aid send it back on my dime and wasnt clear when I asked directly about "normal wear and tear". I brought it somewhere else and had it fixed who pointed out that a side stone was also missing. This ring is very important to me and its a little painful to have it keep falling apart. Oh and for the record my fiance works on a computer, she isn't a gardner, weight lifter etc. the ring is living the definition of normal wear and tear

t think I would be able to afford a engagement ring for my fiancé, after going to Jewelry stores and getting prices of $2-5k+, but I was so happy when I found MoissinaiteCo, I got my fiancé, her dream ring and didn’t break the bank on it, and she gets compliments all the time. 

UTIFUL. I chose the round Heart and Arrow cut and the sparkle is extremely eye catching! I even got compliments by a local jeweler in my home town. The only downfall was the set I ordered, I wanted it to be soldered together because if the band turned, it would take away from the beauty of the set. Soldering the rings together, even by Moissanite Co. would void the warranty. I wanted the warranty, but chose my local jeweler to solder them together for a fraction of the cost through Moissanite Co. And they did a wonderful job. Unfortunately, now I do not have a warranty.

y made a beautiful ring, sold it at a very fair price, and offer great protection plans for any loss or damage that may occur, including a lifetime one. Beyond that, Moissanite Co’s care was clear in the packaging for the ring. Sent in a box, that was very well protected, filled with bubble wrap for extra protection, and then the ring itself was inside the ring box, in another little box, in a Moissanite co bag, that was inside the shipping box. To me it was very clear that they did their best to ensure a non damaged product during shipping. Easy 5/5 for them, as they make great products, with high quality materials, offered at a very affordable price, especially when you look at rings from competitors. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to get engaged, and isn’t attached to the idea of diamond as the main stone, but even then, they offer high quality lab diamonds too!!

d earrings and love my new ring. Moissanites look like diamonds and actually have more fire than diamonds. Highly recommend them for very good customer service too.
