e been to many weddings that Pete DJ'ed and knew that when it was our turn, we had to have him there. Pete was attentive to every detail from start to finish, and texted us even after our final meeting to make sure he knew exactly what we wanted. He absolutely CRUSHED IT - our dance floor was PACKED. Our guests raved about the music, lighting, visuals, everything. He was right there on the dance floor with us and the vibes were simply incredible. Leading up to the wedding, the entire MM team was amazing. Amber and Carol were so quick to respond and super attentive to any add-ons we wanted to throw in. ing in the area, we have been to many weddings with Magic Moments, and we knew that Pete HAD to be our DJ. We wouldn't even consider anyone else, so yes, we booked him two years in advance. We got to our first meeting with Pete (also, the new MMP building is GORGEOUS and so welcoming and comfortable to meet in) a few weeks before the wedding, and I wasn't sure how he was going to react to our long "do not play" list. We maybe had 3 or 4 "must plays" but we were pretty specific on what we didn't want. After chatting with Pete for 5 minutes, we could tell he already knew the vibe and he was genuinely excited to help us celebrate. He gave us some great recommendations on how to make the night flow smoothly and what would get our crowd energized and we left that meeting SO excited. There was not a single worry or doubt. Fast forward to the wedding on 11/1 and Pete showed up early before our ceremony, shook my dad's hand, and made sure everything was good to go. I was obviously very nervous but his energy in that moment actually helped to calm me down. Pete's got this. They played our two processional songs perfectly and nailed our recessional. After the ceremony, we had a pianist play at cocktail hour and it was beautiful. He set the perfect mood. After cocktail hr, me, my husband, and the bridal party went back into the bridal suite and instantly Pete brought the energy to 1000000. We were all super pumped and he lined us up and ran us through what to do. Even though my husband and I were the last to enter the reception, we could hear the cheering and Pete telling everyone to get on their feet and clap their hands. When my husband and I walked in, it was electric. He brought the whole bridal party out onto the dancefloor to rage and it was a great moment. He then (super smoothly) transitioned into first dances and I cried the whole time. Next he went through the speeches and everyone gave them the attention they deserved. After the formalities - it was go time. Pete got everyone out onto the dancefloor and it was pretty much that way the entire night. Like I said, we didn't give him much of a play list, and how he nailed it I'll never not be impressed. He played the perfect mix of old, new, and what the people wanted. My husband and I are very much into punk rock and Pete managed to turn the dancefloor into Warped Tour at one point. People were crowd surfing, we were thrown up in chairs, and everyone sang their lungs out (including our photographers). One of my bridesmaids said she had "party girl voice" for a full week after because of how loud she was signing. We barely left the dancefloor all night and my mom said she's never seen a bride and groom have so much fun at their wedding. At the end of the night Pete politely asked everyone to head to the afterparty outside so that my husband and I could share a private last dance. He played a whole song for us and it is a core memory I will forever replay in my head. I'm not sure if you needed a play-by-play but everyone needs to know how pivotal it was to have Pete be a part of our day. He was the energy that people 3 weeks later are still talking about. I think you can hire music anywhere for your wedding day, but you won't find the kindness, professionalism and energy that Pete and the MMP team bring.

Our DJ/MC, Mike, made sure our day was so special and everything that we wanted. We received so many compliments on our music and the dance floor was filled the entire night.
