We were able to be present and soak in every second, knowing she had everything expertly and calmly handled. We are beyond grateful for Mallory’s expertise, dedication, and kindness! She helped make it the best day ever — we truly grateful and cannot imagine having done it without her! Mallory was simply amazing!

months in advance with planning, organization, and thoughtful guidance, and then flawlessly executed every detail, pulling together countless moving parts into one seamless, magical weekend. At first, I was hesitant to hire a planner, thinking as the mother of the bride that I could manage it all myself. Hiring Mallory turned out to be the single best decision we made for the wedding. Not only because the workload would have been overwhelming, but because Mallory brings the most beautiful calm, steady presence that immediately puts you at ease and gives you complete confidence in the process. She is extraordinarily organized, attentive to detail, and meticulous with timelines, spreadsheets, and follow-ups. She always stayed one step ahead, gently keeping us on track while ensuring nothing was overlooked. When issues arose with vendors or logistics, Mallory was a strong, gracious advocate. She has the perfect blend of warmth, kindness, and gentle authority — making sure everyone followed through exactly as planned. That advocacy brought enormous peace of mind, emotionally and financially, as she also carefully ensured that all contracts, billing, and details were accurate and handled properly. At the end of the weekend, she left the most meaningful surprise in my suite at the Vanderbilt in Newport. Throughout the weekend I had commented on how much I loved the pheasant motif in the hotel décor, and we had shared many laughs about it. On our final day, Mallory left me a beautiful glass pheasant ornament — a gift I will treasure forever. Mallory is not just an exceptional planner. She has become a friend, family, and truly part of our clan. Her company’s name, Moments That Matter, could not be more perfect. Whenever I asked her for anything, her answer was always, “On it.” And truer words were never spoken. She was on it — every detail, every moment, every concern even if it wasn’t something that we had originally contracted for she graciously stepped in for every extra detail. Because of Mallory, our dream wedding became a reality. The Wedding weekend at the Vanderbilt in Newport was pretty much close to perfect and so much of that is due to Mallory‘s guidance. There is simply no one who could ever fill her fabulous shoes.
