We are also home to Barry Wayne, the young Michael-Bublé-ish crooner who dazzles crowds during Cocktail Hours and Dinners with his live vocal set, covering standards and classics from Frank Sinatra, Elvis, The Beatles, Billy Joel, Nat King Cole, and so many other timeless legends. Each of our DJ's has been a Wedding Specialist for over 15 years. We know exactly what it takes to make your Wedding Reception a huge success! We can also provide Ceremony Music, Cocktail Music, and other exciting enhancements to help make your day perfect... just ask us! We use brand new, state-of-the-art equipment. We bring backup equipment with us to each event. We are fully insured to $2,000,000 and provide a certificate to your venue. We utilize an online Wedding DJ Planner for your convenience-- no paperwork in the mail! Everything we do is secure and digital-- even our contract. Our deposit is only 20% (max of $500)-- we do not collect remaining balances until 2-weeks before your Wedding. We have several DJ/MC's on standby to backup your main DJ in the event of an emergency. You can rest assured that your Big Day will be perfect! We believe communication is key to ensuring we fully understand your vision and dream for your Wedding. You'll find that from day one, we are extremely easy to get a hold of. Not only that, you'll know who your DJ/MC is up front and you'll be able to work with them from the beginning. ar salesman. But when we got in touch with Barry, he seemed like a regular guy - he didn't push any deals on us or pressure us into working with him. We went with Barry because he gave us the biggest bang for our buck. He had a beautiful, sleek photobooth set up, uplighting, monogram, and he sang live during dinner. He was SO good that some people didn't think he was singing - they thought Michael Buble was playing through the speakers! He played wonderful music - everyone was up on the dance floor the entire night. One of my guests told me that, in thirty years, he never danced at weddings but he danced the entire night at ours because of the music Barry played. His attendant was also really great. We asked if they could set up our livestream for our ceremony and he was kind, patient, and respectful. The photobooth attendant was also really great. Overall, I would definitely use and recommend NJ Sound Machine. A+ all around.

The online Wedding Planning portal he gave us made it super convenient to enter our songs and details and saved alot of time and was stress free. On the day of our Wedding, Barry was fun, energetic, and had the crowd dancing all the way from Cocktail hour to the last song of the night. Every song he played was right up our alley and he played a variety of fun music all night. Our Wedding was on a Thursday night abd Barry made it feel like a Saturday night! Unfortunately, as life happens, Barry was unable to perform the DJ services for our wedding as planned, yet he never skipped a beat. Barry informed us of the issue immediately and offered a solution by introducing us to a friend and colleague who took over. It was a flawless transition and Matt, the other DJ, proved to be just wonderful!! When we had our zoom meeting with Matt, his enthusiasm and his love for music was obvious. We left that meeting feeling stoked and excited about the big day. He did not disappoint! Matt and his assistant were amazing and our wedding went off without a hitch!! d audio were perfect in the park. Barry seamlessly transitioned to the restaurant reception a short walk away so that guests walked into a chill cocktail hour atmosphere. One of our favorite parts of the night was when Barry sang for about an hour during dinner. His voice was so incredible that some guests thought he was lip syncing! We are honestly still getting compliments from our guests about Barry, his voice, and his sharp looks! Barry was able to read the crowd and play the best music to keep the energy of the night high. They have online music libraries to help you pick songs for your special dances and there is a top 200 Wedding songs hit list if you want to add requests. Of course Barry was perfect on the day of the Wedding, everything was perfect, everyone had an amazing time and kept commenting on how good the music and party was. Barry played guitar for our ceremony and then sang during cocktail hour which was SUCH a nice addition. Honestly our guests keep commenting the most on how beautiful that was and it was so special. Barry has been DJ'ing and MC'ing at Weddings for over 20 years and is a true expert. He's also an accomplished vocalist, former contestant on The Voice and American Idol. He's competed in Hoboken's 'Sinatra Idol' for several years. Barry is an open format DJ and loves all types of music. He has become very popular in New Jersey for adding the "Sinatra Collection" during Dinner, a signature set of a few songs that he performs live, if you request. This is sure to set apart Barry and NJ Sound Machine from all other DJ's and leave a lasting memory for your guests.
