He had worked at our venue before so we knew we were in good hands. Day of he arrived on time and ready for the day. He was professional and helped keep the day flowing. He played the songs we requested as well as avoided the songs we had on our “do not play list”. Since we had a older crowd it took a little while to get people on the dance floor. But Sean handled the situation well and got the party going!

A good side story I never told Bryan because I didn't want to freak him out (not that I think it would have) but my mother-in-law was extremely skeptical about hiring a DJ. She had her heart set on a live band. I love live music, but HATE live bands at weddings. Why would I want to hear someone sing my favorite band's song when I can hear the original band I love's recording played on a high quality sound system? (which Bryan has). My mother-in-law actually pleaded to meet with him to discuss the music selection. Bryan, my now husband, she, and I all sat down and discussed the music, and Bryan was so awesome and accommodating about the meeting. We all had a good brainstorm and it was so productive. To skip ahead in time to after the wedding, my mother and father-in-law both were THRILLED with Bryan :D Lots of other people in their peer group who are used to live bands were also raving about the music selection aftewards. I hope I managed to at least convince them that having a DJ at an event is not a bad thing!! Back to Jeffrey and I, oh we were so thrilled with the music Bryan selected. It was PERFECT. We had a Jewish wedding, and Bryan was already aware of the Hora and even had recommendations about what kind of chairs to use for it (ugh, Bryan, we couldn't get ones with arms on them in time, but your suggestion was appreciated!!). I was so sad every time I was pulled off the dance floor because I was having so much fun. And each time I was off the dance floor and suddenly would hear something like, "Dance to the Music," I would mentally reach out in my head and say, "Nooooooo, I requested that song specifically and I am out hereeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!" The other thing I told Bryan was caterer the music to who was on the floor and staying on the floor. Which was exactly what he did! The crowd staying on the floor skewed younger, so he played selections I had green lighted as "Ok depending on the crowd." Didn't hear a single song that I had put on the "Do Not Play" list, and he took requests that fitted with the flow of the night and the crowd. Perfection, that is what I keep saying and all I have to say!! I hope I find some other reason to recommend Bryan for future events because I would love to work with him again. Thank you, thank you, Bryan. Music is one of the most important things in my life and was one of the most important things about the reception to me. Thank you for making our reception energetic, fun, joyous, and a night to remember.

He’s not kidding when he says he’s pretty good at reading the type of crowd he’s got and DJ’s in a way that best suits the party at the same time as achieving your vision and feel that you’re going for. He’s Extremely skilled with flow and timing of songs, providing suggestions for anything you’re unsure about, even outside of just the music. For example, the timeline/order of events throughout the wedding day and lighting. We also had him do the uplighting for our reception and we had not a clue about all that before he introduced it to us. We’re so glad he did because it made a huge difference in making the night that much more beautiful and fun! We were pretty indecisive with songs for different things because we just wanted it to be perfect and Bryan did a wonderful job working with us, providing tons of song suggestions in the best format I could have asked for, and making me feel at ease that he had it 110% under control! Seriously, just trust him and he’ll nail it for you, without a doubt! I would most definitely recommend Music and More Entertainment to anyone looking to have THE BEST time! My wedding was actually my 2nd experience with the company, as just a couple years ago, I attended a wedding where Bryan’s counterpart DJ’d and it was a blast as well! n explaining what he thought his role should be as DJ and MC of the wedding, which happened to be exactly what we were looking for. And he was very familiar with our venue at Heavenly Lakeview Lodge, which was a huge plus since we were trying to plan the wedding remotely from the Bay area. He was extremely organized and clearly laid out the options we had for lighting, photo booth, and an in-depth questionnaire as to what music we wanted and didn’t want played. The wedding was a HUGE success, largely due to Bryan’s expert control of the events that kept the wedding and reception flowing nicely from the tasteful ceremony music, introduction of the wedding party at the reception, announcements of the dinner and speeches, all the way through to the awesome music he played that kept the dance floor hopping all night. It really couldn’t have gone any better, and we got numerous comments that it was the BEST wedding they had ever been to. it was apparent he was the real deal... no sales, no gimmicks. He didn’t have to sell himself - the dozens of handwritten thank you cards from prior clients on the table did enough selling. He has a captivating voice, and speaks with confidence and enthusiasm that makes the conversation natural and easy. Bryan takes pride in his job and is truly a professional, and I knew immediately I wanted him to be our DJ at our wedding. I asked if he travelled to Tahoe for weddings, and thankfully, he does often! He was the first vendor I booked, and after walking away from his booth, I started to actually picture my wedding for the first time. (And yes, I admitted later to him that I started crying happy tears for the second time in the wedding planning process...second to my fiancé proposing). 😅 I recommended him to all of my friends getting married, and 3 of them ended up booking Music and More Entertainment as well. (Bryan was already booked for one of the weddings, so my friend booked his colleague at Music and More, Sean, and he was awesome as well). I trusted Bryan so much that I asked him for his recommendation on a wedding venue in Tahoe. I explained what I was looking for, and he said he had great experiences at Sunnyside Resort in Tahoe City, so we checked it out. It was perfection, and we booked immediately. I also booked my photographer and videographer off his recommendations as well. My wedding day was absolute perfection, and I honestly owe a lot of that to Bryan. He kept everything so organized, and the dance floor was packed all night. My friends and family raved about what a great DJ I had. He absolutely killed it at my friends’ weddings as well!! One of my friend’s weddings did not have a coordinator, and I pulled Bryan aside and let him know that he will have to run the show to keep things on track and organized. He said, “no worries, I do this all the time. Relax and enjoy!” and gave me a high-five. He became a friend throughout the process, and I can’t wait for him to DJ my sister’s wedding in 2020. t DJ had to cancel on us about 1½ month before the date, due to relocating and new work conflicts, we … and by we, I mean, mainly me, went into panic mode. Luckily, our original DJ reached out to Bryan on our behalf, and he had the date available. I am so thankful that he agreed to take on our event! From the first call that he made to us, just to make sure we weren’t panicking and to assure us that he would have everything under control, to the morning of the wedding, when I snuck into our reception area to put out our cake stand to find Bryan already there, setting up, to him helping guide our sweet little ringbearer down the aisle when he got a little confused, Bryan was great! My husband and I really felt comfortable, pretty quickly, that he understood our style and the feel that we were hoping for. Every music queue for the ceremony and reception were perfectly timed, and we had a pretty solid crowd of people busting out dance moves until the very last dance - including my little 6 year old nephew, who called the ‘dance party’ the ‘#1 best day’ of his life. Also, just throwing it out there, while it was probably due, in part, to it being my wedding, I have never danced that much at a wedding. It was a blast, and everyone was raving about Bryan’s DJ skills, and his upbeat cheerful demeanor. We would highly recommend Bryan for any event! Thank you Bryan!

I had a special request for my processional song that he cleaned up (you could hear dogs barking in the background) so that it was perfect for my moment. He also kept things rolling in terms of our grand entrance, dinner announcements, our first dance, the anniversary dance, toasts, our cake cutting and so much more… When I found myself stuck on which music to choose for what, or how to release tables for dinner, he had a lot of fun suggestions to offer. He worked really well with our photographer to make sure things were running smoothly. He checked in with me and my groom thoughout the night to remind us what we had planned next such as cake cutting and garter toss and stuff like that. He played every song we wanted to hear and kept the party going. I can't say much else other than we loved him and we are going to miss working with him!

we wanted an awesome MC and DJ. After meeting with someone from another company, who came off as a bit cheesy, we Skyped with Bryan and knew he was the one! Bryan listened to everything we wanted and offered great suggestions as well. It was kind of a challenge planning everything from Los Angeles, but Bryan and I communicated through e-mail and phone calls. And he even met with us a couple of days before the wedding to make sure everything was ready for the big day. Bryan was very professional and did everything according to plan. He played all the right songs at all the right times and he kept checking in with us to make sure everything ran smoothly. My guests had so much fun that my aunt started a Conga line and fell down, fracturing her knee! (She's doing okay, by the way.) Bryan was able to keep the party going even after this incident and did it in a professional manner. d a very helpful planning worksheet and list of most requested songs for us to annotate, and once we met in person and discussed our timeline, the type of music we liked, and the feel we wanted for each part of our wedding, we knew he was the right choice. He was professional and friendly and instantly understood what we wanted and started making great suggestions, working with us to make sure everything was perfect. It was important to us to have as many people dancing as possible and Bryan delivered by playing a an awesome mix of older and newer songs. He didn't play anything that we had noted as "do not play" and he played most of our "requested" songs, even checking in towards the end of the night to see if there was anything else we definitely wanted to play. He also provided two great sound systems (including lapel mics for the ceremony) and helped us keep our wedding flowing by emceeing as appropriate (it was important to us that our DJ not talk too much or do anything cheesey, and Bryan was perfect on both points). We may be biased, but we think our wedding had the best dancing of any that we've been to so far, and we thank Bryan for that! We highly recommend Music & More Entertainment and Bryan in particular.

He came up to me and told me to relax and that he had everything under control, and when everything was over, he was right. udget (so nice :)) I kind of had an idea of how I want my wedding atmosphere to be but was pretty clueless on where to start, and Bryan helped me with lists of most played songs for each genre and incorporated all the music I wanted into the wedding. Even though my wedding was tiny (only 21 people) and not a bunch of dance went on, Bryan still took random requests and tried to keep the dance going. He maintained great atmosphere for the whole wedding and helped to control the flow of each sections of the events. Thanks DJ Bryan!! OME. We knew we wanted to use him after he did my husband's sister's wedding last fall. During that time we were in 3 weddings in 3 weeks, and I can tell you Sean was by FAR the best, and what a difference it made. His music selection is thoughtful and he's a great emcee. Not only did he keep everyone dancing until closing time, but he was so helpful in keeping everything on schedule, working with my musicians, and adding special touches like recognizing our amazing caterer (who is also my brother, this was so important), and playing little sound effects, such as the "beat the level" sound from Super Mario Bros when we were announced husband and wife :). He's got a great personality and was so fun to work with. We HIGHLY recommend him to everyone, and we wish him the best. Thank you Sean!
