our vision as her first priority. She is detail driven (which I thoroughly appreciate) and very communicative. She and her team were on-site for walk throughs and always willing to take on tasks to make my life easier. She reviewed contracts, kept timelines, and was the point of contact for all of our day-of vendors. Most importantly, she RAN every minute of the wedding. Every detail was in place and my husband and I didn't have to worry about a thing. I would 100% recommend Mallory and her team at Moments that Matter for your event - big or small. I could not have done it on my own and am so happy that we found Moments that Matter to make our day everything we wanted it to be.

We had 2 pre-meetings about coordination; meetings with the caterer and Mallory was on site with us for the rehearsal and for the day of. She and her team assisted with the ceremony and personal touches. She kept us on time - with five minute warnings - kept vendors on time and solved problems that came up without us having to get involved. One of our brides is a career event manager so that was important to us - to be able to let loose and know that Mallory had it under control. Mallory is a seasonal professional, she knows when to take the lead and when to take a step back with many other seasoned event vendors in the room. I have been working in the hospitality industry for over 16 consecutive years and currently manage a busy event venue in Newport, Rhode Island, for the past 6. Event planning has become second nature and an overall passion for me. I strive to ensure nothing but flawless events by executing precise details and logistics. I especially cherish the relationships I build with my clients that quickly become life long friendships. Organization, communication, and honesty are some of my most valued assets.
