Had an amazing experience here looking for rings!! The staff was very professional and qualified and took the time to show us all the different engagement rings. Manny went above and beyond to take care of us, even buying us dinner ;) They had great communication about the custom process and the ring came out better than we could imagine. We have had the best experience with middleton jewelers! We purchased our wedding bands from them and also a watch for my husband. The staff is super friendly and want to ensure they jewlery they sell is quality. My husband's watch band broke a couple times and they fixed it quickly each time. This last time they told me if it happens again they will just replace the band. We will be getting all our future jewelry from them.

The staff was very friendly, but it felt like they were all about money. We came in looking to resize my engagement ring which has a non-traditional stone (rutilated quartz) and they said they could do it but it would be $200. We went to another local jeweler (literally down the road - Chalmer's) and they were able to do it for $53 dollars, were super friendly, and got the ring back to me in 3 days without even having to re-engrave the personalized engraving my fiance had gotten on it.

Manny and his team created a completely custom ring for me. My engagement ring and wedding band are truly one of a kind and suit me perfectly! They also refinished my father in law’s wedding band for my husband. Manny worked with us throughout the whole process to help us make informed decisions. We will never shop anywhere else!
