unately I was referred to Nathan Alan and my concerns subsided almost immediately. Alan was able to bring to life a ring design that I couldn't put into words and it blew me away. Alan was immensely knowledgeable, he was patient and took time to explain all the details between stones, settings, etc... and NOT ONCE did I feel pressured. In fact at times, I felt like he was even more concerned with getting the ring right than I was. Due to the wonderful experience I had designing my wife's engagement ring, there was no deliberation in where to go for our wedding bands. We found the same courteous, patient and knowledgeable service in that visit. In short, we are both thrilled with Nathan Alan's work and service and couldn't be happier with the product!

ever thought we could afford a ring at Nathan Alan but we walked in and gave our budget and they were so helpful, nice, and accommodating. We purchased my engagement ring on the spot and I have been in love with it since. We went back for the matching band and purchased my husbands band there as well, which happened to be over a holiday weekend so we got an amazing deal on both!
