Hiring Kelsey as our day of coordinator was the best wedding decision we made. Her timeline creation was extremely helpful to start. We had a venue that needed to be flipped in 2 hours and she made everything look better than I ever imaged. The day ran completely smooth and Kelsey was such a ray of sunshine and calmness.

Kelsey was awesome! We originally hired her as a day of coordinator but upgraded to a month of coordinator bc of my work schedule. She did a great job getting everything set up and communicating. Her rates are fair and we loved the option to add an extra person to help. Kelsey came in super clutch the week of our wedding with some last minute flowers (she works closely with a couple of florists), and getting extra dining ware for our dessert table. She did a great job communicating with all of our vendors, and I so so appreciate the amount of work she put in for setting up our wedding since a lot of it was DIY projects and lots of details.

Kelsey is amazing! I’ve been able to work a few weddings with her and every couple has been able to just relax and enjoy their day knowing Ieksey had everything all under control.

Luxe Event’s owner Kelsey is INCREDIBLE! I didn’t think I needed a wedding coordinator, but hiring Luxe Events was an investment I would’ve regretted not having. I cannot recommend Kelsey enough as a wedding coordinator. She was everything that I needed and more throughout the planning process of our wedding, the day before, and the day of. Kelsey handled everything with an incredible amount of organization, professionalism, care, and kindness. She truly felt like part of our family. I was hesitant to spend money on a day of coordinator based off people's reviews on having a coordinator in general as they can be pricey and some people didn't think they were worth it. They obviously hired the wrong day of coordinator because outside of the venue Kelsey's service was probably my best purchase for the entire wedding. I received so many compliments on how smoothly the day ran and how on schedule everything was. My maid of honor and MOB were so happy they got enjoy the wedding and did not have to be the go to person for questions. My maid of honor was also so happy it wasn't her responsibility to keep things moving or on schedule. Kelsey was so easy to work with. She saw my vision and executed it perfectly. She ran our rehearsal, did set up day of, some take down, she made sure my husband and I were taken care throughout the whole day including making sure we got to enjoy our appetizers in between pictures. She really made everything very stress free for me which was exactly what i wanted the day of while keeping everything running smoothly and on time. Run dont walk to book her! You won't regret it. 8.12.2023 could not have been a more perfect day! Big shout out to Luxe Events for going above and beyond our expectations. Kelsey, the owner was able to fit us in last minute and literally saved the day! Her creativity and quick thinking left our friends and family in awe. Comments like, “this was the most chill and fun wedding we’ve been to in a while…the vibes were just right and so on…” We could not have done it without her. Kelsey was able to take our vision and execute it perfectly. Her professionalism was also outstanding and I loved how she checked on us throughout the day to make sure we had everything we need. Honestly, if there was any issues, she was on top of it. Kelsey is amazing and I highly recommend using her services. She will go above and beyond!

Kelsey at Luxe was amazing to work with. I’m awful at event planning, so my wedding was a huge source of anxiety. I’m that bride that’s going to forget really important things. Kelsey really listens to you to find out the vibe you”re looking for and runs with it. Her professionalism and organization were very reassuring and she thought of things I’d forgotten about . She even brought some foliage from home on my wedding day because I’d forgotten to buy it. With Kelsey at the wheel, all we had to do was relax and enjoy our day. She is a joy to work with and I don’t regret the decision to hire her!

Kelsey made my wedding day a breeze. She’s great with communicating and her eye for design made all my ideas come true! I didn’t know about day of coordinators before, and now I can’t imagine getting married without one. 100% worth the money- I would pay anything to have her again!

I got married October of 2022, and I can say with 200% certainty that hiring Kelsey Brotherton was hands down the best decision we made! If you're looking for a wedding coordinator/day of coordinator, she is AMAZING! Her and Tracy (her amazing assistant) went above and beyond to make our wedding day special! Not only was she available for us whenever we needed her prior to the wedding, on our wedding day she managed our chaos, which made the day so incredibly stress-free! My husband and I forgot to pick up our wedding linens on time, and Kelsey was able to get them lighting fast! We also completely forgot to purchase a more beautiful cake cutting set for photos, and she came prepared with a spare! If you’re looking for someone to take your vision and accomplish it flawlessly, while you enjoy your day, then Kelsey is your person! If you're looking for someone who will stand by your side and help you and your significant other sift through the stress of wedding planning, I 200/10 recommend Kelsey and Luxe Events!
