Before I met Melissa on the recommendation from my wedding planner, I knew absolutely nothing about florists or wedding flowers. She was patient and taught me the names of the flowers I showed her from Pinterest inspiration photos and even pulled different pieces she had from the selection in her shop to give me a visual of what different florals would look like together. She also worked to select cost-effective flowers to keep me in budget while still creating a beautiful look. She had the hard task of covering the huge fireplace at Marblegate Farm and her work blew me away. She brought my winter vision to life and absolutely gained my trust. Through our multiple meetings together, it was clear she is professional, organized, and dedicated to what she does. I would recommend her to any and everyone!

Melissa and her team created the most beautiful pink fairytale I could dream of. At our planning meeting I told Melissa I wanted something fun and pretty with every shade of pink and she delivered that and so much more. She had us to her location the day before our wedding to preview our flowers and from that moment on I couldn't stop smiling. Flowers was not something I knew a lot about and didn't know exactly what I wanted so I just met with Melissa told her what I liked, what I didn't like and let her take it from there. I am so glad I did. If we ever need flowers for any other occasion I will be calling Melissa.

Melissa did such an amazing job with our wedding flowers! I do not know much about flowers or what colors and arrangements go together best but I knew I wanted real, beautiful pieces for our wedding. I was the most worried about the floral aspect of the wedding & how this would all come together, but Melissa made the process so simple! She always answered any texts or calls when I had last minute ideas or thoughts about everything. We had 2 scheduled calls where she went over her ideas and gave me the time I needed to look up the different types of flowers so I could visualize her creation. She exceeded all of those visuals! My flowers were one of my favorite parts about our wedding! I even had my bouquet preserved so I will be able to keep them forever! On top of our flower arrangements, we also rented decor from Melissa & our ceremony circle. I shared decor ideas with her & she brought my vision to life but made it even better. I highly recommend Melissa Timms Designs for your wedding decor and/or wedding flowers! She is the BEST!

I will forever refer a bride asking for Knoxville vendor recommendations to choose Melissa Timm Designs for floral. Throughout the process, Melissa and her team exceeded my expectations. Not once did she try to convince me to spend more than budgeted, they allowed me to have a sneak peek of all my florals a few days before the wedding, they were so accommodating with an error I realized I made the week leading up to our wedding, and she even responded to a text on my wedding day when I asked if my bouquet and the bridesmaids bouquets could be delivered to a different location. She was flexible, listened to what I wanted and nailed my vision. I actually chose to make my own centerpieces to save some $$$ (my husband and I paid for 75% of our wedding on our own), and instead of being annoyed with a missed sale, she even offered to help show me ways to do it so that they would look great. She made sure that I felt beautiful in my choices and helped me save in other areas with less expensive flowers so that my bouquet could really be the star of the show. The florals are obviously beautiful, but my experience with Melissa and her staff really made this entire experience a 5-star one. It's been 7 months since our wedding, and I still get comments on how beautiful and stunning my bouquet was. You won't for one second regret choosing Melissa Timm Designs.

It’s difficult to put into words how thankful and happy I am for Melissa Timm and the beautiful flowers she designed for my wedding. I live in FL and was planning a destination wedding in TN. The flowers were so romantic. Numerous people told me my bouquet was the most beautiful bouquet they had ever seen. Melissa is a true artist! She made my floral dreams come alive with me just telling her what I didn’t want! (I was all over the place with what I actually wanted and didn’t know how to explain it- it’s like she read my mind!) She was so helpful and so professional from day one. When my flowers arrived on the wedding day, I was brought to tears by how beautiful and dazzling everything was! I 10000/10 recommend her! So thankful I found her for our big day, what an honor it was to have her as a part!

Melissa is amazing! I went in with just a few ideas of things that I wanted in my mind and with that she was able to created something better than I ever dreamed of! So many people came up to me throughout the reception to tell me how beautiful the flowers were! Melissa did a fantastic job!

Melissa is exceptional! From the moment we first spoke about my big day she captured everything I wanted in a sample she had in her store with ocean song roses that were breathtaking! She was easy to work with, priced VERY competitively, worked within our budget, and the flowers were beyond what I could've imagined. Melissa was very helpful from beginning (an hour phone consult) to the end! She definitely knew her flowers and would name each of them when given a visual to go off of for a bouquet type. She did her best matching colors used in the wedding and was easy to get a hold of my email and phone, especially when planning an out of state wedding. She adjusted my budget as needed and the flowers couldn't have been setup any prettier! She was a great choice and would definitely recommend her!

We met Melissa at one of the Pink Bride bridal shows in Knoxville. Her booth was incredible and we decided instantly to go with her. We had a couple meetings where we talked about my vision and we looked at some pictures I had saved. She put them all in a file said she had a vision. She did not disappoint! Her arrangements were way more than I expected and much better than anything I had ever seen on any wedding website. She is incredible and so sweet! I would recommend her to anyone!

Melissa puts together the most beautiful bouquets and centerpieces! She will even bring loose flowers to make sure flowers are placed where they need to be around the venue. She stays near the venue in case anything nreds to be repaired but we had no problems! She tries her best to get the flowers you want or will show you similar ones that would be affordable and in season.

Melissa did an incredible job on my wedding flowers and decor! She brought to life exactly what I had envisioned for my wedding and reception from a few meetings and a Pinterest board. I felt confident completely leaving the decorating to her, and she did not disappoint!

Melissa was great to work with, right from the start. She isn't pressuring, and she is so kind and nice and honest. Melissa talked with me about which flowers would work with my theme/colors and which ones would be cheapest. Her designs were just absolutely lovely. My bouquet was gorgeous, the pomanders for the aisle were gorgeous, and the spray I had her put in a suitcase turned out just beyond my imagination. She was so great to move everything from the wedding to the reception, and then she ended up doing way more for me at the reception that she was expected or paid to do. She really saved my behind, and I am ever grateful for that! Also, she made me some chair decorations for our bride and groom chairs that were perfect. My sis ended up buying me a chair decoration, and she incorporated it at the last minute perfectly into what she had already arranged. I can't say enough good things about Melissa. She is excellent!

My husband & I were married at Whitestone Country Inn on October 27, 2012, and Melissa Timm was our Florist. I didn’t have exact pictures of what I wanted the finished product to look like…I just had several ideas & designs that I wanted to blend together. Melissa understood my vision & brought it to life. Her arrangements for the pews, centerpieces & bouquets were all incredible! They exuded “fall” and classic beauty, which is exactly the look that I was going for. Melissa is also a pleasure to work with…she has such a sweet spirit, is willing to go the extra mile to make sure what she delivers is exactly what you want, and her prices seemed very reasonable to us.
