We hired Luxe Events (Kelsey) for day-of coordination, and working with Kelsey was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, she made it clear that our wedding was more than just a job to her. She truly cared, and it felt like we were working with an old friend. Her thoughtfulness, responsiveness, and willingness to help went far beyond what we experienced with many other vendors.
While clearly an expert in her field, Kelsey’s demeanor was both fun and calming—exactly what you want during wedding planning. She kept us on track with regular check-ins, was always happy to answer even the most random questions at any time, and offered countless helpful suggestions, many of which we hadn’t even considered.
Kelsey was invaluable during our rehearsal walkthrough, especially since we had a family member officiating for the first time. She confidently led us through everything we needed to know before the big day and seamlessly organized and orchestrated the ceremony, involving over 20 people who would be walking the next day.
On the day of our wedding, she arrived early, checked in with me personally, and then headed to the venue to begin setup. We had a significant amount of décor across both the ceremony and reception spaces, and I was blown away by how perfectly everything came together, not only on time, but exactly as we envisioned. Throughout the day, she remained attentive to the needs of not only my husband and me, but also our parents, the wedding party, and fellow vendors. She led the vendor team effortlessly, and everything ran smoothly from the moment we walked down the aisle until the end of the night. We had so many people tell us after our wedding how much they enjoyed working with her and appreciated her help and vibrant, can-do energy.
We are beyond grateful for Kelsey’s help and wholeheartedly recommend her for day-of coordination or any other event services. We hope to see her again at a future wedding so we can thank her in person once more for the incredible role she played in making our day such a success.

Weddings have always been a passion of mine. Starting out in the floral business in 2011, that was my first exposure to weddings and I was HOOKED. My life and career in interior design evolved back into weddings. You'll still find me at the back of every wedding ceremony sobbing quietly watching two people I've had the pleasure of getting to know in the months leading up to their wedding make lifelong promises to each other- so I always carry tissues, and I promise to share! I've had the honor of helping with many weddings since starting my business in 2021 and can't wait for the rest!
