e the exact ring we wanted, but the quality is really good. its been a few months and shes accidently worn the ring while shooting, working out, etc and all the stones are still there, even the tiny ones on the side. really cant recommend them enought and i look forward to getting the matching wedding band for the ring. Shipping was fast, they were responsive, 10/10

ter a number of days researching I knew this was the store to order from. Plenty of options from cut to prong style to band design. Not only was it affordable but well crafted and was rather quick in shipping. They say about 2 weeks from order to shipping but was done before that. Options for a matching band match phenomenally but I wasn't sure yet if that's the route she wants but I even emailed later on asking if it was possible to still order it even though it wasn't listed on the initial wedding band catalog and they came back with pricing and ways to still order it.

. After just a few months of wearing the original ring, the main moissanite stone came loose. We reached out, and they told us to send it in at our own expense, including paying for insured shipping. That ring ended up lost in the mail, and we went four months without a ring while waiting for the USPS insurance claim to process. MoisannaiteCo was very unhelpful during this time, though it wasn't their fault, they did very little to aide in the process of getting things sorted with USPS quickly. We eventually repurchased the exact same ring, and within ONE WEEK of wearing the brand new ring, the main stone is loose again. That’s two rings in a row with the same issue. And even though we’ve now technically owned the ring for a year, I’ve only had it in my possession for maybe 6 months total between all of this. We asked if they could cover the cost for us to have it repaired locally to avoid another shipping disaster and they flat-out said they would do nothing for us unless we ship the ring back to them. After already losing one ring in the mail and going through months of stress, that’s just not acceptable. The ring design itself is beautiful, but the quality and customer service have made this a really upsetting and exhausting experience. Now after doing some deeper digging into the company, I realize there are a lot of others having these same issues. Very disappointing that they can get away with this.
