I’m not very knowledgeable about makeup, but after I shared a few things I was hoping for, she completely understood my vision and brought it to life. The payment process was quick and easy, which I really appreciated.
On the day of my wedding, Makayla arrived promptly, set up quickly, and worked incredibly hard to make everyone look stunning. She also brought a second artist, Andi, who was just as wonderful. Makayla was such a calming and positive presence—she made everyone feel comfortable, from my bridal party to my sweet flower girls. It was adorable watching her ask them what they wanted and making them feel special.
My entire wedding party looked gorgeous, and I felt so confident and cared for. I can’t recommend Makayla enough—she is truly amazing at what she does!

nd the look lasted all day long :) She took into consideration the summer heat and we were prepared for my face to sweat with waterproof makeup, but also allowed it to still breathe and move and smile without too much coverage. With how sweaty I normally get in the summer, the matte makeup had me dewy at most as I danced the night away! No glossy sweat all over my makeup, thank God! The perfect balance of glamorous, smoky eye and lashes that still allowed me to pair with my favorite red lip without going overboard. Makayla also was open to critique and tailored my wishes from the must-have trial, she was an awesome listener and made it all happen. To top off her talent, her personality makes you want to befriend her because she’s such a sweetheart-it’s super important to have someone you vibe with on your big day!!
