Hi! I'm Kaitlyn. My passion for wellness began long before Nourish—with a childhood spent in the backyard mixing handmade “potions,” and gathering flowers and herbs from my mothers garden. What began as curiosity eventually grew into a lifelong love for holistic living and intentional wellness.
With a background in massage therapy, I have always been deeply passionate about helping people feel good in their bodies through self care.
Through Nourish, I combine my draw for wellness, herbal knowledge, and elevated design to create luxurious products and wedding favors that feel as beautiful as they are intentional—bringing a meaningful, nourishing touch to life’s most special celebrations.
