Brian Michaelz has been a part of the wedding and entertainment industry for many years. As an Ordained Minister, Michaelz has spent his time between Emergency Services Chaplaincy dedicated to first responders and weddings. His love and passion for weddings was sparked when a dear friend asked Brian to officiate her wedding and he has never looked back. He brings a fresh and bright energy, passion, and professionalism to his work while customizing the perfect wedding ceremony for his couples. His philosophy is that the wedding ceremony is the heart and soul of your wedding. His ceremonies provide a natural expression of yourselves with a genuine reflection of everything that makes your union so unique and so very special. Brian Michaelz prides himself in working with couples of all religions, ages, and backgrounds. In addition to officiating weddings, Michaelz is skilled in the fine art of music and entertainment. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Production and a Master’s in Entertainment Business, he has filled the dual role of Officiant and DJ for many wedding parties across the nation. When Brian Michaelz is not officiating ceremonies, or spinning the tunes he enjoys spending time with his wife TJ and twin boys Sean and Chet, traveling, entertaining and much more. Stephen Milner

From an early age, Stephen felt called to serve in ministry. He was raised in the church, and his parents served full time in ministry. As an adult, Stephen went on to be a youth minister for several years before meeting his wife Briana. Soon after marriage, they served overseas in the South Pacific for a short-term mission stent. Once back in the US, Stephen served as an Associate Pastor before Seminary in 2012. After graduating from seminary in 2014, Stephen and his wife served communities as ordained ministers. After serving in the PNW for a few years, Stephen and Briana welcomed their daughter Brielle after praying for her for over three, long, years. With the arrival of their daughter, they knew they wanted to take a step back and focus on raising this precious gift. They moved to Stephen’s childhood area in North Dallas to begin a slower pace at life. Once here, they welcomed their son, Thaddeus, a few years later. Life continues to bring moments of joy and blessings! Both being raised and serving in ministry, one thing has rung true the most; humanity and community are served best when one person joins another person in commitment and love. I find being a part of that one moment in two people’s journey to be God’s love manifested in creation. When I have the privilege to come alongside and facilitate that moment, I find myself blessed and overjoyed. Stephen is an ordained minister, having served for nearly 15 years vocationally.

During those years she was an accomplished speaker, teacher, served on home missions boards and was the associate pastor of All For Love Ministries. She is a celebrated, nationally known Gospel singer. She has been the featured artist on several Mass Choir albums through the Jackson School of music. She has been the choir director of several choirs that have won multiple awards. She has several, very successful solo albums as well. Janice came in from the road about 8 years age to be the personal caretaker for several different friends as they spent their last days here on earth. Janice is a breath of fresh air. She is ALWAY happy and you only need to be around her for a few minutes before that happiness rubs off. When asked how she is doing, her answer will always be “I am happy and grateful” Over the last 8 years, as she has held the hand of loved ones as they transitioned, her whole belief system began to change. She realized that you do not have to be religious in order to be spiritual. That God can not be put into any box and most of all that Love is Love. I have been in the event industry for the past 15 years. I became a licensed officiant in the fall of 2019. Initially, my license was intended for the use of officiating some close friends who eloped in Kauai, HI in a remote location set in front of a waterfall. It was one of the most beautiful moments to witness. I had no intent on marrying anyone else after that day however, my higher power and universe always has a bigger plan than my own. I continue to have people in my life ask me to officiate their wedding and when I do, I sometimes have people who attend their wedding ask me to do it for someone they know. All I know is I love everything about love. It is an honor to be a part of such a significant moment two people share and I keep the door open to all possibilities presented to me. I love hearing couples love stories and finding ways to make their ceremony tailored just to them. It is a magical moment they will carry for them for the rest of their life. I listen and put an immense amount of energy into delivering a ceremony that fits the couple and the spiritual union they wish to receive. I am not religious, but I believe in my higher power and that the universe will always provide exactly what we need. We can always choose to create and build a life exactly how we desire it. I started working at a florist and wedding decor while in high school and now that I have retired after 22 years as a paralegal I am now getting to do what I love to do. We waited until about two weeks out from the wedding to find our officiant and in was in a bit of a procrastination based panic wanting to find someone who would marry us in the way we wanted. Love Your Moment was recommended by our wedding venue and I'm so happy they did. Lisa was extremely responsive and we were able to get our contract signed within a day of sending the initial query. Working with Lisa was amazing. Lisa got an idea of what we wanted, which was an egalitarian ceremony, and sent us back a beautiful ceremony script that honored our wishes and celebrated our union. We ended up deciding to change what our last names were going to be within a couple days of the wedding and Lisa was super flexible in getting what we needed changed. Day of was fantastic. Lisa showed up about 40 minutes before the ceremony and got our wedding certificate handled and returned it to the county for us the next day. I'm running out of adjectives to describe how good this whole process was, just whatever you hope Love Your Moment will be that and more.

If you are thinking about using an officiant service for your wedding, Love Your Moment is your answer! We needed a last minute officiant and we were lucky to have Lisa at such short notice! She was a real blessing and she really brought a sense of genuineness that we did not expect. She gave us custom readings with inputting her own style. Her execution was flawless making her a true professional. We were able to review her readings before the wedding and she communicated with us like family all the way up to the actual wedding day. We cannot say enough great things about Lisa. She made the process so seamless and easy, and she was excellent at communicating. A couple of weeks before our wedding, she sent over the script for the ceremony in case we needed to make any adjustments, which I thought was so considerate. She did an AMAZING job of writing our ceremony and including small details about our relationship. Her creativity and writing ability is phenomenal! During the ceremony, she was calm and collected, which was grounding to a nervous bride, lol! Her words touched not only us but all of our guests, and I had so many guests rave about her and how beautiful her words were. She also made time to take pictures with us and give us some sweet words of advice for marriage. We are so thankful she was our officiant and would recommend her to anyone!

We found Lisa and Love Your Moment from a family friend, whose daughter used Lisa! We secured Lisa as our officiant early in 2023 after talking with her on the phone. She was great and really understood what was important to us - total pro! We then paid our deposit to secure our date and were in communication over email for the next months. Early in 2024 is when we were contacted by Lisa with a questionnaire that was for creating our ceremony. Lisa was a pro and helped us get exactly what we were looking for! She sent us the script that we were able to send back with edits or comments. Lisa made all modifications promptly! Lisa made us feel confident of our vision execution the day of as we chatted before the ceremony! We received multiple compliments from guests that they loved the ceremony and how great a job Lisa did officiating! To any brides that are using an officiant they have not met personally yet, please don’t be worried with Love Your Moment or Lisa! Lisa did a great job keeping us informed and was well versed on what we needed for our inter-faith ceremony. Would highly recommend!

Where to even begin… Lisa was amazing from our very first phone call! She made was feel comfortable and accepted. We were worried that we would have a hard time finding an officiant willing to marry us in Texas, given we are gay, and Lisa not only calmed our nerves but wrote a ceremony embodying “Love is Love.” We also chose to do a tequila shot with a pickle back and were pleasantly surprised with how well she incorporated that into our ceremony with quirky analogies. The entire evening our guests kept telling us that this was the best ceremony they have ever heard. If only we could use Love Your Moment for more than just a wedding… we would book them 10000% of the time! Do yourself a favor and book them for your special day!

My wife and I were married in May, and Laura from Love Your Moment was our officiant. She met with us for lunch prior to the wedding, helped us write our vows, was on time and dressed beautifully, and gave such an oration with such perfect timing during her speech that guests mentioned how wonderful she was after it was over. One of the things we asked her to say was "God does not make a love that is wrong." You should have heard how beautifully she paused just before and a little after so that it would sink in. We had some first-time same-sex wedding guests there, and I was so happy to know they had time to think about this. I highly recommend Laura for your special event!

Love Your Moment saved our wedding day! Lisa, as well as our officiant, Stephen, were a godsend for us. We had previously booked with another officiating company, but our officiant stopped responding to us the month before our wedding. When we got to be about 10 days out from our wedding day, we knew we had to find a new officiant. That is when my husband found Love Your Moment. He submitted an inquiry with them, and on the same night, was on the phone with Lisa, discussing our situation and her sharing that they could help. The next day, we heard from our officiant Stephen. Within 72 hours (amidst the Christmas/New Year holiday), we had heard from Stephen, met with him, and received our ceremony script, which included personal touches even though we had met so soon before. On the day-of, Stephen was so professional, friendly, and did a beautiful job officiating. We got compliments from our guests on the ceremony and how touching it was. Could not thank Lisa, Stephen, and Love Your Moment enough for saving our day. Would recommend 100 times!

Lisa was on it from the get-go. She made sure that our ceremony was what we wanted, and curated it to feel specific to us. She was LGBT friendly, and gave us the option to have a religious or non-religious ceremony (we chose the latter). She wrote a ceremony for us and was receptive to any feedback we gave her. She was calm and so helpful during our vows, where we both we were nervous. She sent us photos afterwards and made it feel really personal. Definitely recommend!

I wish I could give 10 stars. I contacted Love Your Moment after my friend suggested using them. Her brother had just been married and my friend told me how wonderful Lisa was. I contacted Love Your Moment and crossed my fingers they could accommodate my request for Christmas Eve. I received a response shortly after sending my request stating that we could indeed get married on the 24th. I was so relieved as I anticipated getting married on Christmas Eve would be difficult! Lisa contacted me and informed me of the process and told me to contact her as much as I needed to. I informed her that my fiancé and I were very low key and didn't really have anything particular in mind regarding the ceremony. She sent over a copy of the vows that are often used for non-denominational elopement-style weddings. They were just perfect! She told me that we could change anything we wanted and I told her no changes were needed. The wedding day came and we performed the ceremony and it was so much better than I could have imagined. The vows were beautiful. Lisa is such a warm person; she made us feel completely comfortable and eased our nerves. After the ceremony, she explained our next steps and gave us a few options for filing our marriage certificate; we chose to file it ourselves so we could obtain certified copies sooner rather than later. She was there from start to finish guiding us through the process and we could not be more happy. If you are looking for an officiant, look no further!!!

Our officiant, Ms. Laura was amazing!! She helped my fiancé and I plan everything out, and everything went smoothly the day of our wedding. We had unlimited communication with her which was perfect because I sure did have lots of questions as an anxious and nervous bride-to-be!!! She was quick to answer as well. Our ceremony went perfect as well and pretty quick which we loved. Overall our experience was great and would definitely recommend her and the business to friends and family 😊

Lisa was incredible and made us so happy the day of! My husband and I planned our wedding which ended up being right during the middle of the lockdown in 2020. We ended up having to cancel everything. Not only did Love Your Moment understand and issue us a refund, but Lisa called us on our day and married us from quarantine. We loved how easy it was and Lisa wrote an amazing ceremony with the information provided! There was a small miscommunication between my wedding coordinator and I about part of the ceremony, but Lisa had checked with the information I provided and cleared it up with me right away. She absolutely will have you and your partner's best interests at heart! If we had to do it all over we would absolutely go with Love Your Moment again!

Lisa was a fantastic officiant and a calm and grounding presence at the altar for our wedding. She was easy and stress-free to work with long distance, and felt as warm to us as someone we had a personal relationship with. Lisa was incredibly flexible and supportive of changing plans during COVID, even when we asked her to adapt to a different location, time, and size for our ceremony. She was right there with us even through changing plans and circumstances. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
