They kept finding shady spots for pictures and worked around the weather really well. What I appreciated most was their energy. They stayed positive all day and kept things fun even when everyone was tired. The final gallery looked beautiful and the video brought back a bunch of moments I had completely forgotten about. Really grateful we chose them.

tics made a huge difference. She was always friendly and actually seemed to care. About a week before the wedding we did a final planning call and I remember hanging up feeling way more relaxed. On wedding day the team worked HARD. Every time I looked around they were capturing something. Ceremony, details, guests laughing, random moments between family members... they were everywhere. One thing I appreciated was that they never made the day feel like a photoshoot. We still got to enjoy our wedding. Everything we received afterward was beautiful and worth every penny.

Hair flying everywhere lol. Somehow the photo team still managed to make everything look beautiful. They were super relaxed, joked around with everyone, and never made us feel like we were being staged all day. It felt pretty natural. When we got everything back we spent like 3 hours scrolling through the gallery. So many little moments we forgot about completely. Would absolutely reccomend them.

ient. I kept changing little details on the timeline and she never seemed annoyed about it lol. The day itself ended up running behind because one of our vendors was late. I was stressing out but the photo/video team just adjusted as they went and kept things moving. We did have a couple things we wanted changed in the wedding film afterward and honestly I expected that process to be difficult. It wasn't. They responded quickly, made the edits, and sent over an updated version pretty fast. That level of customer service goes a long way. Really happy with how everything turned out and glad we picked Love & Photos.

some of my favorite shots in the whole gallery. if we had cut that out i would have missed those memories. then they were there through the ceremony and the formal stuff but the best part was that they stayed for the reception too. they caught all the crazy stuff on the dance floor when people were loosened up and having fun. Now we have blackmail hehehe!! ;) looking back at the gallery feels like a storybook. every hour is there and it flows perfectly. i am so so happy with the package we went with and our photos!

He was communicative and professional. Ruslan was ready take the photos that I requested from him. He was patient with our guest as we got them ready for photos. He got their early so he wouldn't miss any shots. I appreciate his assistance during this special day.

I wasn't able to build a connection with the person who would actually be photographing our wedding until just before the event. I eventually reached out to Jaylynn myself so we could go over the timeline and discuss expectations. On the wedding day, Jaylynn was kind and helpful while I was getting ready. She even assisted my bridesmaids with making sure my dress was laying properly, which I appreciated. However, I was surprised that no "getting dressed" photos were taken, as those are moments many couples expect to have documented. Throughout the day, she often asked, "What's next?" which gave me the impression that she wasn't fully familiar with our timeline or directing the flow of the day. The poses and shots also felt fairly standard, and the sample shot list the company provided wasn't followed very closely. Jacob, our videographer, was professional and quietly captured moments throughout the day without being intrusive. At the time of writing this review, we have not yet received our final gallery. I'm sincerely hoping I'm completely wrong about my initial impressions and that the finished photos leave me speechless. Editing can make a tremendous difference, and I truly hope we're blown away by the final product. I'll happily update this review if the gallery exceeds our expectations.

brands charging insane amounts for stuff u dont really need. i just wanted high quality photos that looked professional but i wasnt tryin to spend 4 or 5k on it. these guys were the perfect middle ground for us. they dont act like they are famous artists they just act like professionals who wanna do a good job. we got the package we wanted and the results are just as good as the stuff i see from those super expensive ""high end"" photographers. it makes u realize how much of that extra cost is just marketing and fluff. i feel like we got the best deal ever. the quality is honestly incredible and i cant find a single thing i dont like about the gallery. if u want amazing photos without the ridiculous price tag u have to look into these guys.

was very transparent and they made sure I understood everything prior to signing my contract. Once signed and given access to the portal there had been an issue with trying to navigate a few pieces and once I reached out she had contacted IT and the issues were resolved in 24 hours. I explained my wants and needs and I had been placed with a Photographer with great experience and a vibrance for her job. Even though our values were not aligned she held no judgement on my spouse and I which reflects wonderfully on her and the Company Love & Photos. She was willing to take the poses we wanted as well as brought her own imagination to our wedding! Our Videographer was beyond enthusiastic with a contagious energy and captured everything from getting ready straight through to the end of the reception! The fact that I was never left hanging with communication from Love & Photos as well as those who hired has me recommending this to ally friends and co-workers who want to get married! Great deal, Great Work Ethic and Great Staff!💙

second a camera points at him. he was dreading the portraits so much but the photographer made it so easy. they didnt have us do those super awkward stiff poses that u see in magazines. instead they just had us walk around and talk to each other and tell jokes. it felt like a date rather than a shoot. by the time we were halfway through the session he was actually laughing for real. i had never seen him look so natural and happy in front of a camera before... honestly for them to get him to have fun is a total miracle. Thank you!

a Disney wedding so some things were a bit unconventional such as how quickly we needed certain paperwork and insurance information added on for our Photographer to be Disney approved. Love & Photos made it happen for us as needed despite the hassle and we were better for it. But what was a true godsend was the photographer they connected us with, Adrienne Marlin. Adrienne was far better than anyone we could've hoped for. As a former Photographer myself, I can vouch that she was clearly a master of her craft with capturing the beauty of our special moments. But what really stuck with us was her attentiveness and level of care. She was deeply invested in every moment of our wedding and she truly felt like a good friend. You could tell she is not only someone who wanted to do a good job, she is someone who truly takes pride and has a love for what she does. We had so many great moments working with her, not only was she accommodating to all our ideas, but my wifes physical disability aswell! She was full of great ideas herself, and was easy to converse with. Just an overall joy, easygoing, and very professional. Words cannot recommend her enough. She was a fantastic photographer, and was a huge part of what made our wedding day special.

had this really moody reception venue that we loved but i was terrified about the photos. every wedding i go to where the reception is dark the photos look terrible so i had a mini panic attack when the lights went down but our photographer tyler was such a boss. he used his flash and started working his magic. he knew exactly how to light the room and i was honestly blown away by how great everything looked when we got the gallery back. if u have a dark venue u need these guys.

Our wedding was just a week ago, so I haven't seen any previews yet. I had wished we had taken more photos because the venue was so pretty and the day was beautiful, but I know she got some great shots of us. vendor who actually sticks to their word is like winning the lottery honestly. we had so many people tryin to bait and switch us or add on hidden service fees that were basically just made up. it was so refreshing to work with Love and Photos cause they gave us a clear price and stuck to it. it really helped us stay on track with our budget too which is something every couple needs. the whole industry is so predatory with the add-ons and the upsells but these guys felt like they were actually on our side. they delivered exactly what was in the contract and we didnt have to worry about a single extra dollar at the end. it made the whole process so much more fun cause i could actually focus on the wedding instead of stressing about the bills. Update: We just got the photos and we LVOE them!!
