For years, I’ve followed Matt Ramos’ wedding photography and have always been in awe of how stunning his work is. When I first started browsing for photographers, he was immediately on my short list. The first date I had in mind, he wasn’t available — but he mentioned that if we ended up moving into the next month, he would be. As luck (or fate!) would have it, the venue we fell in love with worked better for the following month, and I was able to book my dream photographer right away.
Let me tell you — that was the best decision I could have made.
We did our engagement photos with Matt as well, and he somehow manages to create breathtaking images out of the simplest moments. He helped us work through all our nerves and jitters, made the whole process fun, and delivered photos faster than I ever expected — and they completely blew us away.
When it came time for the wedding, Matt was incredible at collaborating with our other vendors to make the timeline flow perfectly. He was punctual (even early, scoping out the best photo spots!) and took charge in such a natural, reassuring way. His directions are clear and easy to follow, and even if you don’t quite know why he’s asking you to do something, trust his vision — the results will be incredible.
He creates such a relaxed, fun atmosphere, and his second shooter was equally wonderful and so helpful throughout the day. We’ve only seen a few teaser shots so far, and already I feel like I’m looking at something out of a wedding magazine. I can hardly believe it’s us in those photos!
If you’re looking for a wedding photographer, put Matt Ramos at the very top of your list. You will be so grateful you did — I know we are!

Before the big day he helped us with the wedding timeline and on the day of the wedding he made sure we were on schedule every step of the way. Even after the wedding he was amazing. My daughter received her wedding pictures within a very short time and once she selected the pictures for the wedding album, the album was delivered promptly, and it is beautiful!! ll the photos to look super urban. Matt is incredible at finding a random doorway or a few feet of greenery and turning it into a magazine-worthy photo, which is what led me to reaching out to him. Upon talking to Matt for the first time, we knew we absolutely needed to book him. He goes above and beyond in every single aspect of the wedding, and he does so happily. He talked to me for countless hours before I even booked him about vendor recommendations, decor, planning ideas, you name it. He was always extremely honest as well, which we loved and appreciated. He truly wants your wedding to be the best it can be and for his clients to be happy. Matt and his team (Jess in our case) showed up early on our wedding day with a great attitude and had everyone around them laughing all day. Matt will help you pose and remind you to lift your chin up so you don’t end up with the dreaded double chin photos, all while making you feel confident, producing flattering and gorgeous photos. He also sent us a ton of gorgeous teasers after the wedding, and had an quick turnaround time for the wedding photos. My husband and I have been thrilled with everything from Matt’s reliability and dedication to his end product. Matt exhibits the highest level of professionalism imaginable and we can’t recommend him enough.

We always knew Matt had vibrant, crisp photos, as well as a natural talent for finding angles, reflections and light. But when we first spoke with Matt on the phone, we realized he would become the biggest key to the day running smoothly. Matt helped us find other vendors - as he has worked with just about everyone and knows who can help make the day perfect. He literally made our day of timeline - and kept us organized and on schedule day of. He was so much more than a photographer - he was basically a coordinator also. Matt spoke with us on the phone a few times before the wedding to make sure he knew which shots were important to us. He was able to make my camera shy husband comfortable, as well as direct us in a calm, respectful way throughout the day.
Matt posted some teaser pictures as soon as two days after the big day - and they were everything we hoped for and more. We cannot wait to see the magic he created! We LOVE you Matt (and Sarah too)!

Although it was not ideal he made sure we got every shot we originally planned and made me feel comfortable and happy to shoot in the rain. His personality definitely got us through. He is hysterical and I think our very large bridal party and family felt like we had been friends with him for years. Matt is extremely talented as I was able to see some shots a day after the wedding and to say I'm impressed is an understatement. I highly, highly, highly recommend Matt for your event or wedding. Matt also included a social booth which was such a hit. I didn't give any requirements for it but the backdrop was really nice and they ended up provided me with a book of all the pictures our guests took which was amazing and I'll have those memories forever. Photography. We knew that our wedding day would likely be the biggest, most exciting and memorable day of our lives. After one phone call with Matt, we knew he would be someone to help make the day enjoyable for us while capturing every detail. Not only are our photos incredibly stunning, but the professionalism and talent of Matt and his team are second to none. Our questions and emails were always answered promptly, and the day was organized flawlessly. We now have an incredible selection of photos from each part of our day and could not be happier with them. We weren’t quite sure if we would order an album or not, but now that we have fallen in love with our beautiful photos, we are in the process of creating one with Matt- which has also been a pleasure. If you are engaged and have not chosen a photographer yet, even if your wedding is over a year away (we booked ours about 22 months in advance) you HAVE to call Matt Ramos!

He will get you into all those dreamy inspirational photos you've been pinning and tagging on social media, but in a natural (not fake) way. My husband and I felt confident the entire wedding knowing that Matt and his team were capturing everything! It was like Matt was everywhere when you look back on the photos. Well, that's also because of his stellar team. Jacqueline made sure my veil and train was flowing properly and made sure my makeup was intact (a lot of happy tears!) the entire day, she was better than my maid and matron of honors on those duties!!! haha. Matt helped make our day beautiful, and 100% memorable. The memories is collected for us will be cherished for years to come. nd responsive. Planning with him was an absolute breeze! He makes his couples so comfortable during shoots. He had us laughing through our engagement photos and did the same with us, our wedding party, and our families on the wedding day. He immediately built a rapport with our videography team and worked with them seamlessly. He and Jacqueline kept us calm, collected, and organized, even through some crazy weather and a late hair and makeup team.
The photos they took are absolutely stunning. They captured the emotion of the day and everything we planned so perfectly. We had some cloudy and rainy weather and some tricky lighting that was reflected by entire walls of windows, and they still made photographing our wedding look easy! They always exceeded expectations, delivering our photos so fast that we were able to get our thank-yous out within a month of our wedding. They designed our albums as well, and they are gorgeous! I didn't think I could appreciate printed photos as much as I do until I saw our albums. Our parents loved theirs too!
Photography was one of our top priorities for our wedding and we couldn't have asked for better photos. I highly, highly recommend Matt Ramos Photography!

phers in the area (with very similar prices) but nobody stood out like Matt. From our first meeting, he was very straight forward with us. Told us basically everything we needed to know about an engagement shoot, how wedding day would run to ordering albums. On wedding day, Matt & his team did such a wonderful job. We had a timeline all laid out to where we had photos taken. The day before our wedding, we got hit with a snow storm and could no longer do photos as planned. Matt was great at making the last minute decisions on locations, And the photos turned out amazing!! We really appreciate Matt running the show and making suggestions so he can get the best shots. We both have large Families, and a very large wedding party – to organize that many people for photos takes a lot of patience, and Matt did it with a smile. His sense of humor made everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera - he truly knows how to control a room. We had our photos back within the month of our wedding and started immediately working on our album.
We are so truly thankful to have found such a talented photographer and true professional. He captured our wedding perfectly and we have the best memories to look back on. 110% recommend hiring him for your wedding. THANK YOU MATT!

On they wedding day, despite the rain, he showed up early just to make sure everything was set and organized before starting his photos with the bride/bridesmaids. His assistant also did a fantastic job capturing shots of his own while Matt focused on the larger groups. He worked wonderfully with the whole bridal party and families to make sure everyone was comfortable and knew where to be. As the ceremony went on they were able to capture so many wonderful moments, and small details, for us to look back on and share with friends and family. The couples photos with my wife and I were excellent. Matt found some perfect locations around the venue and used the rainy weather to his advantage. The fact that there was only him and his assistant cannot be stated enough, you would have thought there were dozens of photographers. They were able to capture all of the wedding seamlessly.
He was quick to get us proofs after the wedding, despite being bust in wedding season. Within the next month he sent flash drives to use as well as our parents. Along with that we can work further with him to order an album and do any additional edits, though I doubt we will need them as the photos we received we perfect. Matt's prices were fair and we were able to choose a package that easily fit within our budget and allowed us to choose high quality photos of our favorite shots. Sarah and I cannot recommend Matt enough. Pure professionalism and will handle all of the needs necessary.

Ramos Bride and it was so worth the wait. His photos are stunning, and he catches every single moment, even those you don’t realize are happening! However, it’s his personality that makes him so wonderful. He is very calming, energetic, and friendly. During the planning process, he will walk you through every moment of the day, so there are no questions of where to be when. On the wedding day, he is insanely efficient and keeps everyone on schedule. As the bride, you never have to worry about a thing! He has it all covered. Matt is also incredible with the guys, who usually aren’t as excited about posing as the ladies are! Kyle and his groomsmen had a blast with Matt, who made it absolutely painless for them. I had been talking about Matt’s photos and showing his weddings to literally everyone I met for years, so the pressure was on, and when we received our photos they far exceeded our very high expectations! Getting 1300 photos from our best day ever was the most incredible gift. It has been three months and our guests are still talking about how amazing our photos are. To me, the photos are the most important investment, since they are what you have to look back on forever. I can’t imagine trusting anyone else with that job except Matt Ramos.

inced. Throughout our wedding journey Matt was responsive and open to listen to our ideas. When asked for his thoughts about our selection of photo shoot locations he was fair and sincere. In the end he wanted one thing.... to have the BEST pictures to document the day for my wife and me.
He and his crew managed the challenges of the day like tried and true professionals (Including the rainy weather and not to mention challenging personalities!).
Matt also takes time to get to know the people he is working with and that was evident by the kind words he wrote about my wife and I in his photo blog.
Post wedding Matt continued to be responsive; after a pair of heirloom earrings were missing, my wife recalled seeing them during the pre-ceremony "getting ready" photoshoot. My wife sent an email to Matt to see if, by chance, he or his staff saw them post photoshoot. To our surprise we received a detailed reply from Matt at 4AM that was able to jog our memory as to where the earrings were stashed (in the safe). Matt basically saved our honeymoon because the stress of losing those earrings would have been severe.
Matt Ramos Photography is a 100%, can't go wrong , take-it-to-the-bank, good choice.

Matt was super accommodating with setting up a phone interview. After the interview we knew we definitely wanted Matt and team to capture our day. We met with Matt one month before the wedding to go over day of details and create a flexible itinerary, which helped to keep all of my other vendors on schedule. Matt and Jacqueline did not disappoint. We already had high expectations based on Matt’s past work. He exceeded all expectations. The photos are absolutely breathtaking. Matt was a blast to work with. He kept everyone on schedule and had a great balance of professionalism and humor. My only problem is not knowing which photos to hang on the walls - a great problem to have! Matt, thank you so much for being a part of our day! You rock!

were in the wedding party for our friend a couple years before our wedding and we instantly knew he was our guy once our time came. He makes you feel like you've known him for years and is there to support and answer every little question along the way. We never had to pay attention to the clock as Matt ensured we were staying on track with timing, and directed our large group from the moment he arrived. Our friends and family all got along great with him and he truly added to the fun of the day. The pictures he delivered caught every detail and then some and we could not be more pleased with his work. nough for all of his help and quick answers when planning the details of the wedding. He made me feel calmer each time we met or talked. There are no words to explain how thankful I am for his flexibility, vision, and knowledge on our wedding day. With all the locations we had, various modes of transportation, and snags with dresses, he kept us on time and let us do the things we really hoped there'd be time for. My dad keeps talking about how impressed he was with Matt and he loved that Matt and his team arrived early! Kyle and I felt like we had known Matt for much longer than we have and are incredibly thankful that he was available to shoot our day. And our guests were right- the pictures are unbelievable! From the scenery, to the details, to the emotions of the day and all the special parts of the ceremony and reception, Matt caught it all and did so beautifully!
