were promised more than was provided. What we received was the poorest quality. On our wedding day we felt rushed for sure when it came to pictures and it wasn't until the day after we realized we didn't even get any pictures of our whole wedding party together. Then, due to life getting in the way and finishing my nursing degree we didn't choose our pictures in the 60 day period and chose them much later. We had to pay the difference in the old price and new price for the album (we weren't happy but its in the contract). When going back and forth with glen about it i asked multiple times for a proof of the album before it was submitted to be printed- he told me we were going to love it and not to worry. Needless to say, we received it and it was the most pathetic wedding album I have ever seen. I emailed Glen in October about it and i was told he was out sick, I reached out again in January and I was basically told they shouldn't have to eat the cost of making a new one. The pictures weren't edited, and they were thrown on the pages. No name and date on the front of the album as you would see on the MAJORITY of albums. Definitely not a customer service centered company. Many other options out there for Photographers. I definitely would not recommend them to anyone.
