pite not having many options in my size (which I expected from a sample dress store), the very first dress I tried fit perfectly and was the one I ended up purchasing. They allowed me to put it on hold and come back for it the next day, and have lots of recommendations for alterations, since I was new to Ohio. When I took the dress home, they also gifted me a “Mrs.” mug! I was impressed with the level of communication and the customer care overall. Strongly recommend, especially if you’re looking for a one of a kind dress!

akeup had recommended this establishment as a must checkout priority. She said they might require an appointment. My fiancé called on Friday evening for an appointment on Sunday at 4:30 pm. She was warned they didn’t have much in stock in her size, so we went to David’s Bridal on Saturday without an appointment. She found a perfect dress and purchased it. She immediately called Off White and left a message to tell them to cancel the appointment. They did ot return the call, so she called again on Sunday morning to make sure there were no charges, as they had taken her credit card information for a $75 cancellation fee. They called back to say she was stuck with the fee. So we decided to go over at the appointment time of 4:30 to purchase a cover up or headpiece. We were treated extremely rudely and were told she could not have any merchandise for the $75 cancellation fee even though we came in at the appointed time. Had my fiancé understood their policy, she never would have made the appointment. And we certainly would have kept the appointment had wei known it was going to be so costly. We could not recommend this place to anyone who takes advantage of widows who speak broken English. Very bad business model. Our friend was not aware of this policy and will not be referring future brides to this place.

the Off White salon during our appointment so we felt very special. All attention was on us. The staff started by getting to know me and what I was looking for. They really listened to what I did and didnt like. I ended up finding The Dress and going home with it then and there. Now I'll be coming back to get it altered and cleaned three months before the wedding. I'd recommend Off White to other brides. Roth was great to work with!

When I found a gown I really liked (wasn’t “the one”) I was told the dress was $600 over my max price and that if I bought it at that first appointment, I could get it for still $100 above my budget. I was not crushed, because this gown, while beautiful, wasn’t the one, but I found it very unprofessional to mislead me and offer a dress that was over my budget and then pressure me to buy it right then and there. It was clear after I decided not to make the purchase, the salesperson was no longer bright and chipper as at the beginning of the appointment. It was a very disappointing ending to an otherwise good offering of dresses.

right then and there since my whole family was there. I thought I would not like this experience because I would be trying on samples that other people have worn. I did not feel that way at all!!! I loved trying on THE dress that I knew I would walk down the aisle in! Victoria was a wonderful stylist that made me very comfortable, was not pushy (like Wendy’s). She picked out dresses that fit what I was looking for, and also encouraged me to try on whatever else I wanted. My soon-to-be mother-in-law and I were looking at this crazy-looking dress on the rack. I said “who wears something like this??”. My MIL told me “Oh, you only do this once, try it for fun!”... little did we know that I would fall in love with that dress. I was against strapless completely but turns out my dress is strapless. Victoria quickly found the perfect lace jacket to cover me up so it didn’t feel strapless. This shop was intimate, quiet and just great! I was so glad to CONFIDENTLY say yes to my dress here. Thank you Victoria!! I will be returning in the next few months to pick out dresses for the bridesmaids, flower girls, and moms (who will get 10% off now!). This was the dream experience I was looking for.

The personalized experience Off White provided was above and beyond what I expected. Kelsey took the time up front to talk to me about what I envisioned and went to work! Every dress she pulled for me was something I could see myself wearing. And then, I found THE dress! As expected, the dress will need altered, but she did everything possible to help me envision how it will look on my wedding day. As promised, afterwards, she also sent me a list of places that could provide the alterations I would need. All in all, I can not recommend enough! They made the experience easy and fun. Definitely include this store as part of your hunt for the perfect dress. Oh... and the prices are amazing too, especially for a designer dress!!

Martha started off by telling me that if I don’t find my dress at Off White that’s fine but when I leave today I’ll know exactly what type and style of dress I wanted. And that’s exactly what happened, she was that helpful to me by explaining every dress for me and the designer. I did find one dress that I did love in Off White and thought about coming back for but I ended up finding my dress at another boutique but I believe it’s thanks to Martha because I knew exactly what I was looking for, wanted and envisioned. My bridesmaids loved that Martha gave them free reign to the store to pick out dresses for me. Martha made the trip fun and informational.

a bridal size 8 or 10. I found exactly one dress in a bridal size 14 and one in an 18. The rest were predominantly 8 and 10 with a handful of 12's. I think this could be a good option for a bride who is normally a size 4-6 and on a budget, as she'd probably have a decent number of dresses to try. They should probably advertise on their website how small their selection is, especially in sizes larger than a 12. This is especially important since they only sell the sample gowns off the rack. The girl working was nice enough, but really didn't seem interested in helping me. Many of the other consultants I worked with talked to me about my vision for my dress and helped me find things that were close, but I was pretty much on my own looking through the racks here. My advise before making an appointment is to ask what sizes they have in stock and how many dresses in each size. I love the idea of a sample store, but this store really missed the mark and was disappointing for me.

Dresses were reasonably priced as most dresses were samples at their sister store White of Dublin. Off White's consultants were extremely helpful and accommodating. We were welcomed back to Off White at the end of the day to try on my favorite dress one more time. I was able to put it on hold, but I ended up purchasing my dress and taking it home with me. I highly suggest Off White of Dublin to any bride looking for the perfect wedding dress. We had the best time with Martha. She truly wanted me to find my dream dress!
