needed or what was going on, she was right there for me. I never had to worry about a thing. I highly recommend renting the bridal cottage. It was such a lovely space to get ready in and it kept me away from the guys so there was no chance of an accidental peek! Our photographs came out just stunning. The scenery of this place is incredible, no other place like it. The food from Brancato's was 5 star! I am still getting told from my guests that the food was the best they had ever had at a wedding. The Honeymoon cottage was so cute and comfy. It was the perfect place to go after the night was over. We got to enjoy all the beautiful scenery for a little longer. It was truly romantic. I did not want to leave the next morning. It was so fun to read all of the other couples' notes and to leave our own note in the book left in the honeymoon cottage. Linda and the entire LSR team will always hold such a special place in our hearts and we can't thank them enough for making our special day so amazing. If I could give a thousand stars, I would!

If you have a wedding, a bridal shower, a bachelorette party, a corporate event, or any other reason to celebrate, you need to give Lone Summit a call! From the moment we walked in for our first tour in January 2019, we knew Lone Summit Ranch was special. Little did we know at the time, though, what lay ahead, nor could we know what a tremendous partner we would have in Linda. From our first pandemic/rescheduling conversation in March to the culmination of our event Sunday, Linda Sallee and crew were gracious, generous, and kind. She makes every bride and family feel special, and her team is there to assist at every turn. I couldn't recommend them more!

This place is amazing and has everything you'll want for the big day! The bridal cottage is a must, the reception venue is stunning, and the photo opportunities are endless!

The wedding venue itself was absolutely gorgeous! Linda has thought of everything to make the bride and groom feel like the most important people that day! On top of that she makes you feel like family! You are not just someone getting married at her venue. My husband and I could not asked for a more perfect place for our daughter and her now husband to start this journey together.

Our daughter's wedding day at Lone Summit Ranch was magical! The property is gorgeous with endless, unique photo opportunities. We took advantage of everything this amazing venue has to offer. The Bridal Cottage allowed the girls to relax and make special memories. The Friends and Family Cottage gave us a lovely home base on the property to thoroughly enjoy the process of the day and crash at night. The Honeymoon Cottage is charming with lots of extra touches and such a bonus for the exhausted newlyweds. The outdoor ceremony space is spectacular! Our guests and their families took advantage of the playground, and miniature golf. The reception hall is so well thought out in design and space including the bride & groom suites, the fabulous fireplace, and even the luxurious bathrooms! Brancatos, their exclusive caterers, were a pleasure to work with and served a delicious meal receiving rave reviews from our guests. The servers were top-notch. But the reason Lone Summit Ranch deserves a 5-Star Plus review is Linda and her staff. The entire wedding journey, even with pandemic craziness, was supported with professionalism, clear communication, grace, and friendship. Their goal was to get a clear understanding of our vision and make it happen. EVERY detail was perfect. Every question we had, they already had a plan for or took care of right away. Seriously, the day was flawless thanks to the tireless efforts of LSR's incredible crew. Their passion for making dreams come true is unmatched!

We look back at our wedding and can’t imagine having it anywhere else. Lone Summit Ranch is such a beautiful venue! The land allows you to get GORGEOUS pictures and the venue has a classic, modern farmhouse feel. It is truly breathtaking. The most important part was the staff. They were amazing and accommodated every request! Our wedding ran seamlessly. We received so many compliments from our guests. Lone Summit Ranch is the full package and we will always be so grateful for everything they did to make our wedding perfect!

Lone Summit just hosted our daughter's wedding and although I don't post very often I thought it worthy to post a review about the amazing hospitality and event venue. I have been in the event business for almost 20 years and process start to finish was amazing. Linda and staff thought of everything including brademaid's cottage day of, honeymoon suite cottage, etc. Keep doing what you are doing! We had 300 guests that will spread the word.

Goodness.... where to start! First of all this was the one and only venue we toured for our daughter and son in law. We have been to many weddings in the past and driving up on our tour date there was such a quiet and peaceful beauty to Lone Summit that stood out above the rest. Everything was beautifully manicured, green and the most gorgeous flowers EVER! Once we went in and met Linda I knew that she had a very special passion in what she was doing. She was so very kind and genuine. It was like you had known her forever. COVID hit and our original date was not going to happen but Linda, Stacy and Sydney worked so hard to make sure that they made their wedding would happen this summer. And be better than ever. And that it was!!!!! When the day came it could not have been more perfect. Stacy was our head leader that day and also had Sydney working closely with her. Together they made it a stress free day. They literally ran like crazy to help set up, check on all of the bridal party multiple times and even had time to form friendships! It was like they were part of the fun and memories that we had that day. The bridal cottage is so cute and a must for these sweet ladies to have their own space to laugh and get ready for the big day. The property has so many countless photo ops and the food they serve sets the bar high! All of our guests had a great time and complimented how beautiful the ranch was. I even saw many posted pictures of friends with their families from all over the ranch! It was a BIG WIN for us and we cannot thank Lone Summit Ranch Enough for being great in every aspect of the kids special day. It was by far more than we expected!

This venue is beyond Fabulous! Every detail was spot on and Linda is like having an additional planner. Her knowledge and care is off the charts amazing and helpful. She is truly involved in your day and committed to making it perfect. The venue has so many features to offer that others don't from a the huge space, beautiful decor, the honeymoon cottage, bridal cottage and guest cottage and several outdoor opportunities. We could not have chosen any better place for our daughter's wedding reception. We had numerous compliments from guests on how beautiful, fun and amazing it was. Thank you so much LSR!

We cannot say enough good things about Lone Summit Ranch!! From the support, service and the venue itself is amazing. From day one working with Linda was simple and easy to get everything planned. (Which was much needed from a busy bride!) Hands down the best venue! It is absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I had always imagined on my big day. I barely had to decorate, as everything they had was amazing and well put together. The additions they added on, Bridal Suite and Guest Suite worked PERFECT for my bridesmaids and I. It was not only absolutely gorgeous and spacious (I had 9 bridesmaids) but it was unbelievably convenient. I couldn't be more happy with choosing Lone Summit Ranch to be our wedding venue. Also, Stacy, lead coordinator of our wedding did a phenomenal job!! I can imagine it wasn't easy getting a wedding party of 20 all together and settled where we needed to be. Sooo much appreciation for that. You will not regret choosing Lone Summit Ranch!!

Where to start...We cannot say enough good things about the ladies at Lone Summit Ranch! First off, the venue and land itself is breathtaking, and makes for gorgeous pictures. The new bridal cottage for myself and my girls to get ready in was so perfect and beautiful. Stacy was the lead coordinator the day of our wedding and she was absolutely amazing. She checked on us frequently to make sure I was doing okay, or if I needed anything! She helped with setting up, coordinating the vendors, and making sure we had a stress free day! Buffee was also there to be of great assistance with the guys as well as running back and forth to make sure everything was perfect. Linda was so easy and great to communicate with. Linda allowed us to actually have a 2nd wedding on her property over the summer, prior to our fall wedding date, since my Mom was terminally ill and not going to make it to our November wedding. Linda and her staff were so graciously accommodating in letting us have that wedding ceremony at her space in June, so that my Mom could be a part of our day, and for that we are forever grateful. The November wedding was also nothing shy of perfect. From the gorgeous landscape, to the perfect honeymoon cottage that we stayed the night in, everything was so amazing, and we could not have picked a better space or croup of people to be a part of our day. Thank you Linda, Stacy, Buffee, and everyone else that made our day(s) so perfect and amazing!

Lone Summit Ranch is stunning, breathtaking and spectacular. Words cannot begin to express our gratitude to Lone Summit Ranch for everything owner Linda Sallee did to make our daughter’s wedding absolutely perfect. It is something that can truly be seen in every photo and every memory created this weekend! We were all, including bridal party, family & guests) were so impressed with the venue, the hospitality, the food, just everything. Lone Summit Ranch even has a huge playground and mini golf course included. Most importantly Lone Summit Ranch’s owner Linda Salle and her staff, made this truly a stress-free wedding weekend. Amber & Matt experienced the most amazing wedding! One that was "everything and more" than they hoped for! And that is exactly what parents of the bride want to hear! Linda took our ideas & made them come to life. The table arrangements, positioning, décor were all perfect. She made suggestions that helped us make easy decisions. She quickly set up an extra 2 tables for us, moved the parent’s table with a happy heart. She never once made us feel like we asked for too much, she just simply “made it happen”. And it all was SPECTACULAR! Amber, her bridesmaids and we were all so relaxed and were able to truly enjoy every minute of the weekend, without giving anything a second thought, we knew Linda would take care of it all! And every bride’s parent pray for that. While not obligated to help with decorating, Linda assisted our coordinator with decorating our large wooden arch with drapery, fresh garland & flowers so it reflected the dream photo my daughter had. And it was gorgeous! Linda even provides a golf cart to tote bride & groom around the venue grounds during photo shoots! At one point she even took the 3 little flower girls & ring bearer on a golf cart ride to keep them from getting tired & bored! It was so much fun to see them have a great time! Some of the extras that Lone Summit Ranch has include a Guest Cottage which was so inviting and comfortable! We were so glad we rented the Guest Cottage that allowed us to stay on site the night of the wedding along with our son and the matron of honor and her husband in the 3 bedroom cottage! It was comfortable and beautiful and included a loaf of homemade cinnamon bread that waited for us the next morning. The Honeymoon Cottage allowed Amber & Matt to easily escape to a beautifully decorated bedroom (with full kitchen and dining area, stocked with snacks, drinks, a bottle of champagne and even the homemade cinnamon bread). The Honeymoon Cottage is included in rental. The Guest Cottage is extra but please take note – it is well worth it for us parents and was cheaper than 2 hotel rooms nearby! If your venue is Lone Summit, please take my advice & book the Guest Cottage too! It was so comfortable & included 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen & a full living room (you don’t get that in a hotel)! The warmth & love that owner Linda creates at Lone Summit Ranch is over the top. Every detail was not lost on us, yet the venue is so comfortable and welcoming to everyone. I wish every couple could experience the pure joy, love & excitement what we have the past 3 days at Lone Summit Ranch! My daughter's wedding wouldn't have come close to meeting Amber's dreams had it not been for Lone Summit Ranch, Linda Salle and her staff. Future couples will be thankful that they host their wedding at Lone Summit Ranch!

Lone Summit Ranch was the perfect venue for our wedding. The venue had everything we could ever ask for between the ceremony space, beautiful reception space, and the honeymoon cottage. Linda and her team did a wonder job renovating the spaces. Due to this, we didn’t need to decorate as much. All of our guest commented how stunning the venue was. Linda was a pleasure to work with during the planning. She spent our whole wedding day with us to ensure everything went without a hitch. If I had to do it again I wouldn’t change a thing. It is hard to put into words how perfect our wedding was! Lone Summit Ranch was the only venue my husband and I wanted to see. It is the perfect rustic-chic location with matching decor. Add the experience and expertise of Linda and her team, we had an absolute dream come true! She helped us with everything from creating our to-do list, to meeting the vendors the day of, to running our rehearsal dinner. The staff is overwhelmingly accommodating. With full access to the property and additional amenities, Lone Summit Ranch was the perfect one-stop-shop for us! There was plenty of room for the 300 guests we originally planned for but was beautiful for the 190 that could make it. I cannot thank Linda and Lone Summit Ranch enough for our PERFECT day!

Lone Summit Ranch was the perfect venue for my daughter and her husband to get married. They were looking for a venue that had an outdoor wedding space and reception area large enough for 300 guest. This place not only had both of those wishes, but so much more. There is a scenic outdoor ceremony space, a gorgeous reception area, spacious bridal cottage, guest house, and adorable honeymoon cottage. They have thought of absolutely everything. Linda, the owner, was so easy to work with as well as extremely knowledgeable. She was so supportive through every step. On the day of the wedding she and Stacy were there to meet our every needs no matter how ridiculous the request. We cannot thank you enough for making all of our daughters dreams come true.

Lone Summit Ranch was the first venue we visited . . . and the last. My daughter, Samantha, and her fiance, Ross, fell in love with it! It was the perfect combination of the two of them with its rustic chic decor. Linda, the owner, has done a magnificent job renovating the entire property. The long treed driveway leads you to the reception building surrounded by a pond, lush green lawns, beautiful flowers, a fountain, a gazebo, a playground (perfect for the children during cocktail hour), huge trees to get married between and of course, the signature green truck! But it isn’t just a wedding/reception building. Linda has truly thought of everything when creating this dream venue. The honeymoon cottage is adorable - and included in the package! The Bridal Cottage, also decorated beautifully, made the day even more special. My daughter, her seven bridesmaids, her soon to be mother-in-law, and me were able to spend the entire day together with plenty of room! Such a wonderful memory watching my sweet girl talk and laugh with her girlfriends as she got ready to marry the man of her dreams. We (the groom’s parents, my husband, and I) had the honor of being the first to stay in the Family Cottage, another adorable building at the ranch. We had reservations about having to use her exclusive caterer, Brancato’s, but those reservations soon diminished. Brancato’s staff was a dream to work with, extremely attentive to our guests’ needs, and their food? It was all delicious! We received compliments on the meal and service long after the wedding. We totally understand why Linda has partnered with them! The best part about Lone Summit Ranch though is . . . Linda. She truly cares for her bride and groom and wants their day to be perfect. She paid attention to every detail from the moment we started working with her. She guided us through the rehearsal because the pastor was unable to attend. She drove the golf cart around the day of the wedding driving vendors and the bridal property around the property as needed and later drove our older guests to the lawn where the ceremony was held so they didn’t have to walk. Linda even opened her home, which sits directly in front of the lawn where the ceremony took place, for my husband and I to wait with Samantha as the guests arrived - a fun and intimate moment I will cherish. Then she and her assistant, waited on the bridal party and guests during the reception and helped us clean up at the end. I can’t thank Linda enough for helping us give our daughter the wedding of her dreams!

The staff at Lone Summit Ranch are the hardest working, compassionate people I have ever met. They truly make the day about the couple and are willing to whatever it takes to make your dream day come true. They are knowledgeable, efficient, and they make everything work out behind the scenes. I had to rearrange my plans due to weather and they made the transition seamless. Everything about the location is beautiful and I could not recommend LSR more.

The first time I drove up the beautifully treed driveway of Lone Summit Ranch, I knew I had found a special place. I got the feeling right away that this was the place I wanted to get married. The attention to detail throughout the venue is incredible. The landscaping and decorations around the venue make for perfect pictures. There are multiple options for both indoor and outdoor weddings with plenty of fun things for your guests to enjoy. Linda’s professionalism made the entire process seem effortless. She was always there to lend a helping hand and offer decoration advice. I never felt like I was not being heard on what I wanted for my wedding. The relaxed atmosphere will make any couple breathe a sigh of relief. Thank you, Linda for making my wedding day so magical!!

Lone Summit Ranch was my dream come true for our wedding. Every little detail Linda has added to her space was exactly what I wanted. It was truly the perfect day and her team made sure everything went so smoothly. The bridal cottage made getting ready on site so easy and so relaxing for me and my gals. It's the cutest little set up with a full kitchen where we could sit and get some brunch and then be up and down the stairs easily when it was the next person's turn for hair and make up. They all definitely made this overwhelming process for me such a breeze. I don't know how we could have pulled it all of without their amazing expertise and help. They are truly one of a kind and make this whole experience magical.

Lone Summit Ranch is just beautiful down to the very last detail!! This place has everything you need and more. Large event space, absolutely gorgeous outdoor photo areas, AND indoor space is beautiful, bridal suite and bridal cottage that is just darling, and honeymoon cottage that is the sweetest final touch on everything. Linda makes the process so easy and she is so excited and all in for making your wedding dreams come true. She is very knowledgeable and working through her caterer is absolutely seamless as there is no worries about how tables will be set up or how the food will come together. All the food was wonderful!! All the guests raved about the gourmet mac n cheese! :) Everything is right there for you. My guests very much enjoyed the mini golf area, which is not something you would normally request at a wedding, but it was a perfect touch- it was great during cocktail hour and for taking a break from the dancefloor in the evening. I can't say enough about how invested and truly wonderful Linda and her staff are to work with. If you want a rustic, ranch/barn wedding, in the Kansas City area, there is no better choice!!

When we started viewing venues for our wedding we visited LSR. It wasn’t the first one but once we left we knew it was THE ONE! From the beautiful scenery for our outdoor ceremony, with the crazy Midwest weather we knew we needed to have a back up plan and this place has a gorgeous fire place in case of bad weather, the decorations inside & outside and how spacious it was we knew in our hearts this is where we wanted to become husband and wife. Linda was so very helpful with ideas, details and prompt to respond when I needed answers leading up to our special day. The day we said “I Do” we were in the path of hail and damaging storms. Linda and Stacy quickly pulled out umbrellas for our guest incase they needed them, but they didn’t. The storms split and the sun peaked through in perfect timing. It was AMAZING! From set up to take down, LSR staff helped relieve the stress of it all and pulled up their sleeves to help. Our day could not have been possible if it weren’t for them! Linda, Stacy and the beauty of LSR will forever hold a special place in our heart ❤️

Where do I even begin!? Choosing Lone Summit Ranch for our wedding venue was the BEST decision we ever made. From day one, Linda (LSR owner) was INCREDIBLE to work with. I am an event planner by trade which in turn made me a very picky Bride who liked having control. With Linda by my side though, I was able to fully let go and enjoy every step of the wedding planning process and most importantly, my wedding day! From answering all of our questions with detail and care, to coordinating our wedding day with intentionality and so much love, we could not have asked for a better person to have by our side. Lone Summit Ranch is one of the most beautiful venues I have ever seen and we have continuously received compliments from our wedding guests on how incredible and beautiful it was. There are so many gorgeous spots for pictures, so many fun activities for your guests (mini golf, playground for the kids, etc.) and it truly makes for a unique and wonderful wedding that you and your guests will remember forever. Linda has also created the most BEAUTIFUL Bridal Cottage on the property which added so much to our day! I had a large bridal party and having an entire Cottage to get ready in allowed us all to have enough space to get ready comfortably, to dance around, and to take tons of cute photos in while getting ready. Not to mention, the Cottage looks like it is straight out of a Chip and Joanna Gains magazine! I could truly go on and on and on about how incredible Lone Summit Ranch is but I will try to reign it in. All I can say is how blessed we were to get to have our wedding at Lone Summit Ranch and to have Linda by our side throughout every step of our wedding. Any Bride & Groom would be so lucky to have their wedding at LSR and work with Linda! Linda - THANK YOU will never be enough to fully express how much we appreciate all you did for us. We love you!

My husband and I recently got married at LSR and it was absolutely AMAZING!! I can't rave enough about this place. Linda and her staff is an absolute joy to work with on your special day or any event for that matter. Linda genuinely cares about each couple and their special day. We never had to worry about a thing, we knew Linda would have it covered and she absolutely did. We had some mother nature issues on our day but Linda and her staff made the best of the situation and our day went off without a flaw. I could go on for days about how wonderful our experience was. I highly recommend LSR to any bride and groom or any other people interested in using the LSR facilities for an event. This place is top notch!

Lone Summit Ranch exceeded our chic rustic winter wedding expectations!! A huge reason we picked this incredible venue is the incredible owners. Linda worked with us every step of the way cutting out any middle man. She was personable, flexible, and honest during our entire wedding prep process. Linda allowed us to come by any time we needed, provided invaluable advice about having a successful wedding and much, much, more. She allowed us to come in early and set up, saving us so much time and money. Not only was Linda amazing, but the event space is unbelievable. We had about 320 guests invited and everyone fit spaciously which was a huge concern of mine. The massive fireplace made the large space feel so cozy. The darling renovations and decor are very Joanna Gaines fan approved! The entire property provides so many gorgeous unique backdrops for pictures. My husband and I did both our engagement and wedding pictures on the property, and no spot was repeated. Lastly, my husband and I stayed in the adorable honeymoon cottage the night of our wedding and it was such a perfect, cozy way to end the night. There was a bottle of champagne, 2 plated meals and slices of our cake waiting for us. The bed was lush and so comfortable that we woke up so well rested after all the festivities. Highly recommend this incredible venue!!

This is the perfect venue! I had both my Ceremony & Reception at the location. I have have so many compliments on how beautiful the venue is and all of my guests were beyond impressed. They even provide a honeymoon cottage for the newly weds to stay in! Linda is so easy to work with and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend considering this venue!

This venue is beyond words gorgeous. It is already perfectly decorated, has gorgeous grounds for all your wedding photos, and you get all the time you need to set up. It was so nice working with the Linda and Stacey to make the big day great! The most common theme of the night from all our guests was how beautiful the venue is, and I saw most of the guests got out to take pictures of the amazing space. Totally worth it. Linda was so nice to work with and helped through all the planning items and was available to answer all my questions and last-minute items. This venue has the close romantic space with the natural/earthy feel. It has great space for getting ready in the morning for the whole wedding party and a nice Honeymoon Cottage for the happy couple that is totally included. Lone Summit Ranch is so beautiful, and I would absolutely recommend it for wedding and receptions.

This venue was absolutely amazing, especially becuase of the lady who runs the place, Linda. The grounds are very well kept, with regular gardeners updating plants/flowers to match the seasons. There are so many picturesque photo spots for stunning shots of the wedding party. Linda works with her brides/grooms to accommodate them as best as possible. For example, she let our family come in a few times before our wedding weekend to get an idea of how we wanted to decorate. She also lent us some glassware and other decor items that had been left behind by other brides. All the details were perfect due to careful planning and Linda taking time to be in the loop and making an effort to execute our dreams. We would definitely recommend this venue if you're wanting a beautiful outdoor wedding!! (And an added bonus is the well decorated honeymoon cottage.)

Lone Summit Ranch is absolutely beautiful! I fell in love with it as soon as I drove down the driveway. It was my first and ONLY venue I went to. I felt like I didn’t need to bring in a lot of decorations. We got to stay in the honeymoon cottage the night of our wedding which is the cutest little house ever! If I could give this venue more than 5 stars, I would! I promise you will not find a better venue than LSR! I would highly recommend this venue to anyone! It is truly the best!

My daughter was just married at Lone Summit Ranch. We only went to one venue and we fell in love with everything. The tree lined driveway was stunning. The owners beautiful home as we came to the end of the drive and all the gorgeous landscaping. We decided to use Linda’s yard as the wedding site. Between two beautiful trees we placed an arbor flanked by beautiful flowers. The view of their lake and bean fields was amazing! So many cool features including the silo, the beautifully decorated wedding cottage where they spent their wedding night, the old barn. The event space where the reception was beautiful and decorated impeccably! It was so nice to only bring decorations for the tables. I met two of the nicest and most helpful ladies ever. The owner, Linda Sallee, and her right hand gal, Stacy, were so easy to work with. They are so knowledge and managed that day with such great ease. They made me feel a part of their family; love both of them! If you are looking for a venue, please call them. If I could give them 6 stars, I would! Thank you Linda and Stacy for the best experience ever!

There are so many wonderful choices for outdoor wedding options and even indoor options The barn they converted for the reception space is absolutely stunning and can be transformed into the most magical spot imaginable. . Choosing Lone Summit Ranch was the BEST and EASIEST decision of wedding planning! As soon as we pulled up the tree lined driveway, we knew this beautiful setting would host our best day ever. As if the land and venue wasn't enough, we were then blessed with Linda Sallee, who was so sincere in making sure our day was exactly how we imagined. She was genuine and eager to help, making all of the details seem minimal and the planning and decorating effortless. She was there to give recommendations and opinions when the decision making became too much and was there the day of, communicating with the different vendors, helping with last minute decoration details and driving me around during pictures. The appreciation we have for her (and LSR) really can't be put into words, but we hope future brides and grooms see this and know this is the place to host THEIR best day ever!

I cannot express how much I loved Lone Summit Ranch! They truly deserve more than the 5 stars given. Linda and Stacy were so flexible and accommodating for our big night and they brought my elegant vision to life. The venue was so beautiful that I didn't need a ton of decorations. The view... ABSOLUTELY BREATHTAKING! You can't compare the peacefulness and gorgeous scenery to any other venue. Linda and Stacy make clients feel like family and I loved how they were right with me throughout the entire process, even down to the clean up that night! Linda also helped the photographer by taking my husband and I around the venue on a golf cart to get to the best picture taking places in a timely manner which was SO FUN and we were able to get great pictures! Last but not least, the honeymoon cottage was the cutest place for any newlywed to end their night. We were so busy dancing the night away and talking with everyone, so Linda put our food/cake in our honeymoon cottage which was a wonderful treat to have late after our day was over! I could not have asked for a more perfect day!! You should not look anywhere else!

My daughter and son-in-law had their wedding & reception at the Lone Summit Ranch, just last weekend. It was absolutely breathtaking!!!! I'm still beaming about their special day and this venue! I can not say enough about the place and the owners. The property is simply stunning, with multiple location options for a ceremony and a large beautifully decorated pavilion for a reception. The property, itself, is just gorgeous; very well maintained and perfectly landscaped. There were so many different opportunities to capture such amazing scenic pictures. We can't wait to see the professional pics!! As for the owners, Linda & Randy, they are awesome to work with! They take extreme care in ensuring you're every need/wish is met. Their attention to detail and service they provide is just outstanding!! Linda was there for the entire event. Always making sure tables were tidy and guests were happy. We did not have to worry about one single thing!! We truly enjoyed ourselves and the evening. It was so refreshing to be able to really visit with our guests and to sit back, relax and watch our daughter and son-in-law enjoy such a magical and memorable night.

We decided on Lone Summit Ranch as soon as we saw it. The grounds are absolutely amazing. Every where you turn there is something beautiful to look at. Our photographer loved the space as it made her job even easier. The landscaping outside and the decor inside is beautiful and pristine. The care that goes into this space is second to none. You can feel it in the atmosphere as soon as you come up the drive. Linda is highly organized and goes above and beyond to ensure the event goes off with out a hitch. Words really can't describe how amazing this experience was. I would highly recommend this space to anyone!!

Linda is amazing! Everyone was amazing! This place is beautiful. Linda has done this a billion times and had great advice. She also has a lot of decor that she allowed us to use. So we only had to provide the center pieces and a few other decorations. That made a huge difference that we didn't have to decorate the food table or the venue because of the beautiful building and decor that is there. LSR also comes with a honeymoon cottage where we stayed after the reception. Best thing we ever did! We didn't have to travel to a hotel...our beautiful cottage was a few feet away! (one bedroom, one bathroom and kitchen...so cute!!) Linda was so flexible and allowed us to come set our venue Thursday and Friday. We never felt stressed about setting up because Linda was dedicated to us from Thursday to Sunday. Perfect venue. Perfect wedding. Thank you!

We wanted a private, beautiful, garden-like outdoor area for our ceremony, with indoor space as a backup (in case of bad weather) and for the reception. We couldn’t have picked a better venue. The property itself is beautiful. The venue has enough space and flexibility to make each wedding truly unique and personalized (we looked at other places where all the weddings looked exactly the same). And we had plenty of time…with getting the venue starting Thursday night for a Saturday wedding, we didn’t have to worry about getting in or out in time for another wedding. Not only was the space everything we wanted for our wedding—and we got so many compliments from our guests—but Linda and Stacey truly care about the couples they work with, as if you’re part of their families. Even with a day of coordinator, Stacey ended up being our go-to for everything; she just made us feel like everything was under control and taken of. Speaking from experience, something won’t go to plan at a wedding. But with Linda and Stacey, they’ll make sure your day is still perfect. Lone Summit Ranch is everything you would want from a venue and more.

I wasn't too much of a fan of only having one option for bar and catering, but everything turned out wonderful! The facility was absolutely beautiful and the ladies that work there were very helpful and supportive (they even had a golf cart to help people get around the property)! I am so glad I had my wedding at such a great place, everything was perfect!

I attended an event here today and let me just say this place is stunning. What a beautiful serene setting. The very gracious owner Linda puts her heart and soul into making it a perfect experience. Lone Summit Ranch is the perfect event space; I cannot say enough about how beautiful it is! I have been planning my wedding reception that will take place later this month with Linda for the past year, and I absolutely cannot wait! Linda Sallee and her husband Randy Sallee have been so incredibly kind, fun, and accommodating to work with. When we booked last fall, the Sallees had very recently renovated and reopened the event space. Before our first meeting, I was hesitant because it was so new. However, I was instantly relieved after meeting with Linda and we booked with her within days! From that first meeting, we knew the Sallees would do everything possible to make our wedding day perfect (and they have absolutely delivered!). We knew we had found the next great event space in Kanas City! Linda and Randy truly make you feel like family, and have attended to every single question and detail leading up to our wedding day. The ranch has breathtaking views--beautiful farmland, a large pond, tree lined driveway, and rustic buildings for beautiful photo backdrops. Linda has amazing style to compliment your wedding decor. She will work to make any of your ideas happen, and has the experience to pull it off. I am not worried about a single detail knowing she is in charge. My experience leading up to my wedding with the Sallees has been absolutely perfect, and I can't wait for the big day to finally be here! I fully recommend this space, it is incredible!

can't say enough about how wonderful our experience at Lone Summit Ranch was for our daughter's wedding in July. The facility was absolutely gorgeous with beautiful flowers and landscaping. Our every need for Lisa and Steven's special day was available. A bridal suite for the bride and bridesmaids and a suite for the groom and groomsmen to get ready for the wedding. A supervised playground and mini golf for the children during the reception. Linda Sallee is so wonderful to work with. She was there to remember all the details and make sure everything stayed on time without missing a beat. I would not change a thing. We feel blessed that we were able to choose Lone Summit Ranch for one of the most important days of our daughter's life.

Lone Summit Ranch is the PERFECT venue! I had been searching for almost a year for a place for our wedding day and this place has it ALL. And trust me, I looked at ALL OF THEM. The place is absolutely breathtaking. They have incredible views, gorgeous landscaping, the building itself is so nice that decorations are not even needed! Tons of places to take great photos and tons of room for guests..you do not have to be worried about being crammed into a small space and they even have a honeymoon cottage for the couple to stay in, where Linda makes sure you have a meal when the night is over! Talk about a life saver! It really is a dream come true. Linda and Randy are so easy and amazing to work with. Linda met with us and my family and made us feel so comfortable and excited for our big day. She allowed us to come a couple times with more family as we all have crazy schedules and both times she made me feel like I was her ONLY customer. She explained everything in detail, helped me with every question and just really put my mind at ease. I am NOT good at this whole wedding planning and from the moment we started working with her, she made my life EASY. LSR allows access on Thursday so there’s ZERO STRESS on the day of the ceremony. Linda is there just like a wedding planner or member of the family to make sure everything is beyond perfect. You can tell that her and Randy have a true passion for this. The peace of mind they give you as a bride is worth this place alone. Another huge plus, the catering is wonderful. Great food, professional staff. I was very worried about pricing and options and their caterer welcomed us with open arms and took our budget and made everything we wanted possible. Pricing all around is affordable and fair. Linda and her catering truly listen and take what you want and need to heart and make it work! I never once just felt like another “customer”, you feel like family from start to finish and that’s what everyone wants on their wedding day. If you’re looking for a place to have any event, LSR is the place to be! I will never be able to thank Linda and Randy enough for all they have done for me and my family!!

I recently planned our 10 year high school reunion at Lone Summit Ranch and I cannot say enough great things about this venue! First off the location and setting was absolutely breathtaking. Our reunion took place on their outdoor patio and it was the perfect setup for our event. On top of the beautiful location the staff, catering and service went above and beyond. Linda made sure we always had everything we needed and the food was the best food I have ever had at an event. I would recommend Lone Summit Ranch to ANYONE looking for a beautiful location for any kind of event! GREAT, GREAT, GREAT venue!

Oh my goodness! This place is absolutely beautiful and the owners are amazing and so genuine! I had my wedding there September 9th, 2017, and Linda was there every step of the way from the set up, rehearsal, to the end of the wedding night when cleaning up. She has been wearing a boot and she was even doing yard work the day before our wedding, making sure the place looked stunning. My wedding could not have been more perfect thanks to Lone Summit Ranch. We still get compliments on how beautiful the place was and we even have guests that still rave about how sweet Linda was! Randy, Linda's husband drove me and my groom and other guests around on the golf cart during photos which I thought was great, due to not being a fan of my heels. If you're looking for a venue with kind hearted owners who are there to make sure you have the most beautiful day, this is the place to go. In the pricing, it also includes a one night stay in their honeymoon cottage the night of the wedding. Thank you soooo much Linda and Randy. We are so appreciative!

This venue is absolutely stunning. You can look at all the pictures and see how incredible it is- so many spots to take pictures and everything is absolutely beautiful. I'd recommend this venue to anyone! But what you can't see in the pictures is the service that you'll get. Linda goes above and beyond in everything she does. She was the reason that my day was so magical. She helped light candles on the tables, drove to Kansas City, Kansas to pick up something for us just so it wouldn't stress me out being delivered on the wedding day, and worked with all my vendors to make such a smooth reception. Not to mention, the countless meetings and questions prior to the wedding day. Thankfully, the venue is available from Thursday afternoon the weekend of your wedding, so this allowed us to hang lights and lanterns above the dance floor and really perfect our reception decorating. She was full of suggestions and would do anything to help you or make things easier for you. You will not get anything like this anywhere else, and I can guarantee that. I could go on and on about how amazing and absolutely stunning everything is, which you can get from the website I'm sure. But what you should know is how much Linda will care about your big day and make it one to remember! I am eternally grateful we found this venue and we're leaving with a new friend! If only I could give more than 5 stars :)

From the moment we drove under the arched gate entering the property and followed down the lane lined with mature trees and a white ranch fence, the tone was set for a magical evening. The property at the end of the driveway was nothing short of stunning. From the tiered fountain, white porch surrounding the main hall and the gazebo all bathed with a dazzling display of bright and cheery flowers to the old white barn, stables, silo and wagon; we had a difficult time deciding where to go next with our photographer. Come sunset, we found ourselves running around from one spot to the next, trying to take full advantage of the amazing beauty of the property under the golden light of the sunset. The same quality, care, pride and professionalism shown on the main grounds outside were on display in the large main hall. The first thing that catches your attention as you enter is the large stone fireplace guarded on either side by tall glass panels with water cascading down the mirrored surface. The house decorations provided by Lone Summit Ranch were very tasteful and functional often serving a dual purpose like shelving for pictures or snack dishes besides just adding beauty to the venue. As beautiful as the property was, that may not have been the best part of our experience with Lone Summit Ranch. Linda and her staff were nothing short of exceptional, as they went out of their way to exceed our expectations to make sure our wedding was everything we envisioned. Linda’s professionalism and genuine care was easy to notice with all the little extra services she provided for us and our party whether it was assisting guests with their plates, providing flowers to match our wedding’s colors in the facility’s bathrooms, staging an attendant outside to monitor the kids on the mini golf course outside, driving a golf cart around the property to help the save my wife’s dress or the extra food plates and champagne in the fully stocked couple’s cottage for us once we finally decided to retire for the evening. She was very instrumental in the lead up to the wedding as well in helping make sure everything and everybody arrived on time and was set up as requested. We simply can’t thank Linda and her whole staff enough for helping prove so instrumental in making our special day so magical. We received so many compliments on the selection of the venue from our guests who were simply blown away with both the beauty of the property and quality service provided from Lone Summit Ranch and its staff. It would be impossible for us to describe every detail that made our experience with Lone Summit Ranch so special and I feel as though we’re cutting them short.
