s amazing building offers when we first toured the venue. You honestly won't find anything else like this venue, its so unique and has so much potential for your day. The picture potential is incredible and the details you get from this venue are so cool. The food experience was also top notch, the cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres and stations were so delicious and unique (we did the asian noodle and avocado stations) and the main entrees were just amazing. The white glove service was also something you don't see everywhere and something many people spoke about the days after the wedding. Working with Karen, our coordinator, was an absolute pleasure. She was so supportive, flexible and helpful the months and days leading up to our wedding and I had not a care in the world on our actual wedding day, knowing she had everything under control and handled. We have received so many compliments on our wedding, on the venue itself and the service, we could not have asked for a better day. She truly allowed me to have the exact day I wanted, offering advise and direction but knowing at the end of the day it was our wedding and if she could accommodate our requests she would and did. I would recommend this venue 100 times over!

The food was delicious, our guests couldn’t stop raving about the various options we added on for cocktail hour. If you want a particular food station, don’t be afraid to ask! We wanted a pasta station, and J Scott Catering (the exclusive caterer of the venue) sent back and bunch of various options for us to choose from! The staff working on our wedding day were professional and kind. My husband and I had the best day at the Foundry.

, Karen was super attentive and detail orientated to all of our needs. She made the wedding process seamless and extremely stress-free. When my husband and I arrived at the venue after our off-site ceremony, every J Scott staff member congratulated us with a smile. They made sure that we were taken care of all night long as well as our parents and grandparents. We are still receiving compliments on how beautiful the venue is and how delicious the food was. If you want the wedding of your dreams, book it at the Foundry!

Throughout the wedding night and weeks following we got so many compliments about the venue, the kindness of the staff and the outstanding food. It’s hard to keep this review short and sweet for how amazing Ellen did with creating a memorable day for my husband and I. The Phoenixville Foundry will always have a special place in our hearts and our day could not have gone any better. If you want a venue and a coordinator that will make your day perfect I would 100% recommend this venue, with indoor, outdoor and a fire pit option!

From the hors doeuvres to the entrees. Conveniently located in downtown Phoenixville our out of town guests had plenty to do before and after the wedding, Hotel was close by which was nice for everyone - all in all a weekend we will never forget!

At first we were a little scared after booking because we lost our wedding planner the beginning of this year but then our new wedding planner, Ellen Quinn, stepped in and OMG we could not have been more happy. She was there with us for every aspect of this wedding from linens, plate ware, you name it she was on top of it and took notes in detail. She was even there on our actual wedding day to make sure that there was no issues or mistakes and we could honestly not have thanked her enough. The Venue itself is absolutely amazing, there were light color changes through out the night which was so awesome! They had our initials displayed in lights on the dance floor as we were introduced and during our first dance which was really cool. The food was absolutely amazing and we had so many appetizer options for our guest to choose from during cocktail hour as we have 3 stationary tables and 8 different passed hors d'oeuvre which were so delicious. They hide your tables for dinner behind a wall until it is time for dinner so the guest have no idea it is there until the walls open up to reveal the dining room which was very cool as well. We added a Smores bar which we highly recommend to everyone as that was absolutely amazing. The best part is that Ellen had worked with all of our vendors before and you could tell as they were all in sync and worked very well together. The only down side which was not the Foundry's fault at all but we were suppose to have an outdoor wedding under their Pagoda outside but it rained that day and we had to pull the plug and move indoors hours before the wedding. But like I said this place was so amazing being inside or outside was no big deal because of how beautiful this place is. My wife and I could not thank Ellen and the rest of the staff enough. You are missing out if you over look this place!

She did a wonderful job at keeping us on track with our planning, as well as making sure both the rehearsal and wedding day went off without a hitch. Paul was absolutely amazing the day of to make sure the groom and I always had a fresh drink, and that we were enjoying the food. Speaking of food, we had so many guests tell us that was some of the best food they've ever had. The Lo Mein bar was a HUGE hit, we are still hearing about it almost a month later! The bartenders and servers were absolutely amazing, there was never a long line at any of the bars between both cocktail hour and the reception. If I could do all over again I wouldn't change one thing.

We had a lot of last minute changes due to the weather and Ellen took care of everything for us. Booking with the Foundry gave us the peace of mind of having everything in one place and knowing that if anything happened the day of, it would be taken care of so we could enjoy the day-- and enjoy we did!! It was the best day of both of our lives and we had so much fun. The food was incredible--I have friends still talking about how it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. Definitely choose the avocado bar--it was a hit!! Our timeline went so smoothly (thanks to Ellen) that we were actually able to enjoy our dinner and sit down with everyone! I don't remember the name of the man in charge of the staff but he was so kind and always made sure I had water, which I really appreciated with a full night of dancing and fun. The smores stations were a hit, especially for those not fond of dancing who could still have something to do as othes danced. Everywhere I looked, people were smiling and having fun. We really felt taken care of at the Foundry and highly recommend it to anyone.

What really made the Foundry all worth it, though, was our amazing coordinator Karen. Karen worked with us beginning with the wedding tasting and through even the days after our wedding to ensure everything was perfect. She worked around our schedule and accommodated tons of meetings. She was truly essential to our planning process, making time to meet with us to pick out table linens, set a menu, run through the ceremony, schedule an off-site rehearsal, and meet us after the wedding weekend to pick up all of our leftover belongings. Karen made us feel like she wasn’t just doing a job, but that she was genuinely excited to help us make our wedding day spectacular. She went above and beyond what would be considered part of the job, helping me with my bustle, making sure the decorations were laid out precisely as we envisioned, and working with us to accommodate catering requests that weren’t even on the menu. J. Scott Catering was also wonderful and the food was delicious! Guests seemed to love the avocado bar and the filet was cooked perfectly. (My husband and I both thought the food at the wedding was even better than it was at the tasting, and we got reviews from guests that the food far exceeded their expectations). Finally, I highly recommend working with Jim Batty, who was key to making all of our decorations pop. He was the Foundry’s in house lighting and tech expert, whose finishing touches to our centerpieces and our aisle really brought our vision to life.

, we had been planning this wedding reception for almost 3 years but it was so much worth the wait, it exceeded all of our expectations and was a night that no one will forget!!! The Foundry was beautiful and spacious, we can’t wait to see the pictures from the reception. Our guests gave rave reviews for all of the delicious food and great service they received, many commenting it was the best wedding food they had ever had. Ariane, Caitlin, and Ellen could not have been easier to work with and also very professional. We also had a few special requests and they fulfilled every single one of them with ease, making sure our special day was awesome in every way!!! Everything was so organized and we didn’t have to worry about a thing during the celebration, we could focus on our daughter, her husband, our guests and enjoy every single moment!!! We would highly recommend both the Phoenixville Foundry and Queen of Hearts Catering for any event!!!

She told us that on my wedding day that we would enter as guests and leave as guests, and wouldn’t have to worry about anything that day and she was 100% right, that’s exactly how I felt. I had lots of ideas that I wanted to incorporate into the ceremony and reception and Rachel helped me organize and get me prices from her suppliers very quickly. She was incredibly responsive and helped me keep on track during the planning process. But in the weeks leading up to the wedding she sent detailed time lines and floor plans for me to review and modify as I wanted. The venue and the caterer were both very flexible. On the day of, Rachel and her assistant Charlotte were there to make sure everything was set up, that the ceremony and reception ran smoothly, and that my husband and I had everything we needed! The whole experience with J.Scott catering was fabulous. Rachel invited us to an open house a few weeks before our food tasting so we had an opportunity to taste a few more items than we would have at our tasting. The menu of appetizer and entrée choices is quite extensive and it was hard to make our final choices – but everything was fantastic. Our guests particularly raved about the cheese board appetizers. The only small issue was that we only provided champagne for the toasts for our parents tables and the champagne was missing from one of the tables, but I was able to alert a sever and the staff very quickly and discreetly provided champagne to the correct table. I think the thing that speaks the most about our experience with Rachel & J.Scott at the Foundry was my dad, who was skeptical that a day-of coordinator was necessary, said “Thanks goodness for Rachel! We couldn’t have done this without her.” So thank you, Rachel, for making the day perfect for us and for my parents!

Hosting cocktail hour up on the mezzanine was a real treat for our guests as they could look down below & see the beautiful ballroom setup. The ballroom seated 240 guests very comfortably and still left the entire dance floor wide open. As an out-of-town bride, I was a little nervous going into the planning process. However, Rachel washed all of my worries away month after month and made everything SO easy. Which kept me calm yet made me that much more excited for wedding day! She was such a joy to work with & truly did an AMAZING job! I highly recommend this venue!

The space needed very little decorative addition as it combines a modern rustic feel with a touch of industry. We also appreciated our wedding would be the only event of the day to avoid any confusion with another party/wedding which made the day even more personal. Of the catering choices, We selected J Scott Catering and we were not disappointed by the food selection. Our wedding cake was also included. We chose Masters Baker in West Chester who made us the most amazing wedding fancy and fun cake! One note, you are responsible for providing liquor, but the venue provides a vendor list for direction/guidance. We did use the recommended distributor and courier service which was convenient and also gave us the option to receive a refund wth return any unopened liquor. Our wedding coordinator, Rachel, was with us every step of the way and kept us on track in spite of our busy work schedules. From the initial planning to food tasting to the final day, Rachel made sure every detail we were looking for was met. My husband and I had surprises for our guests and she was sure to facilitate each one, from the ordained Elvis at the ceremony to a 75th Birthday cake for my father and a wedding cake on a spinner, she made it all happen! Our ceremony was held on-site outdoors and easily accommodated our guests comfortably. We liked the versatility to move the ceremony inside if the weather did not permit. The flow of the ceremony, to cocktail hour and later reception, was seeming less. The Foundry also provided a dedicated wait staff for my husband and me which was completely unexpected and a nice surprise! They made sure we drank and enjoyed hor d oeuvres and our dinner though all the events of the evening. The outdoor ceremony space was later replaced with firepits for the guests to enjoy. We cannot say enough about the Foundry team and we are so grateful for how personalized our event felt. The only issue we had was some of the florist's table numbers and decorations were missing at the end of the evening and not recovered. Otherwise, our day could not have been any more perfect!

The venue is absolutely beautiful, both inside and outside, and Ariane was absolutely amazing. The planners handled everything for us and took care of more than they should have. I did not think the planning process could go so smoothly and be so easy, but it did - and it was! We had our ceremony there as well, outside on the brick patio. It was beautiful! We had an indoor option as well in case it rained which was reassuring. We also enjoyed having the separate bride and grooms’ suites - having a place for the bridal parties to hang out, relax and unwind before the ceremony made the day that much better. The museum was also a nice addition; our family LOVED hanging out in there throughout the night, looking around and conversing about the history behind the building. I cannot say enough about our experience at the foundry. It was such an easy and amazing process!

J. Scott Catering) is excellent. Jaime and I had both our ceremony as well at the reception on site. With a good florist (we will review the wonderful Jessa Sommerfield of Sommerfield Designs separately), the Foundry provides a gorgeous ceremonial space. Our coordinators - Ariane Graham and Tessa Narins - were supremely organized and efficient. They also replied to all questions and concerns timely and courteously. Furthermore, the Foundry features tons of excellent indoor and outdoor photographic vantage points. Among my favorites is the upper level, where you can capture the stunning cylindrical crystalline light fixtures in the backdrop. Lastly, the Foundry’s list of recommended vendors is as top notch as the venue itself. Jaime and I had no idea where to begin with booking the endless vendors one needs for a wedding. The Foundry gave us a list of vendors who have worked there tons of times before and were familiar with the space. We wound up booking our cake baker, photographer, videographer and florist from that list. Do yourself a favor and book this place!

The food at cocktail hour and the reception was out of this world, which was catered by J. Scott Catering. Many guests at the wedding raved about how great the appetizers and entrees were. The west ballroom was stunning with beautiful flowers from Willow and Thistle. The dance floor was packed the entire night with music provided by the ChatterBand.
